The historical drama played on TV in 2003, Daejanggeum is originally based on the short historical record of lady doctor of the palace from the [Jungjong record] of Josun. The drama mixed fiction and historic record well together draw enormous interest and became a novel, musical and animation for children. Also the location of shooting drama became a theme park to attract travelers and the name 'Daejanggeum' was used for products to create great additional value. Most of all, the drama then was exported to overseas and became the representing drama of Korea. Therefore, drama is the representing piece that proved the success of historic data with its application as various modern cultural contents. The analysis of success reason of showed the creation of new modern woman character, fresh selection of the item that suits well in the time of desiring wellbeing, the strong drama scenario with different story development compared to previous historic drama. Also, it used 'one source multi use' method prior to the broadcasting and prepared production of various cultural contents. This success of Daejanggeum means a lot from the point of 'modern acceptance of tradition' to tradition researchers.

지난 2003년 9월부터 이듬해 3월까지 MBC-TV에서 방영되며 국민드라마로 자리 잡았던 <대장금>이 애니메이션으로 새롭게 태어났다. 지난해 10월 29일 첫 방송을 시작으로 현재 매주 토요일에 방영되고 있는 대장금의 애니메이션 버전 <장금이의 꿈>은 장금이가 궁녀가 되기 전부터 정식 궁녀가 되기까지의 과정을 그린 작품으로 꿈을 이루기 위한 장금이의 동분서주한 수라간 이야기를 다루고 있다. 특히 조연급 캐릭터들의 액션씬을 가미해 영상에 활력을 주고, 의상과 배경 등은 가능한 현대적 조화를 꾀해 볼거리가 풍성하다. 동양의 신비함과 보편적 사상을 최대한 부각시킨 이 작품은 해외 판매와 부대사업에 주력하고 있다. 최근 들어 NHK 자회사인 MICO(Media International Corporation)와 수출계약을 체결하고, 오는 4월 NHK 지상파를 통해 방송키로 합의하는 등 이미 그 결실을 맺고 있다. 캐릭터 완구사업, 출판 및 DVD사업, 캐릭터 상품화 사업, 모바일 게임사업, 케이블 및 위성 DMB사업 등 부가사업도 활발하게 전개하고 있어 진정한 ‘윈소스 멀티유즈’를 실현하고 있다.

Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded as follows. Fusion food based on Bae Yong-Joon's love in star marketing using Hansik was higher than traditional Hansik based on Lee Young-Ae's A Jewel in the Palace in terms of preference; and there was no difference by nations. This means that to harmoniously improve the low recognition and tradition of Korean traditional food, it has its limits so much from modern view. In addition, to establish such menu as international standard one through the fusion of Hansik, trust, which can give a regular balance and belief of service, must be a high priority. As those factors supports the menu, it could contribute to the successful settlement and activation of it with local and international synergistic effects.

In this paper the characteristics of the script centers golden and/or silver letter center in Koryo Dynasty and a set of seven rolls of the script written in silver letter on blue paper prayed by Yearn Seong-Ik were studied with focusing on the referred records and an epilog of the script. This script was discovered from Namgewon's stone stupa, when it was transported from original site of Daekam Dong, Kaiseong city to Kyungbok Palace in 1919. This script prayed by Yeom Seong-Ik which was written in silver paste on blue papers is a set of seven rolls, the size is 31.1 cm (length) ${\times}$ 27.2 cm (width). The cover painting and Beonsangwha(Buddha's preaching picture) were painted out and in the roll cover. This script was written with 14 letters on a line whose characteristic with the style of cover painting and Beonsangwha is similar to the golden and silver scripts prayed by kings of Koryo Dynasty. The person who prayed this script was a powerful vassal of the king Chungyeol period, Yeom Seong-Ik. According to Koryosa(Koryo History) and Koryosa jeolyo(summarized Koryo History), it is described that Yeom Seong-Ik offered his own house which was built by a group of strangers as a 'Writing Place for the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras and the place of the script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras. Therefore, it is possible to consider that this script a set of seven rolls of the script of Saddharma Pundarika-Sutra was written to pray for himself as well as his families' fortune at the place of golden script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras, and enshrined it in the Namgaewon stone stupa when the stupa was repaired in 9th year of king ChungYeol. Above all the most important point should be centered on that he offered his house as a writing place for golden script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras as recorded in Koryosa Jeolyo. The writing place for golden script of the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras should be emphasized on the meaning of its site. It is an important key point to clear that Kumjawon(Golden letter center) would be different from Kumjadejangso(the writing place of golden script for complete collection of Budihist Sutras) with Kumkyungsa(Goldm script place). As considereing the point that this script showed the characteristics of golden and/or silver scripts which prayed by king Chungyeol in Koryo Dynasty as they were, even though this script was manufactured by individual praying, this script follwed in the style of Kumjawon(golden letter center) and/or Unjawon(siIver letter center) as they were, because this script was written in the place of the golden script for the complete collection of Buddhist Sutras. In this paper all of the points described above with focusing on the referred records and an epilog of this script were collectively considered to make clear the characteristics of the script centers, golden and/or silver letter.

상온에 준하는 저온의 플라즈마를 발생시키는 장치들이 개발되면서, 저온 플라즈마와 생체조직간의 상호작용에 대한 연구가 큰 관심을 끌고 있다. 플라즈마에서 발생되는 다량의 이온과 활성종, 그리고 UV 등이 박테리아나 세포들과 작용함으로 해서 암세포 사멸, 치아 미백, 박테리아 살균/멸균, 지혈등의 효과들이 나타나고 있으며, 이러한 효과들을 극대화할 수 있는 장치 개발과 플라즈마와 생체조직간의 상호작용 메카니즘을 규명하는 것이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 나노 금입자를 암세포의 막단백질인 FAK의 항체와 결합시킨 중합체를 만들어서, 암세포 표면에 나노 금입자붙이고, 플라즈마를 조사했을 때, 나노 금입자가 부착되지 않았을 경우에 비해서, 5배이상 사멸률이 증가하였다.[1] 변색된 치아에 미백제의 주성분인 과산화수소를 도포하고, 10분간 플라즈마를 조사하게 되면, 과산화수소만 도포했을 때에 비해, 치아 표면의 색이 3배이상 밝아지는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 과산화수소를 플라즈마에 노출시켰을 때, 활성종인 OH의 생성이 2배이상 증가하였고, 플라즈마에 의한 OH 생성의 촉진이 치아 미백효과가 증대되는 주된 요인인 것으로 추측된다.[2] 플라즈마에서 발생되는 O, $O_3$와 같은 활성종들은 살균력이 뛰어나기 때문에, 저온 플라즈마를 의료기구의 소독/멸균에 응용할 가능성이 아주 크다. 대장균이나 구강 세균이 플라즈마 처리로 5분이내에 멸균되는 것을 확인하였고, 핸드피스와 같은 의료기구를 오염시켜서 멸균 테스트를 수행하고 있다.

Recently, various types of dramas have been broadcasted in Korea. Especially, historical dramas having backgrounds about historical events or characters have been recorded high ratings of the viewing audience, as well as a lot of influence on many parts of Korean society. Besides, the historical drama like raised a craze for popular Korean cultures in many Asian countries. The subjects and characters of historical drama are diversifying in recent years. For example, is a royal cook, is a story about running away slaves and their chaser, is a story about a very well-known painter of the Joseon Dynasty era, and is a veterinarian. At this point, in celebration of the officially appointed "year of mathematics", it is very meaningful to demonstrate the importance of mathematics with a historical drama about mathematics and mathematicians of the Joseon Dynasty. In this article, the reasons for production of historical dramas about mathematics and mathematicians in the Joseon Dynasty was presented in two ways. First, modern mathematics has high level of abstractness as its nature, and therefore many students and the public can not understand what except for some areas. Second, it is possible the easier and various approaches can be used to deal with contents about real-life in the view of popularization of mathematics. Also, this article would aim to explore the main character and episodes about mathematics and mathematicians in Joseon Dynasty. For example, the anecdote of Hong Jung Ha, the works of mathematics in the King Sejong's periods, the study of Hong Gil Ju, the joint researches between Nam Byung Gil and Lee Sang Hyuk, the story of Lee Seung Hun, and the mathematics study of middle class people.

This study is a efficient management techniques of road by facility database. The purpose of road ledger investigate the property of road facility, the present condition of the location, the quality of the material of the ground and underground facility. Also, this is used to make plan for construction, and investment program of the road. To build road database, photogrammetry, ground control surveying and aerial photogrammetry must be performed. After the research of the road facility, a underground facility map and the road drawings are to be made. In this study, model area is the KUMJUNG-KU in Pusan where an industrial road is located on. There are about 7,000 signal lampes and traffic safety boards. It is possible to manage scientifical and efficient road ledger though statistical handling using facility database. In this paper, authors found the database of road facility through basic circumstances in the use of SML of ARC/INFO.

The aim of this study was to investigate the virulence factor profiles of Escherichia coli strains isolated from pork and chicken meats purchased from retail markets in Korea. From 943 pork and 142 chicken meats, 217 isolates of E. coli were cultured. The presence of 11 virulence factors (elt, estI, estII, astA, stx, cdt, cnf, agg, inve, eae, afa) were detected by polymerase chain reaction. Forty one (18.9%) of 217 E. coli isolates carried at least one virulence factor. Among 175 E. coli isolates from pork, the detection rate of astA, elt, eae, estII, estI, afa, and cnf were 6.9%, 4.6%, 4.6%, 4.0%, 2.3%, 1.1%, and 0.6%, respectively. However, stx, agg, and cdt were not detected in our isolates. Therefore, we conclude that astA is the most prevalent virulence factor in E. coli isolates contaminated in pork and chicken meats in Korea.

In recent years, liquid biopsy has received immense attention. Liquid biopsy is a minimally invasive method used for obtaining biological fluids including urine, pleural fluid and, mostly, peripheral blood. Liquid biopsy involves various targets including circulating tumors cells (CTCs), circulating cell-free tumor DNA (ctDNA), and microRNA (miRNA). Colorectal cancer (CRC), like other solid tumors, shed tumor cells into the bloodstream. Analysis of these CTCs, as well as ctDNA is the primary objective of the liquid biopsy. Evaluation of CTC or ctDNA offers information about early tumor release, development of tumor metastasis and also about mechanisms involved in tumor resistance to treatment.
