경쟁정보전문가협회(SCIP : Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals)는 1986년에 설립된 단체로 전세계의 회사와 컨설팅업체의 다양한 회원으로 구성되어 있다. 이 협회는 CI분야의 급격한 성장에 따라 비즈니스 전문가를 위한 교육을 준비하고 네트워킹 기회를 부여하는 세계적인 비영리 단체이다. 현재 회원수는 약 6천명 이상으로 매년 40%의 비율로 증가하고 있다.

This paper presents a branch-and-bound algorithm for solving the concave minimization problem with upper bounded variables whose single constraint is linear. The algorithm uses simplex as partition element. Because the convex envelope which most tightly underestimates the concave function on the simplex is uniquely determined by solving the related linear equations. Every branching process generates two subsimplices one lower dimensional than the candidate simplex by adding 0 and upper bound constraints. Subsequently the feasible points are partitioned into two sets. During the bounding process, the linear programming problems defined over subsimplices are minimized to calculate the lower bound and to update the incumbent. Consequently the simplices which do certainly not contain the global minimum are excluded from consideration. The major advantage of the algorithm is that the subproblems are defined on the one less dimensinal space. It means that the amount of work required for the subproblem decreases whenever the branching occurs. Our approach can be applied to solving the concave minimization problems under knapsack type constraints.

자치단체를 대상으로 영상정보자원의 통합 관리를 목적으로 통합관제센터 구축 사업이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 자치단체의 영상정보자원을 효율적으로 통합 관리할 수 있는 통합관제센터 인프라가 본격적으로 구축됨으로써 영상정보자원의 효율적 통합 관리를 위한 정책적 선행과제 발굴이 시급한 상황이다. 국가영상정보자원의 통합 관리 기반을 조기에 마련하기 위해 자치단체의 영상정보 통합관리 체계가 구축되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 자치단체 영상정보자원 통합관리 체계 구축을 위한 선행과제를 정책 수립, 인프라 조성, 서비스 적용, 법제도 지원 관점에서 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구를 통하여 정부에게는 국가영상정보자원의 통합관리를 위한 정책과제 발굴에 대한 방향성을 제시하는데 도움을 줄 수 있고, 자치단체에게는 통합관제센터의 구축 및 운영을 위한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

생활수준이 높아지면서 단순히 먹고 사는 수준을 넘어서 삶의 만족도에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 통계 정보를 살펴보더라도 근로여건 만족도, 녹지환경 만족도, 의료서비스 만족도, 소득만족도, 소비생활 만족도, 여가활동 만족도, 학생의 학교생활만족도 등 다양한 만족도 지표를 발견할 수 있다. 본 연구는 지방자치단체 통합데이터베이스 및 e지방지표를 이용하여 지방자치단체에 속한 구성원들의 다양한 만족도 지표의 연관성을 분석하고자 한다.

This study explains how Cultural-art organizations contribute to development of cultural diversity at this time of paradigme of cultural diversity. The object in this study 'Garam' which is a cultural art organization is comprised of people from multicultural families. The organization has been continued in unwanted environment. The very fact that this organization, as a group of people of multicultural background, has maintained its influence for a while indicates the possibility for the settlement of cultural diversity as a new paradigm. This research has proven that how various cultures can co-exist with korean culture through couple of methods. One is doing interviews with people who are involved in such field. And the other one is monitoring specific process or steps of how is the organization that deals with cultural and artistic subjects founded, operated and works. Accordingly, based on the operational factors and executive matters of the organization, the role of this multicultural theatre group was confirmed. This study's explication about the possibility of development of cultural diversity focuses on field activities with the recognition of limited effectiveness of institutionalized associations. Also, it analyses how realistically cultural art organization contribute to development of cultural divetsity, and what factors hinder the development.

The suggestions that follow are about the plan for the cooperation between private security and local government and the enhancement of its service for facing the change of public peace environment. Fist, by a local government collecting funds, the business for revitalization of local economics should be done to enhance local economic independence. Second, the autonomous right of a local government should be reinforced and the center for taking complete charge of local security should be established in the self-governing body. Third, the private security should be connected with the local characteristics, the role of which enlarged as well. For this developing the model of security service for the local area and working together between private security and police should be achieved. Fourth, it is necessary for a local government to entrust the private security with its public security service. For this it should be achieved to set up the range of local security service and inform local residents of the advantage of security service entrusted to private security. Finally, in connection with the new system of local police, it is necessary to have clear grasp of the work related to the private security among local police services and private security business and local police should take partial charge of the public peace service. Through the cooperation between private security and local government, the role of private security will be enlarged and its business revitalized as well.

국가GIS사업과 지방자치단체의 지리정보 구축사업을 통해 많은 양의 지리정보가 구축 및 관리되고 있으며, 지리정보시장의 수요 또한 다양화되고 있다. 지리정보가 공개되어 활용될 수 있도록 하기 위해서는 지리정보 구축 보유기관이 데이터를 적극적으로 공급하고, 이를 통해 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 필요가 있다. 또한 지리정보를 이용할 수 있는 매개체역할을 수행하는 지리정보유통수단 및 방법은 온라인과 오프라인의 다양한 경우가 존재하므로 지리정보의 활성화를 위한 분석 및 정비가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 법률을 근거로 하여 다양한 지리정보유통경로를 지리정보유통망을 중심으로 정비하는 방안을 제시하고, 공공부문의 역할모델을 수립하였다. 공공부문은 중앙정부와 지방자치단체 중심의 공급기관으로 구분하여 각각의 역할을 정립하였으며, 중앙정부는 홍보 유통을 위한 기반기술개발 민간과의 파트너십을 구축하고 지방자치단체는 지리정보의 공급과 갱신을 담당한다. 이를 통해 '공급-부가가치창출-유지관리'를 중심으로 중앙정부와 지방자치단체간의 상호작용을 통해 유통시장을 활성화시키고, 나아가 민간과의 협력을 통해 역할모델의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

Many researcher contended that the tourism types of modern society has changed to 'experience tourism' from 'seeing tourism' recently. Therefore attempts to add edutainment factors in the original tour program has been introduced in cases of tourism cave. As we can see the Hwaam-cave in Jungsun-gun, by preparing with various pavilions which are well-matched with tourism cave. So, the purpose of this study is to the presentations of the activation programs that having on characteristics of edutainment tourism resources for tourism cave. Thus, first of all for establishing of this study, we examined the characteristics and values as tourism resources of cave and then observed the roles and examples of edutainment tourism cave, finally suggested.
