Effective Compression of the Surveillance Video with Region of Interest (관심영역 구분을 통한 감시영상시스템의 효율적 압축)

  • In surveillance video system, there are many classes of images and some spatial regions are more important than other regions. The conventional compression method in this system have been compressed there full frames without classfying them depend on their important parts. To improve the accuracy of the image coding and deliver effective compression for the surveillance video system, it was necessary to separate the regions according to their importance. In this paper, we propose a new effective surveillance video image compression method. The proposed scheme defines importance based three-level region of interest block in a frame, such as background, motion object block, and the feature object block. A captured video image frame can be separated to these three different levels of block regions. And depends on the priority, each block can be modified and compressed in different resolution, compression ratio and qualify factor. Therefore, in surveillance video system, this algorithm not only reduces the image processing time and space, but also guarantees the Important image data in high quality to acquire the system's goal.

  • 무기체계를 대상으로 한 다양한 형태의 사이버 위협에 직면하고 있다. 실제 상대국을 대상으로 한 공격행위도 언론을 통해 발표되고 있다. 무기체계를 대상으로 한 사이버 공격은 실물 공격보다도 더 큰 위력을 발휘하기 때문에 이를 대비하기 위한 보안 검증 강화는 그 무엇보다도 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 고에서는 이러한 사이버 위협, 미국과 우리의 보안정책을 알아보고 문제점을 진단하여 현실적 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다.

한국 교사들의 기업가정신 교육 역량 중요도: 실행도 분석

  • 최근 중등교육에서 기업가정신 교육에 대한 필요성에 대한 인식이 확산되면서, 현장에서 이를 실천할 교사의 역량이 중요해졌다. 본 연구는 기업가정신 교육을 실천할 교사들의 역량을 탐색하고 중요도와 실행도 차이를 분석함으로써, 교육 요구도의 우선순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 TPACK(Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge, 테크놀로지내용교수지식) 모델에 기반하여 기업가정신 교육 역량을 개념화하고, 이를 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하였다. 이를 활용하여 기업가정신 교육에 관심이 있는 중등교사 217명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, TPACK의 모든 하위 요인에 대하여 중요도의 평균이 실행도의 평균보다 높아 교육적 처방이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 중요도-실행도 매트릭스에서 가장 개선의 우선순위가 높은 요인은 CK(내용지식)인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 교사들의 기업가정신 교육 역량 강화를 위한 시사점을 도출하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basic knowledge and a proper education-training program for hotel enterprises. The results are as follows. First, an education-training program was focused on five factors. Service quality, Job, Organization culture, Self improvement, and Language. Second, the Importance Performance Analysis Result show that Keep the Good Work variables are the Customer reception, Food hygiene, Hygienic management, Cooking, First aid, Self development, and Communication. Possible excesses include Customer satisfaction, Business vision, Brand, Prevention of sexual harassment, Multiple cultures. Finally, an education training program should focus mainly on 'Manner', 'Table manner', 'Personal hygiene' and 'Chinese'.

A Study on the Evaluation of Selection Attributes of Spa Destination by IPA (IP분석에 의한 온천관광지 선택속성 평가 연구)

  • The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the importance-performance levels for the selection attributes of spa destination and to analyze the gap between importance levels of the selection attributes. The data were collected from the spa visitors to Yuseong spa complex. The findings of the current study were as belows: 1. as the results of factor analysis of 32 selection attributes, five factors were generated, such as "spa and supporting facilities", "surrounding conditions around spa resort", "friendship and the intention of recommendation", "spa water" and "fees of spa entry". 2. the mean analysis showed the statistically significant difference among the selection attributes for importance-performance levels and the mean levels of five factors were rank-ordered as in "spa and supporting facilities", "friendship and the intention of recommendation", "fees of spa entry", and "surrounding conditions around spa resort", "spa water". 3. as the results of IPA, the selection attributes were distributed as belows: 9 attributes were located in I (Keep up the Good Work), 4 attributes were located in II (Possible Overkill), 7 attributes were located in III (Concentrate Here). and 12 attributes were located in IV (Low Priority).

An Analysis on the Satisfaction of Service Quality for Seasonal Arboretum Visitors using IPA (IPA를 이용한 계절별 국립수목원 이용객의 서비스 질 만족도 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of service quality for seasonal visitors of Korea National Arboretum using Importance-performance analysis. Data were obtained from visitors of Korea National Arboretum on spring, summer, autumn. Results of analysis showed that all season visitor's satisfaction was high. The IPA was undertaken with total 24 variables about service quality of arboretum. Results of IPA was founded that summer visitors want to improve some services (information facilities, forest museum, conveniences, etc). Autumn visitors, on the other hand, thought that some services (kindness, active responsiveness, variety of plant, etc) are overinvested. As a results, there is differences between importance and satisfaction about seasonal service quality.

A Study on Analysis of Differences, Purchase Intentions and Importance-Satisfaction According to the Recognition of Local Foods and Restaurants in Busan (부산시 향토음식과 음식점의 인지도에 따른 차이, 구매의도, 중요도-만족도의 분석)

  • This study conducted t-test and ANOVA analysis, influence of importance-satisfaction, regression analysis to local food and restaurants to the purchase intention in Busan. The subjects of this study were tourists who visited local restaurants in Busan, and the final 392 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the study, first, there will be a significant difference in the recognition of local foods in Busan according to the visitor's region. In all samples, the recognition was high in the order of pork stock, wheat noodle, sauteed·fired soft eel, grilled·ell sashmi. On the other hand, sansung bulgogi, Dongrae pajeon, and sansung makkŏlli were the lowest. Second, in the difference between importance and satisfaction of local restaurants in Busan, 'there is a different taste compared to other regions' showed high satisfaction and importance. Third, In the relationship between the awareness of local restaurants in Busan and the purchase intention, it was found to be effective in service, facilities, prices and locality and cleanliness were rejected.

Analysis of Attribute Importance-Performance of Korean Apples for Southeast Asian Consumers (동남아시아 소비자들의 한국산 사과 속성에 대한 중요도-만족도 분석)

  • Since the Korean apple industry needs to expand its export market in Southeast Asia, this study investigates the attributes of Korean apples affecting consumer preference in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand. Based on an Importance-Preference analysis, the results are summarized as follows. First, price is the most important determinant for purchasing Korean apples by Southeast Asian consumers, except in Malaysia. Second, managing the intrinsic(sweetness and chewing texture) and extrinsic(surface and color) factors needs to be well maintained. Third, the priority of the marketing factor(wrapping) should be lowered. Fourth, while the importance of extrinsic factors(shape and size) is low, satisfaction is high, so these factors need to be managed to avoid overkill. Overall, Korean apples should have their own merits with an appropriate proper price, while maintaining a high quality. The results of this paper may provide suitable strategies for promoting apple exports to Southeast Asia.

서울지역 대학급식소의 음식 및 서비스 만족도

  • 본 연구에서는 대학급식소의 성공적인 운영과 소비자들의 만족도를 향상시키기 위하여 서울지역의 5개 대학교에 재학중인 남녀 대학생 500명을 대상으로 대학급식소의 음식에 대한 중요도와 수행도, 서비스에 대한 기대도와 인식도를 5점척도로 측정하였다. 음식의 품질에 대한 중요도는 ‘음식의 맛’이 4.39로 가장 높았고 ‘가격’(4.21), ‘음식의 간’(4.17), ‘메뉴의 다양성’(4.14), ‘음식의 온도’(3.96), ‘음식의 양’(3.81), ‘음식의 외관’(3.61)순으로 나타났다. (중략)
