본 논문에서는 퍼지라는 개념을 도입하여 기존의 전문가시스템에서 문제점으로 지적되어 온 불확실성, 모호성의 처리 기능을 부가하여 표현의 영역을 확장, 개선하여, 전문가시스템의 추론 엔진을 적용하는 근사적 유사 추론기법을 분석한다. 그리고 규칙의 조건부와 이에 대응하는 사실간의 유사도를 구하여 이들 규칙의 결론부에 반영하여 결론을 유도하는 근사적 유사 추론기법을 제안한다. 또한 이와 같은 이론적인 연구를 바탕으로 자연언어의 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 퍼지 개념을 지원하는 당뇨병(의료)진단용 전문가시스템을 설계, 구현하여 기존의 불확실성 관리방안의 단점을 개선하고자 한다.

This study presents the results from a technical analysis of a portal system that is compatible with MRV regulations and utilized to examine energy efficiency in international shipping, in relation to the implementation of a mandatory data collection system by the International Maritime Organization. The details of the SEEMP guidelines, including the data collection system and methods for collecting data on fuel use, were reviewed. Strategies for domestic shipping companies toward MRV have been recommended by identifying differences with the EU MRV, and the technical adequacy of the MRV system was assessed. The MRV system enhances cost and work efficiency by managing emissions data from the early stage to the final stage. It is capable of collecting and reporting emissions data while adhering to the reporting procedures of shipping companies. By granting different access privileges to users, the system supports shipping companies in their data collection and reporting, and also supports verifiers in their data verification activities. Moreover, it makes possible the submission of reports in electronic from, thereby enabling shipping companies to adopt an integrated response to international MRV regulations.

기상이변에 따른 호우 태풍의 발생 빈도 및 규모의 증가에 따라 사회시설물 및 인명 피해가 증가되고 있으며, 이러한 피해에 대한 예방 대응 복구 등의 대책 활동에 대한 의사결정 지원을 위하여 피해 예측 및 저감 기술에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히, 피해규모 예측은 가장 기본적으로 수행되어야 할 대책 활동으로 국민 생활에 밀접하게 이용되고 있는 사회기반시설 중 재해 발생 시 복구물자의 이동과 인명 대피에 활용되는 교통시설물의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가재난관리시스템(National Disaster Management System, NDMS)과 침수흔적도를 이용하여 교통시설물에 대한 손실함수를 개발하고자 하였다. 개발된 교통시설물에 대한 손실함수는 재해저감 대책을 위한 기초자료로서 의사결정 지원에 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

Malicious codes have been widely documented and detected in information security breach occurrences of Microsoft Windows platform. Legacy information security systems are particularly vulnerable to breaches, due to Window kernel-based malicious codes, that penetrate existing protection and remain undetected. To date there has not been enough quality study into and information sharing about Windows kernel and inner code mechanisms, and this is the core reason for the success of these codes into entering systems and remaining undetected. This paper focus on classification and formalization of type target and mechanism of various Windows kernel-based attacks, and will present suggestions for effective response methodologies in the categories of, "Kernel memory protection", "Process & driver protection" and "File system & registry protection". An effective Windows kernel protection system will be presented through the collection and analysis of Windows kernel and inside mechanisms, and through suggestions for the implementation methodologies of unreleased and new Windows kernel protection skill. Results presented in this paper will explain that the suggested system be highly effective and has more accurate for intrusion detection ratios, then the current legacy security systems (i.e., virus vaccines and Windows IPS, etc) intrusion detection ratios. So, It is expected that the suggested system provides a good solution to prevent IT infrastructure from complicated and intelligent Windows kernel attacks.

원전의 방사능 누출은 물론, 전국의 환경 방사선이나 기상 등을 수시로 종합 감시하여 즉각적으로 대응하는 방사능 방재 전산망이 본격 가동되었다. 과학기술처는 7월 31일 과천 청사 방사선 비상대책실에서 원전 사고 등 비상시에 방사능 누출 현황 등을 컴퓨터 화면으로 한눈에 보고 대응책을 마련할 수 있는 방사능방재대책 기술지원전산망 가동식을 가졌다. 이 전산망은 $\ulcorner$방사선 영향 평가 및 예측 전산화 시스템(CARE)$\lrcorner$을 중심으로 서울 등 전국 20개 지역의 환경방사선량을 표시해주는 환경방사능 감시망과 기상자료 수집망이 하나로 연결된 컴퓨터 통신망이다. 이의 운영 현황을 들어본다.

In this paper recently catastrophic oil spills from tanker casualties have polluted the marine environment. The Sea Prince casualties are analyzed and the systems to be introduced are considered. Also, the establishment of the national contingency plan and the decision-making procedure based on technical analysis are described. Based on the discussions the Rapid Response Technical Support System is derived for the support of salvage and oil spill removal operation. The System will contribute to the protection of life and assets from the marine casualties and to keeping the clean and safe ocean.

오늘날 기업환경은 고객의 요구에 대응하여 적시에 효율적으로 상품과 서비스를 공급하고 전체비용의 대부분을 차지하는 물류와 재고비용을 줄여 기업의 이윤을 극대화하는 것으로 변화하고 있다. 예전에 기업위주의 시장형성에서 고객위주로 시장이 변화하고 있는 것이다. 이에 따라 기업은 고객의 요구에 능동적으로 대응하기 위하여 리드타임의 단축이 필수적인 요소가 되어가고 있다. 이러한 기업환경에 변화에 따른 대안으로 나온 것이 실시간 제조와 공급사슬망관리(Supply Chain Management : SCM)이다. 본 연구는 실시간 제조를 지원하기 위하여 제조업체와 협력사간의 물류에 있어 Goldratt의 Drunm-Buffer-Rope 스케줄링을 이용하여 물류창고라는 Buffer를 두어 협력사중 재고의 부족현상이 일어날 경우에는 공급체인상의 능력제약자원(Capacity Constraint Resource: CCR)을 찾아 능력제약자원이 되는 협력사에 대하여 생산을 독촉하고 물류창고에서는 부족재고에 대한 불출을 개시하여 재고의 완충을 도모하고자 한다. 제조업체와 협력사간의 정보를 실시간 감시시스템(Real-Time Monitoring System : RTMS)를 응용하여 웹상에서 공유하며, 실시간 거래가 가능토록하는 공급사슬망 구축에 관한 연구와 이를 프로그램 구현을 통해 실제적으로 시험해 보고자 한다.

This paper introduces a smart aging service that helps the elderly lead a happy old age by actively utilizing IoT and AI technologies for the elderly who are increasing rapidly as they enter the aging society. In particular, we propose a future-oriented, age-friendly well-being support system that breaks away from the existing welfare concept to solve the aging problem but leads to a paradigm shift toward building a vibrant aging society by protecting from emergency and satisfying emotions. By introducing IoT and AI, it judges the life situation and emotional state from the living information of the elderly can respond to emergencies and suggest meetings as a change of mood and give an emotional comfort. Since the proposed system uses artificial intelligence techniques to determine the degree of depression when inputting information such as pulse-rate, dangerous word usage, and external communication, I think it showed the feasibility of the new concept of wellbeing support system that is totally different from conventional wellbeing concept of health-care.

2016년 경주지진, 2018년 밀양 세종병원 화재사고, 2019년 강원도 동해안 산불, 2020년 코로나바이러스감염증-19 재난까지 매년 다양한 유형의 재난이 발생하면서 재난대응에 대한 관심 역시 커지고 있다. 정부는 물론 각 지자체에서 재난유형별로 재난대응 매뉴얼에 따라 체계적으로 해당 재난에 대한 대응을 실시하고 있으나 중앙 상황실과 현장 간 소통의 어려움, 의사결정의 지연 등으로 인해 신속한 대응방안 수립 및 피해상황 파악에 있어서 미흡한 대처를 보여주어 질타를 받기도 하였다. 본 연구에서는 중앙 상황실과 현장 간의 원활한 소통과 재난으로 발생한 피해현황 및 응급복구 계획 등을 신속하게 수립할 수 있도록 군부대에서 사용하고 있는 공통작전상황도(Common Operating Picture, 이하 COP)의 개념을 재난대응 체계에 도입하여 제시하고자 한다. 공통작전상황도는 미군이 군사적인 대응을 위하여 정보공유 차원에서 처음으로 사용되었으며, 미국연방재난관리청(Federal Emergency Management Agency, 이하 FEMA)이 현재 재난상활 발생 시 의사결정을 지원하기 위한 시스템으로 개발하여 활용하고 있다. 이를 구성하는 요소들은 재난발생시 가장 기초적인 정보(신고사항, 기상정보, 시민제보 등) 뿐 만 아니라 현장에 관한 정보(구체적인 대응상황, 요구사항 등)까지 다루어지고 있으며, 결국 공통작전상황도는 이를 모두 관리할 수 있는 하나의 통합플랫폼이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난상황에서 공통작전상황도를 활용한 해외사례 분석과 국내 도입 시각 재난유형별로 공통작전상황도에 필요한 정보요소들을 1차적으로 확인함으로써 새로운 재난대응 시스템의 필요함을 강조하고자 한다.
