This paper proposes the method for improving the localization accuracy of the mobile robot based on the stereo camera. To restore the position information from stereo images obtained by the stereo camera, the corresponding point which corresponds to one pixel on the left image should be found on the right image. For this, there is the general method to search for corresponding point by calculating the similarity of pixel with pixels on the epipolar line. However, there are some disadvantages because all pixels on the epipolar line should be calculated and the similarity is calculated by only pixel value like RGB color space. To make up for this weak point, this paper implements the method to search for the corresponding point simply by calculating the gap of x-coordinate when the feature points, which are extracted by feature extraction and matched by feature matching method, are a pair and located on the same y-coordinate on the left/right image. In addition, the proposed method tries to preserve the number of feature points as much as possible by finding the corresponding points through the conventional algorithm in case of unmatched features. Because the number of the feature points has effect on the accuracy of the localization. The position of the mobile robot is compensated based on 3-D coordinates of the features which are restored by the feature points and corresponding points. As experimental results, by the proposed method, the number of the feature points are increased for compensating the position and the position of the mobile robot can be compensated more than only feature extraction.

본 연구는 네트워크 중심전(NCW)에서 전투력에 영향을 미치는 요소들과 전투능력 평가방법에 관한 것이다. 전투능력에 영향을 미치는 기초변수로 상황인식, 환경적응, 물자보급, 정보유통 및 지휘통제를 설정하고 이러한 기초변수가 전투능력에 미치게 될 영향을 추론하였다. 설정된 기초변수를 전제하여 대응소요 시간을 기반으로 전투능력을 평가하는 방안을 제시하였다. 대응 신뢰성 및 대응 효율을 평가함으로써 전투능력을 정량화하는 것이 가능하며 정량화된 자료를 축적함으로써 통계적으로 전투능력과 기초변수와의 상관관계를 파악할 수 있으며 이러한 관계를 이해하는 것은 NCW 체계구축에 중요한 요소가 될 것이다.

인터넷이 널리 보급되면서 이용자들간에는 편리하고 빠른 정보교환이 가능하게 되었지만 이를 방해하는 해커들의 활동 또한 크게 증가하고 있다. 그 중 DDoS(Distributed Denial of Service) 공격은 인터넷 서비스를 하고 있는 서버에 심각한 해를 주며 탐지와 대응이 어려운 해킹방법중의 하나이다. 본 연구에서는 DDoS 공격 대응을 위해 액티브 네트워크를 이용해 개발한 DDoS 보안시스템[1][2]을 이용할 때 얼마나 효과적인 성능을 낼 수 있는지에 대한 분석 결과를 제공한다.

우주비행체의 내부 장치 고장 혹은 외부 환경에 의한 고장이 발생할 경우를 대비하여 가상 모의 시뮬레이터를 이용한 고장 대응 훈련이 요구된다. 시뮬레이터 개발 초기에 이러한 고장 발생 메커니즘을 설계에 반영하지 않는 경우 교관이 작성한 고장 시나리오에 의한 유기적 고장 발생 및 고장 전파 기능을 납품 후 추가 요구하기는 용이하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 의도하는 고장을 의미있는 시각(Epoch)에 주입하기 위한 고장 발생 메커니즘 구조를 설명한다. 또한 천리안위성 시뮬레이터 소프트웨어의 고장 발생 예제를 통해 고장 감지, 고장 복구, 관제원의 대응 방법 등을 설명한다.

선박 침수사고 발생시, (De)Ballasting 작업은 기본적인 대응방안 중 하나이다. 16000톤급 여객선의 항해 중 탱크 변화량의 패턴을 분석하여 내항성 안전모듈 대응가이던스에서 정량적인 평가방법을 통해 침수사고 발생 시 최적탱크를 선정하여 제시할 수 있도록 실제 상황에 적용 가능한 알고리즘(안)을 개발하였다.

글로벌 금융위기 이후 증가하는 보호주의의 재등장은 수출주도형공업화로 성장한 아세안 선발국들에게 부정적인 영향을 미칠 것이다. 아세안에 대한 반덤핑 제고 등 무역구제조치는 증가하고 있으며 통상강국들의 반세계화도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 경제블록으로서 아세안이 공동 대응하는 방법은 별로 없다. 아세안이 통상문제에 공동의 목소리를 낼 정도로 이해가 동일하지도 않고, 통상압력의 대상이 되는 기업들이 다국적기업인 경우가 많기 때문이다. 따라서 아세안은 아세안경제공동체를 심화시키는데 주력하고 RCEP 및 EU와 FTA를 추진하는 등 간접적 대응을 하고 있다.

This study aims to implement analyses of types of conflict perceived by teachers and coping methods. Researchers analyzed 561 survey responses of elementary and secondary teachers using independent t-test and ANOVA. Results are as follows. First, regarding perception of teacher conflict, there were statistically significant mean differences by teacher role, status, and location for conflict toward colleague, parents, and policy, by teacher role and status for conflict toward students, by location for conflict toward administrators, and by teacher role and location for conflict toward staff. Second, in regard to coping methods, gender and teacher status in coping methods for students and gender and teacher role in coping methods for policy showed different aspects in the number of responses. Researchers suggested principals' understanding organizational conflict and enhancing conflict management skills and teachers' discussing strategies for conflict resolution.

Quantiles and quantile ranks(or plotting positions) are widely used in academia and industry. Sample quantile methods and sample quantile methods implemented in some major statistical software are at least seven, respectively. Small looking differences between the methods can make big differences in outcomes that result from decisions based on them. We discussed the characteristics and differences of the basic plotting position using the empirical cumulative probability and the six plotting positions derived from the suggestion of Blom (1958). After discussing the characteristics and differences of seven quantile methods used in the some major statistical software, we suggested a general expression covering all seven quantile methods. Using the insight obtained from the general expression, we proposed four propositions that make it possible to find the plotting position method that correspond to each of the seven quantile methods. These correspondences may help us to understand and apply quantile methodology.

본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 게임 흡인요소를 매개로 유식학 수행단계와 행동수정방법간의 연관성을 밝혔다. 수행단계와 흡인요소간의 연관성 파악을 위하여 11가지 선심소를 기저범주로 놓고 Roget 시소러스를 이용하여 참조정보를 탐색한 곁과 선심소의 상세범주를 얻었다. 이것과 함께 게임 흡인요소 분류를 Roget 시소러스에서 같은 방법으로 탐색하여 수행단계와 게임 흡인요소의 대응관계를 확인하였다. 한편, 게임 흡인요소에 대응하는 행동수정방법은 문헌연구를 통하여 확인하였다. 이로써 게임 흡인요소 악영향 순화방안을 서구의 심리학이론인 행동수정방법과 함께 불친 심리학인 유식학 이론의 수행방법을 적용하여 상호보완적으로 생각할 수 있었다.
