주)태양금속에서 고속화차 용접구조형 대차를 채택하여 화차론 제작하였는데 한국철도기술연구원에서는 대차의 구조강도론 검증하기 위해 구조해석을 시행한 후 스트레인게이지를 실재 대차에 장착하여 정하중 시험을 시행하였고 또한 진동가속도계를 차체 및 대차프레임에 장착하여 주행안전성과 관련된 진동성능시험을 시행하였다. 본 논문은 새로 개발된 용접구조형 대차 및 이를 장착한 화차에 대해 대차프레임의 강도 검증과 화차의 안정성 여부를 판단하기 위한 시험을 시행한 결과에 대한 내용이다.(중략)

The purpose of this study was to analyze ILL data in Gyeonggi province so that it could make a further analysis on current inter-regional network of book collection in ILL. In details, this study sought to analyze inter-regional network of ILL book collection among public libraries in Gyeonggi province to examine how a collection of books could be exchanged among those libraries, and analyze possible applications of task-based data in ILL. As a result, this study could verify that the further implementation of ILL across more detailed areas than current regions for the benefit of efficient ILL, if possible, would contribute to streamlining ILL practices.

Generally, we used to provide ILL to users for overcoming the limited resource and satisfying user's desires for information. ILL makes library service's paradigm change from ownership to sharing. K-university Library has been providing Campus inter-library loan as ILL to users for long time and continually trying to improve the service's quality. This case study is to analysis the performance of campus inter-library loan in the past 9 years. As the related automation system was developed and upgraded, the service requests have been increasing annually. Campus inter-library loan requests were 12% of total book requests in 2001, and then were 75% of total book requests in 2008. The transaction time was reduced until 17% of 2004.

본 연구는 작은도서관의 장서부족문제를 개선할 현실적 대안으로 작은도서관과 공공도서관 간의 상호대차 서비스 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 상호대차의 개념과 유형을 논하고, 서울시 구립공공도서관의 상호대차 서비스 현황을 파악한다. 사례연구로 관내 상호대차 서비스를 수행하는 서울시 산하 구립 공공도서관 3곳을 비교 분석하고, 담당 사서들과의 인터뷰를 통해 지역 내 상호대차 서비스의 개선 방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to Investigate the factors haying an Influence on activating the Interlibrary loan between national university libraries. Data were collected by and questionnaires. To analyze the factors activating the Interlibrary loan, 1-test and regression analysis method Is adopted depending on the type of data collected. The findings of the study shows that the interlibrary loan can be more actively performed in the group of libraries to focus the subject background on library and Information science than the other group the number of lending cases is highly affected by collection size. the number of periodical titles, annually increased number of collections and periodical titles. Otherwise the number of borrowing cases is much less affected than the number of lending cases by the above factors : the interlibrary loan can be more actively conducted in the group of libraries using facsimile or PC than the other group.

In this paper, linear dynamic equations are derived from nonlinear dynamic equations of constrained multibody systems using the QR decomposition method. The derived linear equations are applied to a railway vehicle bogie. The vibration characteristics of the railway vehicle are investigated by calculating the natural mode and transfer function of the bogie frame in relation to rail-roughness input. The main modes of the bogie were found below 35Hz, and the local modes above 198Hz. The magnitude of the vertical transfer function varied with the forward velocity due to vertical and pitch modes, which were influenced by the forward velocity. The magnitude of the lateral transfer function was negligibly small, and the mode in the longitudinal direction was excited for longitudinal transfer function regardless of the forward velocity.

The purpose of this study is to analyze cooperative relationship and information needs using the interlibrary loan (ILL) service data of the academic libraries. This study interprets the ILL service data as information source that including unsolved information problems. Also, this study normalizes the ILL service data using the collaboration index. The results of this study have three aspects. First, col hs-index can be useful tool for analyzing ILL service relationship between different sizes of libraries. Second, this study find out the information needs and the collection characteristics of each library after analyzing ILL data by subjects. Third, by applying col hs-index, we could analysis more objective ILL data and found out possibility of bibliographic index.

The purpose of this study is to explore practical methods of interlibrary loan system, linked with information retrieval system. The process and current status of interlibrary loan was investigated and analyzed at medical libraries in this study. In order to find the way of utilizing data from information retrieval and document request at the same time, the author tries to develop a way of linking PubMed, Union Catalog and ILL system. This study shows that hit record of information retrieval was saved in type of MEDLINE, XMLJSGML and reused for document delivery services. It seems to be efficient that the maintenance of Union Catalog was managed by all of member libraries, and data were retrieved at server and client side at once. In addition, it was found that user information can be checked by the IP and ILL system can be used for requested document by the saved result.

철도차량용 주행장치인 대차는 차체의 하중을 지지하고, 승객 및 차량의 안전, 주행성능 및 승차감에 지대한 영향을 미치는 핵심 구조부품이다. 주행장치는 크게 대차틀, 차륜 및 차축, 1차 2차 현가장치, 제동장치, 전동기 및 동력전달장치 등으로 구성되며, 대차틀은 형상이 복잡하고 하중을 직접 지지할 뿐만 아니라 하중조건도 정적 및 동적하중이 복합적으로 작용하고 있다. 대차틀은 차체 자중 및 승객 하중에 의한 정하중과 곡선주행, 제동시 발생하는 하중 및 불규칙한 선로와 차체, 주행장치, 윤축의 운동모드에 의한 동하중을 받고 있다.(중략)

The bogie structure of center guided type monorail has been applied to Incheon Wolmi Eunha monorail at first in the world, and aluminum alloy material bogie is first ever introduced in Korea. Since bogie transfers vertical and horizontal loads to the track and guide rail as an essential system, its structure should have enough durability and secure excellent operation performance and ride quality. This study presents a suitable structure for center guided type monorail, a system combination method for bogie operation performance and riding quality, and a solution for better bogie frame durability.
