This study is evaluating that new hi-tech transit systems each type of function and introduce applicable guideline decreases land sale price in New town and Large scale land development projects. For this, use the look-up table through the composite category of each type of system at the functional types, local characteristics. It also, As introduce the new systems calculate the Social benefits such as altered public traffic transfer system, reduced transit time and reduced carbon emission considering the three-dimensional arterial roads. As a result, New transportation systems contribute that the more reducing traffic congestion and air pollution and municipalities seeks for environment-friendly policy. However, this paper emphasize that the new transportation system has been introduce without considering the characteristics of locality and the efficient arrangement of them, it cannot be transferred the to the existing public traffic efficiently, futhermore causes the sale price in new large scale land development projects.

As practicalization and commercialization of the technologies invented from the national R&D(Research & Development) project has been emerging as an important issue, the need for a tool for R&D project management has been increased. Technology Readiness Levels model(TRL) has currently been used for R&D project management because it provides distinctive definition of the nine levels in the progress of technology development starting from the basic research level to the utilization level. However, it is difficult to adopt the model for a large-scale national R&D project in which multiple research projects are involved simultaneously. In addition, TRL demands evaluation of research projects done by relevant experts and offers no specific measures determining the level of technology development. This study uses Delphi method to develop the measurement system helping to determine technology readiness levels for the technologies invented in a large scale national R&D project. The proposed model includes definition and measurement scles for each level in TRL.

This study explores differential value implications of R&D expenditure across firms, especially in terms of growth potential of small businesses. Analyzing Korean listed firms for the period from 1982 to 2014, we document the followings. First, large firms, defined as the top quintile group based on market capitalization, have spent higher R&D expenditure compared to small (bottom quintile group) and medium (middle quintile groups) firms and the difference between groups has enlarged over time. Relatedly, the persistence of R&D spending, measured by the association between current R&D expenditure and cumulative future R&D expenditure over the next five years, is lowest in small firms. Second, R&D of large (small) firms are more (less) likely to generate operating profits over the next five years. Additional analyses suggest that the relation between R&D and gross margin is strongest in large firms, suggesting that R&D underlies their competitiveness in the product market. Third, small firms have borne the highest uncertainty related to R&D investment proxied by the association between current R&D and volatility of future earnings. As a result, the likelihood of R&D leading to future patents is also lowest in small firms. Fourth, the probability of moving up to the next size group within the next five years is significantly lower in small firms than others. Finally, we find that the divergence in R&D expenditure between large and small firms is positively associated with product market concentration. Overall, our findings confirm the small business growth trap in relation to R&D investment.

인터넷에 존재하는 데이타의 양이 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 많은 양의 데이타에 대해 정보 검색을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 병렬 정보검색 시스템이 개발되었다. 그러나 대규모 병렬 정보검색 서비스 시스템의 운영에 관해 발표된 자료가 미비하여 실제적으로 대규모 병렬 정보검색 시스템을 구축하고 운영하기에는 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 대규모 병렬 정보검색 서비스 시스템의 아키텍처를 제안한다. 이를 위해, 1) 병렬 정보검색 서비스 시스템을 구축하기 위한 물리적인 기기 구성을 보이고, 2) 검색 서비스 중에도 빠른 데이타 추가가 가능한 데이터 추가 방법을 고안하며, 3) 데이터 베이스 재구축 중에도 지속적인 서비스가 가능한 데이터 베이스 재구축 방법을 고안한다

온산국가산업단지는 정부의 중화학공업 육성 정책에 따라 1974년 4월에 산업기지 개발구역으로 지정되어 조선, 화학, 정유 등 많은 기업체들이 약 26백만$m^2$ 면적에 입주하여 운영 중이나, 사업영역 및 공장시설 확장과 관련 산업 집적화에 필요한 추가 산업용지 수요가 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 부족한 산업시설용지를 확보하고자 울산만 외역에 대규모 매립 및 호안 축조를 통해 국가산업단지 개발을 추진하게 되었으며, 개발에 따른 계획수립과 개발사업의 개요, 추진과정에서 애로사항 및 대응방안 등 제반 공정현황을 소개하여 기타 해역에서 유사사업을 추진시 참고할 수 있도록 하였다.

환경영향평가는 대규모 개발사업을 대상으로, 계획 확정후 사업 실시단계에서 개발사업 시행에 따른 환경영향 저감방안을 중점 검토하는 제도인데, 사전환경성검토는 행정계획과 환경상 민감지역의 소규모 개발사업을 대상으로, 계획 확정 이전단계에서 환경적 측면에서 입지나 개발의 적정성 타당성을 사전에 검토하는 제도이다. 사전환경성검토는 2006년 6월부터 대상 행정계획을 구체적 개발사업의 상위 행정계획으로 확대하고, 계획의 적정성, 입지의 타당성을 미리 검토할 수 있도록 하고, 검토과정에서 주민, 전문가, 시민단체 등 이해관계자의 의견수렴을 거치도록 하는 전략환경평가 체제로 개편됨으로써, 환경갈등이나 사회 경제적 문제를 예방할 수 있는 기반을 보다 강화하였다. 환경부 주관의 사전환경성검토가 전략환경평가를 강화하는 동안 건설교통부가 중장기기본계획에 대한 전략환경평가를 시행하기 시작하였다. 우리나라의 전략환경평가는 건설교통부와 환경부가 전략환경평가를 별도로 운영하는 데 따른 비효율성, 국토계획과 환경계획의 연계성 부족, 선거공약으로 제안된 대규모 개발계획 등에 대한 객관적 환경평가의 어려움 등의 문제를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전략환경평가제도의 정립을 위해, 환경정책패러다임의 변천, 환경영향평가와 사전환경성검토의 발전, 전략환경평가의 현황과 선거공약으로 제안된 대규모 개발계획에 대한 전략환경평가의 한계 등을 고찰한 후, 전략환경평가제도의 발전방향과 개발계획과 환경계획의 연계통합방안을 모색하고자 한다.

본 고는 한국전자통신연구소에서 개발한 TDX 와 TICOM 을 중심으로 이들을 개발하는 과정에서 사용하였던 개발체계들을 서로 비교해 본 것이다. 전전자 교환기와 컴퓨터는 서로 그 특성이 다르기는 하지만 이들을 개발하는 과정에서는 대규모 연구개발사업이라는 공통점 때문에 서로 조금은 다르지만 매우 유사한 개발체계를 적용한 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 현대 사회에서 빅데이터의 중요성이 강조되는 가운데, 온라인 시장의 확장과 소비자들의 다양한 소비 행태 변화를 반영한 가격지표 개발을 목표로 한다. 통계청의 기존 통계조사 방법론에 대한 한계를 극복하고, 온라인 쇼핑몰 데이터에서 필요한 정보를 추출하고 가공하기 위해 대규모 언어 모델(LLM)을 활용한 인공지능 기술을 적용해보고자 한다. 초기 연구 결과로 공개 Polyglot을 활용하여 비정형 자료 처리와 품목분류에 응용해 보았으며, 제한된 학습 데이터를 사용하여도 높은 정확도의 처리 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 현재는 적용 품목을 확장하여 더욱 다양한 품목에 방법론을 적용하는 연구를 진행 중이다.
