Vocational Training Study on the Impact on Organizational Commitment -Focusing Certification of Qualification- (직업훈련이 조직몰입의 영향에 관한연구 -자격증 취득자 중심으로-)

  • This study organizational commitment and performance certification could affect vocational trainees for general characteristics of the demographic analysis, and variables according to the learned the difference between organizational commitment, and the result was as follows. First, in males than in females, ages 20s high school education level and marital status were higher in the unmarried than married. Second, vocational training pathways and variance analysis on age 20 in 16 patients (31.4%), 30, 14 (27.5%), 40 (33.3), 50 3 patients (5.9%), 60 1 (2.0%) and were followed in the order of 5-6 hours for a long time trainees prefer to be educated, and female than in male emotional and normative commitment to organizational commitment in the show were high. Ages 40 and an organizational commitment in their 20s and 50s was higher than 30. Qualifications and training satisfaction satisfaction appeared to influence normative commitment certification training influences organizational commitment. However, certification and satisfaction on organizational commitment (-) does not affect the present study showed the figures shown in the policy implications of the authorities gave is preparing to have meaning.

Characteristics of Large-Scale Fault Zone and Quaternary Fault Movement in Maegok-dong, Ulsan (울산 매곡동 일대의 대규모 단층대 특성과 제4기 단층운동)

  • Structural analysis for a large-scale fault in Maegok-dong, Ulsan, was carried out based on filed-works to investigate the geometric and kinematic characteristics of the fault as well as its Quaternary slip. As results, a series of repeated stratigraphy, minor faults, fracture zones, and deformation band clusters are observed over a distance of about 100 m in the first studied site consisting of sedimentary rocks, which may indicate the damage zone of a large-scale fault in this site. In the second site, mainly composed of granitic clastic rocks, a large-scale thrust fault is expected based on low-angle dipping faults showing branched and/or merged patterns. Age of the last slip on this fault was restrained as after 33,275 ± 355 yr BP based on radiocarbon dating for organic material included in the gouge zone. Dimension of fault damage zone, dominant sense of slip, and age of the slip event associated with the fault suggest that these structures have a close relationship with the Ulsan Fault and/or Yeonil Tectonic Line, which are well-known large-scale neotectonic structural features around the study area. Therefore, it is necessary to study the characteristics of the faults in detail based on structural geology and paleoseismology in order to ensure seismic and geologic stability of the buildings under construction, and to prevent geologic hazards in this area.

Impact of COVID-19 on Individual Depression and Quality of Life: Focusing on Differences by Age Group (COVID-19가 개인의 우울과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향: 연령대별 차이 중심으로)

  • Objective : The worldwide Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has increased the level of depression and decreased the quality of life. This has caused an adverse effect of deteriorating the quality of life. As such, this study attempted to determine the effects of COVID-19 on depression and quality of life. Methods : The content was analyzed by conducting an online survey for two months, from November 2020 to December 2020, targeting 270 adults in their 20s to 60s nationwide. Results : Among the subjects', those in their 50s showed the greatest change in depression (p<.05). In terms of quality of life, there were significant changes in all age groups (p<.001). Among the subject characteristics unmarried individuals showed greater depression after COVID-19 than those who were married (p<.012). In terms of quality of life, married individuals had a higher quality of life than those who were unmarried (p<.001). Conclusion : The results confirmed that COVID-19 increased depression and lowered the quality of life in adults. The impact of the current COVID-19 pandemic, on society is constantly changing. This research needs to be updated.

A Study on the Prediction of Mortality Rate after Lung Cancer Diagnosis for Men and Women in 80s, 90s, and 100s Based on Deep Learning (딥러닝 기반 80대·90대·100대 남녀 대상 폐암 진단 후 사망률 예측에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, research on predicting the treatment results of diseases using deep learning technology is also active in the medical community. However, small patient data and specific deep learning algorithms were selected and utilized, and research was conducted to show meaningful results under specific conditions. In this study, in order to generalize the research results, patients were further expanded and subdivided to derive the results of a study predicting mortality after lung cancer diagnosis for men and women in their 80s, 90s, and 100s. Using AutoML, which provides large-scale medical information and various deep learning algorithms from the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service, five algorithms such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, and Logistic Registration were created to predict mortality rates for 84 months after lung cancer diagnosis. As a result of the study, men in their 80s and 90s had a higher mortality prediction rate than women, and women in their 100s had a higher mortality prediction rate than men. And the factor that has the greatest influence on the mortality rate was analyzed as the treatment period.

  • Broadcasting is a basic data communication method for interconnection networks. There are two types of broadcasting. One-to-all broadcasting is to transmit a message from one node to all other nodes and all-to-all broadcasting is to transmit a message from all the nodes that have messages to other nodes. And by the using way of the transmission port per unit time, there are two schemes of broadcasting. Single port telecommunication(SLA) is to transmit messages from one node that contains the messages to one adjacent node only and all port telecommunication(MLA) is to transmit messages from one node to all adjacent nodes within a time of unit. Matrix hypercube is that an interconnection network has improved network cost than that of hypercube with the same number of nodes. In this paper, we analyze broadcasting scheme of matirx hypercube. First, we propose one-to-all and all-to-all broadcasting algorithms of matrix hypercube. And we prove that one-to-all broadcasting times are 2n+1 and $2{\lceil}{\frac{n}{2}}{\rceil}+1$ based on the SLA and MLA models, respectively. Also, we show all-to-all broadcasting time using SLA model is $5{\times}2^{\frac{n}{2}}-2$ when n=even, and is $5{\times}2^{\frac{n-1}{2}}+2$ when n=odd.

Numerical analysis of deposition and channel change in the vegetation zone (식생대에서 유사의 퇴적과 하도변화 수치모의 분석)

  • This study analyzed the bed load transport and channel change on the vegetation zone through laboratory experiments and numerical simulations. To examine the effect of vegetation zone in the laboratory experiment, artificial vegetation zones made of acrylic sticks were installed in the experimental channel, and discharge conditions were adjusted to examine the bed load transport and channel change in the vegetation zone. Next, numerical simulations were performed by applying the same conditions as those of the laboratory experiment to the Nays2D model, a two-dimensional numerical model, and the applicability of the numerical model was examined by comparing the results with the results of the laboratory experiment. Finally, by applying a numerical model, the bed load transport and channel change according to the change in vegetation density were examined. As a result of examining the bed load transport and channel change in the vegetation zone according to the discharge condition change by applying the laboratory experiment and the numerical model, the results of the two application methods were similar. As the discharge increased, bed load from the upper stream was deposited inside the vegetation zone. On the other hand, on the other side of the vegetation zone, the flow was concentrated and erosion occurred. Also, the range of erosion increased in the downstream direction. As a result of examining the bed load transport and channel change according to the change in vegetation density, as the vegetation density increased, the bed load from the upper stream was deposited inside the vegetation zone. On the other hand, due to the increase in vegetation density, the flow was concentrated to the opposite side of the vegetation zone, erosion occurred.

  • 전국 60개 대학교 공과대학 교수 중심의 전임교수 417명이 참여한 '책임성 있는 에너지 정책수립을 촉구하는 교수 일동'은 7월 5일 오전 10시30분 국회 정론관에서 기자회견을 열고, 합리적인 에너지 공론화가 필요하며 국회를 비롯한 국가의 정상적 의사 결정 체계가 작동해야 한다고 강력 촉구했다. 참여 대학은 공과대학 소속 79명의 전임교수가 참여한 서울대(82명)를 비롯해 부산대(58명), KAIST(43명), 조선대(32명), UNIST(15명), 경희대(16명), 한양대(17명), 중앙대(13명) 등 60곳이며, 미국 퍼듀(Purdue)대, 미시간대(U. Michigan) 등 외국 대학 4곳도 포함됐다. '책임성 있는 에너지 정책수립을 촉구하는 교수 일동'명의의 성명서 발표는 지난 6월 1일 성명서에 이어 두 번째다. 성명서 전문과 설명 자료('정부 탈원전 기조의 문제점')를 게재한다.

  • 현대사회에서 정보기술의 급격한 발전은 사회전반에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 미치고 있으며, 이러한 변화 속에서 국민에게 보다 편리하고 효율적인 행정서비스를 제공하려는 정부의 노력도 끊임없이 진행되고 있다. 전자정부 11대 중점과제의 하나인 "4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템 구축" 사업은 2002년부터 운영 중에 있으나, 정보연계사업 고유의 성과를 평가하는 체계가 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 평가체제의 미비는 사업목표의 객관적인 달성정도를 파악할 수 없을뿐 아니라 향후 달성목표치 설정을 위한 기준선정이 불가능하며, 나아가 대국민 서비스의 질적 향상을 극대화 하는데 필요한 객관적인 자료의 부재로 이어진다. 본 연구는 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템이 구축목표에 부합되게 운영되고 있는지를 평가하는 지표가 필요하며, 그 필요성에 따라 IT조직 및 기술에 관한 성과평가기법인 IT-BSC 성과평가모델을 활용하여 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템의 특성에 최적화된 성과평가모델을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 성과평가모델는 4대 사회보험 정보연계시스템의 성과평가지표로 활용됨으로써 향후 운영방향설정 및 목표달성도 측정의 주요한 정보로 활용될 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 유한요소해석프로그램(ABAQUS)을 사용하여 이동식 긴장대의 좌굴해석 기법을 연구한 것이다. 50m에 달하는 프리텐션 방식의 PSC 거더를 제작하기 위해서는 약 10MN에 이르는 매우 큰 긴장력이 가해져 이동식 긴장대가 콘크리트 양생전까지 이 긴장력을 저항하여야 한다. 따라서 이동식 긴장대는 좌굴에 대한 안정성을 확보하여야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 앞서 개발한 이동식 긴장대의 해석모델을 이용하여 좌굴해석 기법에 대해 연구하여 이동식 긴장대가 좌굴에 대한 안정성 확보 여부를 파악하고자 하였다.

  • 한국에 있는 치과병원의 전공의 및 대학원생과 치과 대학생의 측두하악장애와 만성 동통에 관한 이해도를 알아보기 위하여 서울대, 연세대, 경희대, 이화여대, 단국대, 원광대, 강남 성심 병원 전공의 및 대학원생 217명과 서울대, 연세대 치과 대학 3,4학년 학생 258명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 병태 생리, 정신 생리, 만성 동통, 및 정신과적 장애에 관한 전공의 및 대학원생과 치과 대학생의 응답과 미국 측두하악장애 및 만성동통 전문가의 응답을 비교하였는데, 정신 생리학적 및 정신과적 장애 항목에 대한 전공의 및 대학원생들과 치과 대학생들의 개념과 지식은 미국 측두하악장애 및 만성 동통 전문가들의 개념 및 지식과 유사하였으나, 병태 생리와 만성 동통 항목에서는 미국 측두하악장애 및 만성 동통 전문가들의 개념 및 지식에 미치지 못하였다.
