This study aimed to empirically test the causal model of stress-coping-adaptation for unwed mothers, which was built upon the Lazarus and Folkman's(1984) "Stress-Coping-Adaptation" model. In doing so researchers endeavored to provide practice implications as well as theoretical ones which would be helpful both to alleviate the unwed mothers' stress level, and to facilitate social adaptation of the unwed mothers. In order to fulfill research purpose data were collected from the national sample of 423 unwed mothers in Korea. The results showed that the overall goodness of the fit of the proposed causal model was excellent. Most of the path coefficients between social support, stress, coping, and adaption turned out to be statistically significant. The moderating effects of "pursuit of social support" between stress and adaption was not significant statistically, though. Implications and suggestions were provided to reduce the level of stress of the unwed mothers, and to facilitate the adaptation of the unwed mothers.

Based on Technology Threat Avoidance Theory, this study explains the process that the users cope with IT Threat and accomplish IS outcome. To empirically test the proposed model, data were collected through a survey of respondents who have the experience of using IS, and analyzed by using structural equations modelling. The result shows IT Threat had negative effects on Problem-Focused Coping and IS Appropriation. Also Problem-Focused Coping had significant effects on IS Appropriation and IS Appropriation had positive relation on IS Performance. In conclusion the study proposed that IT users improve Convergence Information System Performance by Problem-Focused Coping when they perceive IT Threat.

본 논문에서는 재난 예방 및 대처에 있어 창의적 발상이 기여할 수 있는 역할과 적용할 수 있는 방법이 무엇인지 모색하고, 그간 이루어 져왔던 아이디어들이 실제 적용되지 못했던 이유와 실패 사례를 확인해보고 그 보완책으로 아이디어 발상에서부터 발전과정의 방법을 찾아보도록 하겠다. 창의적 발상이 가진 장점을 극대화 하며 이론적, 실제적 가치를 만들기 위해 교육 과정에서부터 그 방법이 적용되어야 함을 명시함으로서 이후 재난 예방 및 대처에 있어 긍정적 영향을 미칠것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 가족스트레스 이론적 모델인 Double ABCX Model과 일과 가정생활의 역할 긴장에 관한 선행연구를 기초로하여 제안된 이론적 모델을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이론적 모델의 검증을 통하여 일과 가정생활의 역할 stressor나 두 가지 역할의 누적으로 쌓이는 역할 긴장이 가족스트레스 이론으로 설명될 수 있는가\ulcorner 또한 매개 변수인 가족자원과 대처방안에 의해 어떻게 중재되어 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 가를 규명하고자 한다. 미국 로스앤젤레스 지역의 한국교민 중 맞벌이 부부인 가족을 연구대상으로 선정하고 설문지법으로 남편과 부인의 자료를 분리하여 표집하였는데 본 연구에서는 153명의 부인으로부터 얻은 자료만을 분석하고자 한다. 자료는 이론적 검증에 유용한 LISREL VII 프로그램을 사용하여 분석한다. 자료의 분석결과가 처음 제안된 모델은 검증하지 못했지만 가족자원 변인과 대처방안 변인간의 상호 관계 효과를 고려하여 수정된 모델은 가족스트레스 이론으로 일과 가정생활을 병립하는데서 오는 stressor나 누적된 역할 긴장을 이해할 수 있음이 검증되었다. 모델의 검증을 통하여 맞벌이 부부가족의 부인에게는 일과 가정생활의 stressor가 누적되어 역할긴장을 증가시켰으며 이 역할긴장은 주로 가정생활의 역할 stressor에서 기인하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 가족자원은 일과 가정 생활의 두 역할 stressor에 의해 강도를 더하는 역할 긴장을 감소시키고 삶의 질을 증가시키는 중요한 매개변수로 나타났다.

This research aims to suggest a practical solution in order to make marriage immigrant women free from violence and stand on their own. The suggestion could be made by developing Substantive theory in terms of marriage immigrant women's coping with domestic violence. The research question is; How marriage immigrant women cope with domestic violence. The research used a route theory approach, and 11 of marriage immigrant women who have ever suffered from domestic violence participated in it. The research question used semi-structured open questions. As a result of paradigm model analysis, "mental and physical devastation" is defined as a core phenomenon, and causative conditions are "wheel of pain" and "helpless victims of violence". Besides, context conditions are "period growth with solitariness", "irrational marriage" and "indifferent reality". "Mental and physical devastation", the core phenomenon act and interact with effect of mediatory conditions; which are "social help", "cultural difference" and "helplessness". Here the action and reaction appear as "adaptation", "resistance", "self-protection" and "self-reinforcement", and the outcomes show up as "maintaining reality", "decision making" and "beginning a new life". "Coping with mental and physical devastation and standing on one's own feet" could be introduced as a core category. Process of coping with domestic violence presents its levels as; shocks ${\rightarrow}$ endurance ${\rightarrow}$ regret ${\rightarrow}$ overcoming. There are three patterns of coping, which are; "preserving realities", "returning", and "groping for the future".

현대사회에서 맞벌이부부 가족이 증가하고 있고 맞벌이부부가족으로써 가족체계가 유지되고 발달됨에 따라 맞벌이부부 가족의 스트레스 관리 방식을 밝히기 위해서는 가족간의 정서적, 관계적 상호작용 과정을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 맞벌이부부 가족에 관한 이전의 연구들은 가족의 스트레스와 대처방안에 촛점을 두었고 정서적 상호작용과정에 대해서는 중요시 하지 않았다. 이 연구의 목적은 맞벌이부부 가족의 스트레스 관리에 대한 이해를 돕기위하여 가족의 발달적인 측면에 중점을 두어 두가지 이론―가족자원관리 이론과 Family FIRO모델의 통합을 제시하는데 있다. 가족자원관리 이론과 Family FIRO모델의 통합은 이론이 설명하지 못하는 측면에 대해 상호보완적이 시각을 제시해 준다.
