Enzyme electrophoresis was used to estimate genetic diversity and population structure of Chimaphila japonica Miq. in Korea. The percent of polymorphic loci within the enzymes was 48.7%. Genetic diversity at the species level and at the population level was high (Hes=0.278 ; Hep=0.222, respectively), whereas the extent of the population divergence was relatively low ( $G_{ST}$ =0.079). $F_{IS}$ , a measure of the deviation from random mating within the 7 populations, was 0.355. An indirect estimate of the number of migrants per generation (Nm=2.61) indicates that gene flow is high among Korean populations of the species. In addition, analysis of fixation indices revealed a substantial heterozygosity deficiency in some populations and at some loci. Factors contributing to the high levels of genetic dive-rsity found in the entire species of C. japonica include wide distribution, long-lived perennials, ability to regenerate due to rhizomatous spread, outcrossing induced by animal vectors, and occasional pollen dispersal by wind.

This study conceptualized the essence and propensity of modern management in service age, based on philosophy, and developed items to evaluate the conceptualized content. It was carried out as a new study to deepen the study of management philosophy and management theory by the new management framework. In order to establish the philosophical foundation of the modern management, the essence of the modern management was conceptualized based on the fundamental ideas of the East and West, and then an evaluation item was developed to put the essence and propensity of the modern management into practical use through analytical and empirical methods. After analyzing the representative ideas of mankind, it was derived that the Book of Change has the qualification as a philosophical model that can derive the essence of modern management. The Book of Change explains the reasoning of the world in the structure of two opposing parties, such as Taiji or Yin and Yang, and the process of acknowledging the contradictions within each opposing party and overcoming the contradictions through change is the central idea. Because you can see. After conducting a conceptual study, through empirical research, the essence and propensity of a modern manager should be conceptualized. The concept of essence and empirical study of the modern management using the leading role was conducted in two stages. First, a qualitative study using repetitive comparative analysis (CCM), focus group interview (FGI), and text mining was conducted to derive the essential and propensity conceptualization items that modern managers should possess. In addition, a quantitative study using factor analysis to develop sample items and develop measurement items through literature review and FGI was conducted to derive the essential concept of the modern management. Finally, the essence of modern management was derived: learning, preparation, challenge, inclusion, trust, morality, and sacrifice. In the future, it is necessary to conduct empirical research on the effectiveness of the essence of modern management for global and Korean representative companies.

연구배경 IgG에 대한 $Fc{\gamma}$ 수용기는 치주병인균에 대한 숙주 반응에 있어서 중요한 역할을 하는데, 이 중 $Fc{\gamma}RIIIa$는 NK 세포, 대식세포, 단핵구, ${\gamma}{\delta}T$세포에서 발현되며, EC2 도메인에서 158 아미노산 부위의 valine (V)-phenylalanine (F)의 유전자다형성을 보인다. $Fc{\gamma}RIIIb$는 특이적으로 중성구에 발현되는데, extracellular (ECl) Ig-like 도메인 내 4개의 아미노산 치환(substitutions)에 의한 NA1-NA2 유전자다형성을 보인다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국인에서 급진성 치주염 환자와 $Fc{\gamma}III$ 수용기의 유전자다형성과의 관련성을 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 및 재료 치주적으로 건강한 90명 (대조군, 남자 64명, 여자 26명)과 서울대학교 치과병원 지주과에 내원하여 급진성 치주염으로 진단된 환자 43명 (aggressive periodontitis patients: AgP, 남자 30명, 여자 13명)을 대상으로 하였다. 모든 실험 대상자는 임상 실험에 대해 동의 하였고, 초진 시 전자 탐침(Florida Probe(R) Co. Gainesville, FL)을 이용하여 탐침 시 치주낭 깊이 (PPD), 임상부착수준 (CAL), 치태지수(PI), 탐침 후 출혈지수 (BOP)를 측정하였다. 또한 이들의 정맥혈에서 추출한 DNA를 PCR법, 전기영동법 등을 이용하여 $Fc{\gamma}RIIIa$, $Fc{\gamma}RIIIb$의 대립 유전자의 존재여부를 확인하였다. 이를 바탕으로 $Fc{\gamma}RIII$ 복합 유전형을 확인하여 각 군 간을 비교하였다. 연구 결과 1. $Fc{\gamma}RIIIa$에 대한 유전자다형성 연구 결과 대조군과 급진성 치주염 환자 군(AgP)사이에서는 대립 유전자 분포가 서로 유의성 있는 차이를 나타내었고 (P<0.05), $Fc{\gamma}RIIIb$에서는 유의성 있는 차이를 발견할 수 없었다. (P>0.05) 2. $Fc{\gamma}RIIIa$ 158F 대립형질이 급진성 치주염 환자에서 유의성 있게 많이 발견되어졌다. (P<0.05) 결론 이 연구를 통하여 $Fc{\gamma}RIIIa$ 유전자의 분석이 한국인의 급진성 치주염에 대한 감수성의 위험요소의 표지자로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 향 후 더 많은 환자를 대상으로 히는 추가 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

Confucius asserted that the most humane life is to realize the value of 'benevolence(仁) as a human Virtue(德). Mencius also concurred that Confucius's explication of the good life was right. Confucian human mind & it's nature is comprised of benevolence, righteousness(義), propriety(禮) and wisdom(智). Confucianism proposed that we have to approach to other man as benevolence(仁). Mencius discussed about 'Four Virtues(四德)', the essential goodness of human, confirmed by 'Four Clues (四端)' to talk about the possibility of realizing the good life and a good state. On the other hand, he devised Politics of benevolence(仁政)' as a practical tool for it. Confucianism consider a human beings as human relationship. Confucius said, "benevolence(仁) is to love all men, and wisdom to know all men"In generally, Profit(利) is subject to righteousness in Confucianism. Therefore, Confucius said, "When you see Profit, think about Righteousness "But Confucius understands that Profit is ground for the constitution of 'Good life', and 'good State.'In Confucianism, Human Virtue is the root, Wealth is the result. In a State Gain is not to be considered propriety, its propriety will be found in righteousness.

In the construction process, there are many change orders differing to the initial contracts came from the social needs and environmental changes. Most of them will impact to the construction process so that its effects occur project delays. Time extension and liquidated damage in the construction process come from schedule delay whether it is excusable or not non-excusable by the owner. However, those become the delay claims if the owner and the contractor are not agreed on this situation. One of the most important thing on the delay claims is the calculation of delay. The purpose of this study is to present the method of the time delay calculation by comparison of As-Planned schedule, As-Built schedule including all delay and As-Built schedule absent owner delay.

Sasa borealis Makino is distributed in East Asia such as Korea, Fushun in China, and Japan. Especially the species is only found in the high altitude (above 600 m) at mountain of cold regions including The Korean Peninsula. The level of genetic diversity and population structure of this species was surveyed using starch gel electrophoresis at putative five enzyme loci from three natural populations in Korea. Results from twelve loci indicated that genetic diversity was low. In addition, analysis of fixation indices revealed a substantial heterozygosity deficiency in some populations and loci. The reasons for the deficit of heterozygosity may be partly considered inbreeding, small population sizes, and mating of demes. S. borealis can reproduce extensively by producing rhizomes and potentially by sexually produced seeds. Rhizomes are generally long, prostate stems rooting at the nodes.

현대의 정보시스템은 법의 존재와 사적, 지식 재산권을 보호하는 사회적 관습과 심각하게 대립해 왔다. 지식재산권은 개인이나 사회에 의해 만들어진 무형의 자산이다. 정보 기술은 컴퓨터화 된 정보가 매우 쉽게 복사되거나 네트워크에서 배포될 수 있도록 만들어졌기 때문에 지식재산권 보호를 어렵게 만들었다. 그리하여 오늘에는 선진국뿐만 아니라 전 세계 국가들이 특허제도를 갖추고 발명자를 독점적으로 보호하는 한편, 일반인들을 위해서 발명의 공개와 이용을 장려하게 되었다. 오늘날 특허나 컴퓨터 프로그램 등의 지식재산권의 무기화 경향은 세계적으로 확산됨에 따라 수출 주도형 성장 전략을 택해온 한국의 주력 기업들에게는 단순한 문제가 아닌 기업의 사활이 걸린 문제로 번져가고 있다. 우리나라는 선진국에 비하여 아직 특허에 대한 역사가 짧고 그 내용이 뒤떨어진다 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업과 개인은 특허에 대한 정확한 이해와 대응 방안에 대한 정보를 체계적으로 정리함으로써 발명을 충분히 활용하고, 외국과의 권리 경쟁에서 전략적으로 대처할 수 있어야 할 것이다. 국제 특허 분쟁 사례를 조사함으로써 기업 경영 전략을 수립하는데 도움을 주고자 한다

일반적으로 가변구조제어는 외란과 변수 변화에 대해 강인한 특성을 가지지만 제어기 설계자는 이러한 값들에 대한 상한 값과 하한 값을 알아야한다. 그러나 때로는 이러한 상한 값과 하한 값을 얻는다는 것은 쉽지가 않다. 이에 반해 퍼지제어기는 외란과 변수 변화에 대한 제어기 설계에 있어서 효과적인 방법을 제공한다. 따라서 퍼지제어기와 가변구조제어기가 가지는 장점들을 결합하는 연구가 진행되어져 왔다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 선형 슬라이딩 면을 가지는 퍼지제어기를 이용하는 방법 대신 비선형 슬라이딩 면을 가지는 퍼지제어기를 이용한 적응 퍼지 가변구조제어기를 이용하였다. 따라서 시스템의 결과는 선형 슬라이딩 면을 가지는 제어기 설계에서 나타나는 동적 특성과 정적 특성의 대립을 해결할 수 있다. 또한, 가변구조제어의 동적 특성을 결정하는 제어입력을 도입하여 적응 퍼지 가변구조제어기의 안정도를 판명하였다. 제안된 제어 알고리듬의 유용성을 입증하기 위해 비선형성이 큰 가변 길이를 갖는 진자 시스템을 이용하였다.

최근 새로운 혁신 도시의 필요성이 대두되면서 u-City 건설이 활발히 진행중에 있다. 현재까지의 u-City 구현을 위한 통신망은 기존 통신사업자의 망과는 별개로 타 망과의 매개가 허용되지 않는 독립된 망 형태를 취하고 있다 하지만, 다양한 서비스에 대한 소비자요구가 증대하면서 통합된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 망간 연계에 대한 지방자치단체들에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 그 결과 자가전기통신설비 규제와 관련하여 통신사업자와 u-City를 추진하고 있는 지방자치단체들간에 의견이 첨예하게 대립되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 u-City 구현을 위한 핵심요소라 할 수 있는 통신망 구축 및 운영과 관련된 법적/제도적 쟁점 사항을 살펴보고 관련 제도현황 및 이해관계자들의 요구사항 분석을 통해 바람직한 제도개선 방향을 모색하고자 한다.

정보기술의 급속한 발전과 더불어 산업 전반에 걸쳐 기존의 경계가 흐려지는 통합(Convergence)시대가 도래하고 있다. 특히, 통신서비스산업은 유선 및 무선통신 서비스가 성숙기에 접어들면서 다른 산업에 비하여 통합의 속도가 두드러지게 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 이미 서비스$\cdot$단말$\cdot$인프라의 통합을 통해 시간과 장소 및 단말기의 종류에 관계없이 일관된 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 욕구가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 국내 각 사업자들은 기존시장을 방어하고 나아가 새로운 시장을 개척하기 위한 방안의 하나로 유무선 통합 서비스 제공에 나서고 있는 가운데, 정부규제 정책들을 둘러싼 이해관계자들간의 첨예한 대립이 계속되고 있어 유무선통합서비스의 제공에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 본 고에서는 유무선통합서비스의 최근 동향을 살펴봄으로써 국내 유무선통합 서비스의 활성화를 위한 지표로 삼고자 한다.
