This digitalization is shown to these archiving centers by taking advantages of various digital exhibitions. This study aims to consider why it is necessary to use digital exhibitions in archiving centers. In order to examine the needs of digital exhibitions, this study focuses on some ideas and important roles in digital exhibitions and research cases of online exhibitions applied with digital technology. Consequently, this study derives some values from them. Digital exhibitions held online continuously provide the following; first, a great amount of information about the archives by using hyperlink; second, the ability to recreate the attractive contents of digitalized archives by utilizing virtual reality, which makes the users greatly interested; the third and final thing online digital exhibitions provide is the storytelling it provides, which also serves as an avenue for people to communicate with one another. These processes of communication are also reflected in the story. In addition, they can help publicize not only the archiving center, but also the local community as it promotes cultural and tourism resources.

  • This paper presents a study on the development of a web-based system for the road occupation permit information management. For the development of this system, the survey of information system related to a road occupation permit, an analysis of road occupation business process, the definition of the road occupation permit data, the development of the system, and the application of the system to the work-related to road occupation permit were conducted consecutively. In an analysis of the road occupation business process, the statutes, such as the road act were investigated, work examples of the road management agent were reviewed, and a survey targeting staff and citizens was carried out. The information classification code to represent the attributes of the data was developed to manage the information in each road occupation permit process, and the metadata was defined considering the hierarchy relationship of the information. The road occupation and access system was developed based on the information classification code and metadata to reflect the user requirements. The System was applied to the Regional Construction and Management Administration and Branch Office belonging to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Affairs. By replacing the business process based on paper documents to the business process based on the information system, it is expected that the service of the civil petition be upgraded and the business process of the road occupation permit be reformed.

A survey was from May 9, 2012 to May 24, 2012 and total 636 copies were used as final study data. The data collected analyzed with SPSS win 21.0 using descriptive methods, frequency analysis, chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA. The results were as follows. First, the rates of the blood donors were higher in the men, in the age group from 20 to 29, in the students and in the group that received college or higher education. Second, as for the knowledge and recognition of the blood donors on blood donation, many replied they didn't know well about it. • This study proposes measures to improve management performance of construction projects by re-designing the organizational structures of the Regional Construction Management Administrations of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. The re-designing measures are derived based on the three measures which were established by analyses on status of the Regional Construction Management Administrations, requirements from the current organizational structure, and domestic/overseas examples; the measures are: 1) organizational integration and scope expansion, 2) structural re-organization according to construction projects, and 3) building a knowledge management structure. In order to realize the re-designing measures, sixteen tasks are derived; a milestone is established according to importance, feasibility and lead-lag relationships of these tasks. If these tasks are to be carried out successfully, the management performance of the Regional Construction Management Administrations of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport will be expected to improve. Ultimately, the Regional Construction Management Administrations can reduce cost and improve the quality of public service by outsourcing the non-core competence tasks and by concentrating on the construction management for the new infrastructure projects.

  • Due to the rapid development in information technology, countries of advanced information technology and multi-national information communication industries have expanding their invesment in constructing a cyber territory or a cyber city, and even a cyber globe that combines the real world with the cyber world. As such, in order to keep up with the competition with other countries to secure the Invisible Continent, Korea cannot afford to fall behind in the preparation and efforts to construct a cyber territory. Therefore in preparation for the inevitable establishment of a cyber territory, this study defined the concept of a cyber territory clearly and proposed a promotional strategy needed by the government for the establishment of a cyber territory. A cyber territory is 'the dynamic second territory that realizes various values in various aspects through organically combining innumerable active bodies in a surreal space and that are created by systematically and optimally connecting the physical topographical space and activity of the first nation to the cyberspace'. To explain further, a cyber territory is defined as another simulated space not only to manage the land systematically and deal with administrative services far the greater population, but also to contain economic activities of corporations and the citizens' everyday lives in a virtual reality by digitizing the entire territory including even the sea. In order to establish such cyber territory, it is necessary to revise related laws and policies, to foster related technology and industry as a main engine for national development, to promote public awareness, and to train related human resources.

  • The national base map has its value sand roles as the basic spatial information of the nation. The current national base map that is a 1/5,000 digital map, however, has failed to perform its roles as basic spatial information due to the limitations with its quality and accuracy and requires measures to complement them. Thus this study set out to suggest ways to advance the current 1/5,000 national base map, selected topography and natural features of a digital map that could be made with GSD 0.25m digital aerial photographs, and set up the optimal ways to make a digital map by conducting an experiment of making an optimal digital map with such photographs. It also analyzed the map made with GSD 0.25m digital aerial photographs for accuracy and usability. In order to establish a set of criteria of making a digital map with GSD 0.25m digital aerial photographs, the investigator carried out analyses and picked topography and natural features items, which include 9 large categories, 31 medium categories, and 509 small categories. Then an experiment of making a digital map was conducted according to the digital map making method. As a result, solid drawing was selected as the optimal way to making a digital map, and the optimal process was established. Using the research achievements, a model digital map was made with GSD 0.25mm digital aerial photographs. The map recorded about two times horizontal and vertical location accuracy than the old 1/5,000 digital map and was capable of detailed descriptions of topography and natural features. A new national base map made with GSD 0.25m digital aerial photographs will provide reliable spatial data, thus increasing the level of satisfaction among people and the level of advancement of national base maps.

  • Telecommunications standards have two different types of regulations: one is a law. enacted by government which all telecommunications related industries must observe. The other is a recommendatory standards. formulated by either government agency or some standardization organizations. Observation of these standards is not obligatory. However, technical standards are strict laws and ordinances based on common judgement and various conditions for evaluation of levels and limits. This paper deals with enhancing productivity of enactment and revision of technical standards. Through database of above related information we secure information continuity and public property of cyber space for the public. In this paper. we also classify recent data within the website in and out of the country offering four different methods of information retrieval and management system. The four retrieval methods suggested in this paper are itemized keyword retrieval. hierarchical retrieval, regulatory keyword retrieval and chronological keyword retrieval. These various retrieval methods provide the public with information of enactment and amendment of laws and regulations in the cyber space. thereby guarantees the sharing of information. Finally the important feature of the information retrieval system implemented in this paper is the online updating capability of law and regulations through the internet.
