A design of hub-and-spoke networks to integrate hub-spoke location and vehicle routing: symbiotic evolutionary algorithm based approach (허브와 스포크의 입지선정과 차량경로가 통합된 hub-and-spoke 네트워크 설계: 공생진화알고리듬 기반의 접근법에 의해)

  • 본 연구에서는 허브와 스포크의 입지선정과 차량 경로가 통합된 hub-and-spoke 네트워크 설계문제를 다룬다. Hub-and-spoke 네트워크는 대량화와 공동화를 통해 물류효율화를 실현하기 위한 대표적인 구조로 물류시스템에서 흔히 사용되고 있다. 이러한 물류시스템에서 물류비용의 절감과 고객서비스 향상을 위한 효율적인 수송네트워크 설계는 매우 중요하다. 전통적인 hub-and-spoke 네트워크 설계문제에서 각 스포크의 위치와 화물량이 미리 주어진 상황에서 허브의 입지를 결정하였다. 하지만 스포크 역시 스포크가 담당하는 고객들의 위치와 담당 영역에 따라 그 위치와 수, 그리고 화물량이 변할 수 있다. 또한 정확한 비용산출을 위해서는 스포크에서 고객으로의 수집과 배달을 위한 차량경로가 함께 고려되어야 한다. 다루는 수송망 설계문제는 상호 관련성 있는 여러 부분문제가 결합된 통합문제로써 이를 해결하는 방법으로 기존의 발견적 방법에 의한 순차적 기법은 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 공생 진화알고리듬 기반의 방법론을 채용하여 다루는 수송망 설계문제를 동시에 통합적으로 해결할 수 있는 알고리듬을 개발한다. 실험을 통해 개발한 알고리듬의 우수성과 그 적용성을 보인다.

  • Rapid development of various information technologies creates new opportunities in online and offline markets. In this changing market environment, customers have various demands on new products and services. Therefore, their power and influence on the markets grow stronger each year. Companies have paid great attention to customer relationship management. Especially, personalized product recommendation systems, which recommend products and services based on customer's private information or purchasing behaviors in stores, is an important asset to most companies. CRM is one of the important business processes where reliable information is mined from customer database. Data mining techniques such as artificial intelligence are popular tools used to extract useful information and knowledge from these customer databases. In this research, we propose a recommendation system that predicts customer's purchase intention. Then, customer's purchasing intention of specific product is predicted by using data mining techniques using receipt data set. The performance of this suggested method is compared with that of other data mining technologies.

  • Mass production system of most manufacturing companies has been supplying us with various useful needs in life for many years. It leads our life to live in comfortable and prosperous circumstances. And we can consider that the contributions of the mass production system to the reduction of different stratification in community remarkable . However, The needs of many clients in these days are various, different, and segmented. It is undesirable to consider every Product on the same basis anymore. So these new requirements of the customers let manufacturing companies be ready for the new production systems which are able to satisfy all the customers, but differently. In this aspects, the customization system could meet new needs of the customers. As we know, cost increase and flexibility matter for the production are main difficulties for the introduction to mass customization. However, to make arrangements for the mass customization systems of the firms is an indispensible factor for maintaining competitiveness and coping with new needs in the future market. We should remember that customers' needs in market will be changing, segmenting, and diversifying, continuously. For this purpose this thesis is tried for studying strategical approach methods of the mass customization.

  • 최근의 기업환경은 과거의 소품종 대량생산체계에서 벗어나 소비자의 다양한 요구에 부응하기 위해 다품종소량의 제품을 소비자에게 제공함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 키워나가야 한다. 이를 위해서는 물류에서의 효율적인 관리가 제품의 비용을 줄이고 고객서비스를 개선하는 것이 기업의 생존전략이 되고 있는 실정이다. 물류의 효율화를 위해서는 물류 공동화와 단순화를 통한 물류비용을 절감할 수 있는데 공동화와 단순화를 하기 위한 전제조건으로서 물류 표준화가 절대적인 역할을 한다. 이러한 물류 표준화의 출발점으로서 파렛트의 표준화를 정착하여 관련된 포장, 물류설비의 표준화를 동시에 병행하여 추진을 하여야 할 것이다. 이 논고에서는 국제표준기구인 ISO (International Standard Organization)/TC(Technical Committee) 51 기술위원회에서 추진 중인 파렛트의 국제규격을 중심으로 그와 관련된 성능시험 등의 제 $\cdot$ 개정 현황을 소개하고 앞으로의 전망을 살펴보기로 한다.

  • As products become more complex, short-life cycled and customized, the design efforts require more knowledge-intensive, collaborative, coordinating, and information sharing. By sharing knowledge, information, component and process across different families of products, the product realization process will be more efficient, cost-effective and quick-responsive. The purpose of this paper is to propose an ontology-based product family modeling framework. The ideas of product family, ontology and Semantic Web were investigated in depth. A Semantic Web is originally defined as a web of data that can be processed directly or indirectly by machines, which operates intelligently. A Web Ontology Language (OWL) is designed for use by applications that need to process the content of information instead of just presenting information to humans. For the selected cellular phone product family, ontology was constructed and implemented using prot$\acute{e}$g$\acute{e}$-2000.

  • 인간은 도구를 만드는 동물인 동시에 이동을 하면서 사회적 생활을 영위하는 동물이다. 인류는 초기, 도보중심으로 이동이 이루어졌기 때문에 그 생활활동 범위도 좁았었다. 그러나 인류는 여러가지 이동의 도구를 만들어 생활권을 확대시켜 나갔다. 그중 보다 빠르고, 보다 멀리, 대량의 사람이나 화물 을 이동시키기 위해 바퀴를 발명하게 되었다. 그래서 수레가 출현하게 되었고 그 후 발전을 거듭하여 오늘날의 자전거가 만들어지게 되었다. 최근에는 과학기술의 급속한 발전과 생산기술의 고도화로 산업의 발전은 물론, 경제성장도 급속히 향상되고 국민의 소득증대도 향상되었다. 이에 따라 여가시간의 활용빈 도도 많아지고 건강증진을 위한 레저나 스포츠용품에 대한 관심과 수요가 급증하게 되었다. 그중 자전거는 레저 스포츠로서 즐길 뿐만 아니라, 건강증진으로서 비만증, 성인병의 예방, 지구력, 폐활량 증대 및 인내심 을 길러준다. 또한 현재 대도시가 안고 있는 교통체증 문제, 환경오염, 에너지절약 측면에서도 자전거는 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 이러한 시대의 상황 속에서 자전거 선호도도 Casual style에서 Seports style로의 변화를 가져오고 더욱 더 고급화, 개성화, 다양화의 모델이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 고객층을 위한 풍요로움과 건전한 건강생활문화를 창출하고 새로운 고부가가치 상품의 연구로 제품의 경쟁력 을 높여 수출을 증대시킬 수 있는 데 목적을 두었다.

  • The objective of this study was to propose a new framework for the creative engineering in the product family design coursework. The idea of product family design is a good solution to fulfill customer's requirements and to respond quickly for the technology change. Mass customization based on product family and product platform is a new paradigm with variety and customization through flexibility and quick responsiveness. In this study, the subjects of product family, product platform, product family map, platform leveraging strategy, morphological matrix and module based product family design were reviewed and presented. A new idea generation scheme utilizing SCAMPER method was combined with the morphological matrix approach. For the effective product family and platform design, creative efforts and approaches were utilized and implemented in the coursework process. This will help students to develop creative thinking and approaches in the engineering problem solving.

  • The mass housing supply policy of the government has resulted in the customer-centered market, and thereby the age of quality competition in the industry. In line with this trend of quality competition, therefore, this preliminary study aims to investigate the requirements of housing product planning to live up to the needs of customers in terms of quality, and thus analyze the types of quality differentiation of a housing product unit in our housing market. It turned out that many cases attempted differentiation in such ways as merely using luxurious finishing materials and instantly popular environment-friendly materials, and combining partial and limited household items with architectural elements of the facility system. The result of this study shows that the differentiation plan of housing product should be customer-centered, and therefore, focus on quality differentiation through organic combination of architecture-oriented plane and interior elements with technology-oriented facility and product elements. Hereby, in the future, housing product planning should include sustainable differentiation plans with reconsideration of concepts that customers have, and the needed procedure.

  • Architecture-based competition has become a very important issue in many industries. As companies seek lower cost, fast development, and more customizability at the same time, modular architecture of products and processes seem to be an inevitable choice. Existing literature, however, has only focused on the basic contents of architecture-based competition. Different competitive environments and technological competencies of incumbent companies influence the evolutionary dynamics of dominant architecture of industries. In this paper we suggest a new theoretical framework to deal with the complex co-adaptation process of architecture-based competition. We first explore the emerging modular architecture in Chinese commercial vehicle industry, and then compare it with the architecture strategies of Korean companies. Based on the explorative case study, we propose new hypotheses relating the market demand, technological competencies of major players and dominant architecture in an indus-try.

It handling large scale of smallness type are so the requisition of customer which is various that over it continues more full scale merit. therefore, It is a tendency that many of enterprise is handling small scale of smallness type for environment change confrontation. but It is not easy for the enterprise to In customer demand diversification suiting because too need many cost. In addition, at enterprise charge extra weight because remainder inventory is causes of defective stock for a inefficient problem solution. this paper is rationalization of stock cost decrease for comparison evaluation of small scale quantity handling of singleness type and small scale quantity handling of largeness type.
