본 연구는 신제품 개발 과정에서 이루어지는 개념 설계(conceptual design) 단계에서의 효과적인 평가 방법론 제안을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 현재 사용자가 경험하지 못한 미래형 제품설계를 위한 개념 설계 내용이, 사용자의 잠재적 요구사항을 반영하고 사용자가 수행해야 하는 과업을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 지의 여부를 평가하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 디자인 컨셉 평가 프레임웍은 3단계로 구성되어 있다. Phase 1에서는 제품의 미래 사용환경을 예측한 시나리오를 작성하여 사용 사례를 도출하고 사용 사례에 대한 과업 분석을 수행, 사용자의 수행 과업을 파악한다. Phase 2에서는 이러한 사용자의 수행 과업을 지원하기 위해 필요한 기능적 요구사항을 구현할 수 있는 기술을 체계적으로 파악하여, 기술 지도(Technology Roadmap)로서 전개한다. 이를 통해 디자인 컨셉을 구현하기 위해 현재 활용 가능한 기술 대안을 파악한다. Phase 3에서는 기술 지도를 통해 파악한 현재의 요소 기술 및 미래의 기술 대안과 사용자 요구사항간의 연관관계를 분석, 제품 개념 설계에 반영되어야 할 설계 요구사항을 도출하여 평가항목을 구성한다. 본 연구의 디자인 컨셉 평가 방법은 CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work)기반 시스템의 실감 사용자 인터페이스(tangible user interface) 개발 사례를 통해 검증하였다.

이 글은 최근 인지언어학에서 기본적인 핵심이론 중의 하나로 자리잡고 있는 '정신공간 이론'(mental space theory)에 대한 이론적인 소개와 함께 의미구성에 있어서 중요한 개념의 하나인 '사상'(mappings)의 문제를 다루고자 한다. 1994년 이후 Fauconnier와 Fauconnier & Turner 등을 중심으로 진행되어 오고 있는 정신공간 이론에서는, 언어의 의미를 궁극적으로 인지적 공간들 사이의 상호관계가 언어로 '투사'(projection)된 것으로 간주한다. 그리고 기존의 근원영역과 목표영역 사이의 직접적이고 체계적인 사상, 이른바 '두 영역 모델'의 대안으로 '다공간 모델'을 제시하고 있다. 다공간 모델 속에는 '포괄공간'(generic space)과 '혼합공간'(blending space)이 설정되는데, 그 중에서 포괄공간은 근원공간과 목표공간의 모든 개념이나 추상적인 도식 등이 반영되어 있는 반면, 혼합공간은 실제의 다양한 개념적 혼합의 결과로 나타나며, 입력된 공간에서 나타나는 상응되는 부분들 사이의 연결을 활용하고 발전시키기 때문에 그 자체가 또 다른 혼합공간의 입력공간에서 일어나는 개념적 사상의 양상은 매우 다양할 뿐만 아니라 의미구성에 있어서도 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 글에서는 합성어와 같은 어휘적 측면은 물론, 일상의 문장 표현을 통해 나타나는 개념적 사상의 다양한 양상을 고찰하고자 한다.

LCC(Life Cycle Cost) analysis on design process has to be performed for a selection of reasonable and economical design alternatives in highway construction projects. To be performed of LCC analysis, the maintenance data such that are maintenance periods, rate of repair, maintenance cost, and so on are required. Therefore the Hi-Portal System had been developed and the maintenance data has been accumulating in the Korean Expressway Corporation. However, the data are not effectively used because the system have no consideration for LCC concept, and currently, th data are acquired by survey with experts. In the study, it is proposed that the concept of Generally Annual Maintenance are practically and easily used to perform LCC analysis. Some of generally annual maintenance data are suggested through Hi-portal data analysis due to the proposed concept and LCC analysis of a real highway construction project is preformed by comparison with a current approach. From the results, it make sure that the proposed concept are effectively used to preform LCC analysis until during exactly practical data from Hi-Portal system are obtained.

The purpose of this study was to investigate high school students' ideas related with dinosaur extinction, to classify students' responses types with alternative hypotheses of inconsistent with their ideas, and then to examine their cognitive conflict levels and the degree of ideas change. To investigate students' ideas, we analyzed responses 98 eleventh graders of a high school in Anyang area. The results of this study were as follows: First, most of the students responded a large scale asteroid impact with the cause of dinosaur extinction, and rest of them responded changed Earth's climate accompanying tectonic activity, extreme volcanic activity, shortage of food, disease(virus) and decrease of their habitat. Also, they thought that dinosaur was exterminated not by just one reason but by several complex reasons. Second, the students' responses of alternative hypotheses were classified into six types: rejection, reinterpretation, uncertainty, belief decrease, partial theory change, and theory change. Third, except rejection and reinterpretation types, other four types were arousing of cognitive conflict and the percentage of the students who felt cognitive conflict was 62.3% and that of the students who took the theory change was just 6.1 %.

Bridge design is a problem-solving process whose level of design quality strongly depends on how to relate design constraints with feasibile design objectives in conceptual design stage. This paper has focused on how to create bridge shapes using creativity toward better looking bridge appearances in conceptual design stage. The term creativity in this study does not refer to the creation of something from nothing but to the reorganization of existing concepts. Such creativity includes not only enlarging the number of structural forms which is established based on the relationship between form and statics but also combining bridge design with artistic components like an architectural style. Also, this study has investigated the usefulness of graphic statics as a structural analysis tool showing the analysis results visually to generate bridge forms in conceptual design stage. It is expected that the proposed way of generating bridge forms in this study to be used not only for practical purpose but also for educational purpose regarding the aesthetic bridge design serving as a new education paradigm.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of shared leadership, authenticity leadership, and self - leadership on the recognition of organizational effectiveness of university librarians, which is an alternative concept of existing leadership. The purpose of this study is to examine whether leadership styles have more influence on recognition of organizational effectiveness, and whether there is a moderating effect of emotional intelligence on the relationship between leadership and organizational effectiveness. A total of 140 questionnaires were collected from 275 librarians of 55 university librarians working in the university libraries nationwide. The effect of alternative leadership, which is an independent variable, on organizational effectiveness was partially derived, and self - leadership had the greatest effect on job satisfaction, and control effect of emotional intelligence The results of this study are as follows. Although this study does not claim new concepts and facts in the field of leadership and organizational validity, it can be said that it contributes to introducing the theoretical relation to new concepts of alternative leadership which has not been relatively studied in the field of linguistic informatics.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the alternative models of seasonal changes that preservice secondary teachers presented using the Lakatosian methodology. Participants included 74 undergraduate students who majored in science education within the college of education. Their responses to these questions revealed students' alternative models were inconsistent with scientific models. A great deal of this apparent inconsistency could be explained by assuming that the students used, in a consistent fashion, a alternative core belief on seasonal changes. This study also discussed the core beliefs and the possible sources held by preservice teachers in order to overcome their alternative models. The sources of alternative models may lie in the contents used in textbooks.

최근의 소프트웨어 위기를 해결할 수 있는 최적의 대안으로서 컴포넌트 기술을 개발, 산업계에 확산하기 위하여 다양한 영역의 비즈니스 컴포넌트를 개발 보급하여야 한다. 비즈니스 컴포넌트를 개발하기 위하여는 컴포넌트의 조립 모델을 정의한 개념적 아키텍쳐를 우선적으로 설정하여야하며 이 모델에 기반한 체계화된 명세 방법을 정의하여 각 컴포넌트가 일관적 체계에 따라 명세화 되어 개발할 수 있는 체계를 구축하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 정통부 사업의 일환으로 수행된 공용 컴포넌트 뱅크 구축을 위한 영역 아키텍쳐 모델을 제시하고, 컴포넌트 뱅크에 구축할 컴포넌트 개발을 위한 명세 방법의 개념 모델과 명세 단계를 제시하고 이를 비즈니스 웅용 영역에 적용하여 개발한 명세화 접근 방법 및 개발 결과에 대하여 논한다.

사진의 디지털화가 진행되면서 시장이 위축되었던 인화시장이 살아날 조짐을 보이고 있다. PC나 메모리에 저장되어 있던 사진들을 인화시장으로 이끌어내기 위한 갖가지 방안이 업계를 주축으로 활발히 연구되고, 새로운 대안이 제시되고 있다. 한국후지필름은 '포토이즈'라는 신 개념의 사진점포를 선보이며 신개념의 사진문화를 선도해 가고 있는 가운데, 최근에는 프린터 업체인 한국HP가 'HP포토카페'라는 사진인화점을 통해 사진인화시장 진출을 선언하고 나서 기존 필름업계가 장악해온 사진인화시장에 일대 변화가 예고되고 있다. 따라서 향후 사진인화시장을 놓고 기존 필름업계와 프린터업계 중 어느 쪽이 주도권을 갖고 갈 것인지에 대해서도 관심이 높아지고 있다.
