정보화 사업의 확대와 함께 정보보안에 대한 사회적 관심은 보다 높아지고 있으며, 사이버 보안강화는 국가 및 기업의 인프라를 보호하기 위해 매우 중요한 부분이다. 그러나 정보보안 SW 유지보수 규모나 정보보안 SW의 특성과는 관계없이 유지보수 비용이 책정되어서 고품질의 유지보수 서비스를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 그러므로 정보보안 SW 유지보수의 규모와 유지보수 생산성에 영향을 미치는 제반요소를 발견하고, 이들을 비용에 연결시키는 정보보안 SW 유지보수 대가기준 마련이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 정보보안SW 유지보수의 특수성에 대한 분석을 통하여 보안업데이트, 모니터링 로그분석 및 정책 지원 등 추가적인 서비스 지원 등에 대한 유지보수 비용을 산정하고 일반 SW와의 원가비교 분석 조사를 통한 적정유지보수 요율을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 정보보안 SW 유지보수 대가 구조분석 및 해외 사례 수집 분석, 설문조사, 전문가검증, 시뮬레이션 등을 통하여 정보보안 SW의 유지 보수 대가 산정에 대한 기준의 도출이 필요하다. 이는 정보보안 SW의 유지보수 대가를 명확하게 산정하고, 사용자 및 공급자에게 적정한 대가 지급 기준을 수립함으로써 더 나아가 정보보안 SW 기업의 경쟁력 향상을 도모하고자 한다.

As the Construction Technology Promotion Act was revised in 2015, the term of Supervision was removed and Construction Management was included instead. The consideration of Construction Management shall be based on the cost plus fee method specified in the Criteria for the Cost of Construction Technology Services of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. Nevertheless, it is based on the construction cost ratio in accordance with the Economy and Finance Ministry's Detailed Guidelines for Preparing the 2018 Budget Plan and Fund Management Plan (Manual for Business Type and Item). As a result, it has been expected that Construction Management consideration will be calculated according to a single government standard and that the Criteria will be applied reasonably. In addition, although the change in the Labor Standard Act has a significant effect on the working environment of the construction site, the nature of the construction site is not considered in this Act. Based on these problems, the study suggested that the government should apply a single standard after consultation with the relevant agencies when calculating the consideration for Construction management, that the scope of the Criteria for the Cost of Construction Technology Services should be clear, that the amount of input by the Construction Manager should be considered for the capability of engineers and the number of working days, and that construction characteristics should be considered when determining the number of working days and hours.

The dispute between SK and Netflix, which has been going on for more than three years, ended in the direction of dropping the lawsuit and establishing a cooperative relationship between the two companies. However, as Internet traffic usage is likely to increase further in the future due to digital transformation and activation of generated AI, conflicts between domestic mobile carriers and global CP operators over network usage fees can arise at any time. In this study, the issues of the dispute related to network usage fees that occurred between SK and Netflix were examined, and different implications were drawn for each issue. The cost and scope of network usage considerations are an issue that must be determined entirely by negotiations between operators. However, if a dispute occurs between operators, user damage such as speed delays may occur, so it is necessary to prepare a policy alternative. As the domestic media industry has grown cooperatively with global CPs, it is considered important to form a reciprocal relationship between domestic mobile telecommunication operators and global CP operators regarding network usage fees in the future.

To execute a construction project, many construction participants are engaged in the project. Especially many subcontactors role is very important, but their contract statute seems weaker rather than prime contractor. So to protect the subcontractor and to activate fair subcontract, Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act was enacted. Direct payment to subcontractor clause of the act can protect subcontractor from the fear of insolvency of prime contractor, on the other hand can cause dispute about the interpretation of defect liability. Therefore the positive act and regulation were examined, and the effects of direct payment to subcontractor were analyzed. And the treatment direction of direct payment were suggested in this paper. Summary is as follows; (1) Statute of subcontractor for the ordering subject must be considered (2) Contract relationship must be reflected in the performance bond, subcontract bond, and subcontract construction conditions (3) To clarify the defect liability for the direct payment, retainage to guarantee the repair during contract period may be reflect on the subcontract construction conditions.

This study has surveyed 379 social workers to recognize how much they believe their behaviors are ethical related to dual relationship and how many they have experienced dual relationships with their clients. In addition, we also examined if there were significant differences in social workers' beliefs and experiences according to their socio-demographic characteristics and organizational properties. To accomplish this purpose, we conducted frequency analysis, single sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance focusing on sexual, bartering and private relationships. Respondents tend to have a little permissive attitude about dual relationships while they little experienced of them. Social workers's beliefs and experiences are different depending on gender, education level, work experience, position, training experience of ethics and service target. From these results, it suggested that code of ethics for social workers and the curriculum of social work ethics should be revised reflecting on present field situation and inspiring ethical sensitivity.

Members of the private companies have the skills, knowledge, abilities, etc. In return for providing the organization from the organization granted a way to continue the relationship. From these companies in exchange for monetary compensation, such as wages and honors, including non-monetary benefits, and receive a reward. Interaction with each other in these companies are members of the organization to always think about the fairness issue. In this study, the performance of the company fairness affect whether any will be discussed. Organizational justice research on job satisfaction, organizational commitment influence. But that does not affect sales growth, respectively.

일반적으로 아웃소싱은 비용절감이나, 경쟁력 확보를 목적으로 기업 외부에서 필요한 자원, 기술력 및 해결방안 등을 찾는 경영기법으로, 단순용역업무에서부터 기업의 핵심기능인 IT 분야에 이르기까지 폭 넓게 활용되고 있다. 특히 IT 아웃소싱은 일상적인 정보시스템의 운영 및 개선, 네트워크 운영 및 어플리케이션의 유지/개선 등을 외부의 전문가에게 맡겨 점진적인 서비스 수준의 향상과 비용의 절감을 유도하고, 내부자원은 핵심역량에 집중시켜, 기업의 경쟁력을 높이는 하나의 경영수단으로 각광 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제 통신서비스업체의 IT분야를 아웃소싱한 사례 연구를 통해서 IT 아웃소싱의 추진 시 필요한 제반사항과 절차, 추진배경등을 알아보고, 아웃소싱 성과를 결정하는 중요 요소인 서비스 성과측정 모델에 대해 연구하였다. '90 년대 후반 통신시장개방, 본격적인 경쟁체제 돌입등 핵심역량강화 차원에서 시작된 아웃소싱은 통신업체 국내최초의 사례로 처음부터 예상치못했던 어려움과 추진과정에서의 시행착오도 많이 겪었다. 또한, 선진외국사례의 아웃소싱 계약사례 및 서비스수준을 평가하기위한 서비스 수준 약정서등 국내 통신업체 환경에 맞게 잘 짤여지도록 수많은 검토와 사례 연구를 통해 계약을 체결할 수 있었으며, 아웃소싱이후 예상되었던 많은 문제점들을 해결하기위해 아웃소싱 인력들의 의욕수준을 높이기위한 직무 재교육, Incentive 제도 도입, 서비스와 관련된 제반 프로세스 재정립 등을 통하여 소기의 성과를 이룩할 수 있었다. 특히, 통신업체 IT 아웃소싱의 성공요인은 계약적 구조적 측면에 해당하는 적정한 서비스의 평가와 이에 상응하는 대가의 지급방안에 대한 것이고 양 사가 만족할 만한 성과를 내가 위해서는 수직적관계가 아니라 제휴관계로서의 Relationship 을 유지할 수 있도록 이 두가지 모두를 고려 해야만 성공적인 아웃소싱 추진에 한걸음 더 나아갈 것이며, 아울러 향후에도 아직 미흡한 분야인 IT 아웃소싱에서 적정수준의 대가지급 방안 및 바람직한 Relationship 에 영향을 미치는 여러 가지 요인에 대해서도 살펴 봄으로써 IT분야의 Outsourcing을 검토하거나, 추진할 때 도움이 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

한국의 고전문학은 주로 한문으로 되어 있으며 이것은 그만큼 중국의 영향을 많이 받았다는 것을 의미한다. 그 중에서도 술과 관계된 문학에서는 그 생산에 있어 특히 누각(樓閣), 정자(亭子)라는 특수한 장소를 생각하지 않을수가 없다. 누정은 사방을 바라볼 수 있는 다락 모양의 건축물로 산수 좋은 높은 곳에 세워졌다. 이 누정(樓亭)은 문학 특히 시의 산실로서 옛날의 많은 선비들은 누정(樓亭)에 모여 의례히 술잔을 돌리면서 시회(詩會)를 열었다. 누정(樓亭)과 관계된 문학자료는 한없이 많으며 이 누정(樓亭) 문학에는 한결같이 술이 게재되어 있으므로 누정과 문학, 그리고 술은 불가분의 관계에 있다. 시조문학과 술과의 연관된 노래는 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는데 특히 시조의 대가이며 술의 달인이랄 수 있는 면앙정종순(?仰亭宗純), 송강, 정철이나 임백호(林白湖)의 시조와 고려때의 이규보(李奎報)의 시 들에서 그 면모를 엿볼 수 있다. 결국 문학과 술의 공통성은 진실에 있기 때문에 서로 가까워진 것이 아닌가 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting the conflict between grandparents raising grandchildren and adult children. The data were based on the panel survey to explore korean retirement and income study conducted by National Pension Service in 2009. For this study, 287 parenting grandparents rearing grandchild are selected from the survey. Included variables are a demographic factor, a economic factor, a caregiving-related factor, a health factor, and a family relationship factor. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, co-relation and logistic regression, with SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The results are as follows: First, when grandparents are male, older, highly educated, having no religion, and unemployed, a conflict with their adult children grows. Second, when grandparents do not have earned income or financial income, but have private income transfers, a conflict with their adult children is high. Third, when grandchildren are younger, there are no caregiving rewards, economic activities suspension or reduction because of caregiving, a conflict with their adult children is strong. Also, when grandparents' physical health is good, but their mental health is poor, a conflict with their adult children increases. Fourth, when grandparents' satisfactions with family relationship and spouse relationship are low, but their satisfaction with adult children relationship is high, a conflict with their adult children rises. This study suggests that unlike in the past, grandparents raising grandchildren can no longer make sacrifice themselves for their adult children, but they expect proper exchange between parents and children. Therefore, there needs to be understanding of grandparents raising grandchildren and further studies of a conflict between grandparents raising grandchildren their adult children.

A low resistivity zone is found in many places such as a fractured fault zone, weathered zone and aquifer. The electrical resistivity is influenced mainly by pore fluid as well as the clay mineral types and contents, Hence, it is very important to understand the relationship between the electrical resistivity and clay contents associated with the low resistivity zone for geotechnical applications such as civil engineering. This study examines the characteristics of clay mineral types and contents to electrical resistivity through sample measurements, and proposes an expression relating the resistivity and clay content. The electrical resistivity is measured for an artificial agar specimen with clay minerals instead of a natural rock. The clay minerals used are Kaolinite and Montmorillonite. Montmorillonite shows remarkably lower resistivity than Kaolinite, although its clay content is fewer than that of Kaolinite. Also, the proposed expression shows a good correlation coefficient as high as 0.89 or more in all clay minerals.
