  • Through Influence between the qualitative Environment-friendly Planning Elements (Independent variable) of eighty Apartment House on the four boundary areas in Metropolitan 2th Newtown as representative case of domestic Composition case of Eco-City and the quantitative deal price of Apartment House (dependent variable), it was analyzed empirically with use of the statistical measuring technique. This study has been meaning that it was groped the scheme of quantitative measuring analysis on environmental economics through the developmental extention for he classification system of the qualitative Environment-friendly Planning Elements on urban & architecture. And, As the result of empirical analysis, it was confirmed empirically that the economical induction effect was much more weight and worthy of notice through Environment-friendly Planning Elements in Metropolitan 2th Newtown influenced to the deal price of Apartment House, particularly it was found noticeable meaning that Environment-friendly Planning Elements of applicabled the green new techniqe like New & Renewable Energy were used already and it was influenced much to the deal price of Apartment House.

  • 산업사회의 시작과 더불어 근대기업의 탄생과 같이 생겨난 CI는 시장상황의 변화에 따라 경쟁력 강화를 위한 수단으로 실시하게 되었다. 시장환경이 점차 첨단화 ·다변화 ·다양화 ·세분화되기 시작하면서 CI또한 기업의 특성에 따라 그 양상이 달라지고 잇다. CI의 핵심인 아니덴티티란 기업이미지의 지속적 축적의 결과로 사람들이 기업에 대해 품는 감정이나 의지의 총화로서 곧 잠재매상이자 잠재자산인 것이다. 기업의 아이댄티티를 확립하기 위해서는 회사와 관련된 각종 시각물들의 체계적 통제가 필요하며 기업에 따라 시각물의 특정이 다르기 때문에 CI의 개발방향도 달라지게 된다. 시화센터는 32개동의 공구상가, 3개동의 동력상가 5개동의 철재상가와 2개동의 지원상가로 이루어진 산업용재 전문유통상가이다. 따라서 이미지의 주된 요소는 당연히 건물과 여러가지 환경물일 수밖에 없기 때문에 환경디자인 측면에서의 CI가 실시되어야 하는 것이다. 각각의 기능동을 시각적으로 구별하여 하나의 아이덴티티로 체계화하는 작업이 본 연구의 중심내용이다. 본 연구는 현장조사와 설문조사를 거쳐 환경적용에 적합한 기능적 시각체계를 개발한다.

Study on the Rational Construction Method Using Analysis of the Case Study of PHC Pile Foundation in Song-Do Area (송도지역 내 PHC 말뚝기초 적용사례분석을 통한 적정 시공방법 연구)

  • Song-Do international city is the area developed in large-scale land reclamation. Song-Do area consists of reclamation layer, sedimentary layer(loose silt, soft clay and sand alternating) and residual layer from the ground surface. Therefore, using pile foundation is inevitable to build structures safely. In this area, driven PHC piles have been generally constructed in terms of environmental and economic conditions. As a result of analyzing 4 sites in Song-Do district 5 and 7 recently, the method of driving pile has many problems because of existence of rigid soil in sedimentary layer and installation of more than 30m piles. In this case, when installing piles by drive after pre-boring up to appropriate depth, the results of constructability analysis were very good. And in the economic efficiency, although 4% of construction cost rose, it was a very slight increase in comparison with improvement of workability. In the case of the stability, more than 70% compared to the allowable stress of piles was satisfied through the load test. As a result, when PHC piles is installed in Song-Do district, the proper construction method is that piles are located at bearing layer after boring rigid sand layer.

  • 대부분의 경우 지반을 통해 전달되는 진동을 줄이기 위해 사용되는 방진벽의 차진효율은 지반 위 한 점에서의 진폭저감계수로 표현되고 있다. 그러나 한 점에서의 진동차단 효율은 일정 지역의 평균값과 많은 차이를 보이고 있어, 일정 단지의 진동환경 개선에 요구되는 경우, 한 점에서의 값만으로 차진효율을 표현하는 것은 적합하지 않다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 단지 내 진동환경 개선의 판단방법을 제시하고, 방진벽의 기하학적 규모가 방진벽의 진동차단 효율에 미치는 영향을 경계요소법을 이용하여 구하였다. 해석결과에 의하면 강성 방진벽의 경우, 단면적인 방진벽의 차진성능에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 도시 및 단지 개발시 자연적인 물순환체계 구축에 대한 관심과 수요가 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 서울시를 비롯한 각 지자체에서도 빗물관리시설 적용과 관련된 조례를 제시하고 있으며, 건교부나 환경부에서도 수자원의 확보와 복원을 위한 빗물관련 법규 제정의 움직임을 보이고 있다. 또한 일부 지자체들은 도시 및 단지 개발시 빗물관리시설의 적용을 전제로 사업승인을 하는 등 수자원확보와 수순환복원을 위해 빗물관리에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히 최근 문제시되는 물부족 현상에 대비해 대체수자원으로써 빗물의 저류와 침투를 통한 직 간접적인 활용은 수자원 확보에 있어 하나의 대안이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공동주택단지를 대상으로 하여 빗물관리시설중 침투정과 침투트렌치 적용에 따른 유출저감효과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 대상지점으로 표준이 될 수 있는 공동주택단지를 선정하고, 대상지점 내 적용이 가능한 곳에 기존 집수정과 우수관을 대신하여 침투정과 침투 트렌치를 가상으로 적용하였다. 침투정과 침투트렌치는 표준의 것을 적용하는 것으로 하고, '빗물 저류침투기술협회(일(日))'의 시설별 설계침투량 계산을 통해 침투정과 침투트렌치 적용에 따른 대상지점에 우수유출량을 합리식으로 계산하였다. 그리고 대상지점의 개발전 유출량과 개발후 유출량(집수정, 우수관적용), 개발후 유출량(침투정, 침투트렌치적용)의 비교를 통해 빗물관리시설의 적용에 따른 유출저감효과를 분석하였다.

  • This study suggested the following several possible ways to develop Busan New Port as a comprehensive port area which comprises logistics functions, water front(for relaxation and leisure of citizens) and living zone (for dealing with daily works and chores): First, install extra facilities(e.g. plaza or landscape architecture facilities) for environmental cleanup of fishery port in the vicinity of logistic and housing complex. Second, develop water front for better benefits of users. Third, build a water land in leisure facilities for foreign tourists. Fourth, build a landmark in Port Hinterland. Finally, develop appropriate esthetic area for Port Logistics Hinterland.

Improvement Planting Method and Characteristics of Planting Design with Ornamental Trees in Apartment Complex, Seoul (서울시 아파트단지내 조경수목 배식특성 및 개선 연구)

  • This study was carried out to propose improvement planting method by the research and analysis of planting concept, planting density, planting style and pattern in apartment complex, Seoul. Survey sites were selected by reflecting the change of green area ratio : Hawgok Jugong apartment complex, Gangseo-gu(1974), Samik-green apartment complex, Gangdong-gu(1980), Dongsindaea apartment complex, Gangseo-gu(1992). Green area in apartment complex was classified with front green area, side green area, and back-side green area. Planting concept that composed of landscape planting concept but anyother concept was not, was similar to all sites not differ from creation time. And planted species was not differ from planting style. Planting density was of both conopyㆍunder story layer was 0.0∼0.2 tree/$m^2$, and that of shrub layer was 0.0∼0.5 tree/$m^2$ Shrub layer planting density was insufficient and the density was not changed according to the creation time. Canopyㆍunderstory and shrub was planted to another green space, not concern with multi-layer structure. Planting pattern was utilized to single planting, linear planting, and random triangle planting, but it was not to the change that in each green space planting concept. Green area in apartment complex should be variety according to planting density, planting structure and planting pattern. And we should get the function of covering and beauty in case of front green space, that of ecological environment and increasing green volume in case of back-side green area, that of increasing green volume in case of side green area, apartment complex.

An Analysis of the Traffic Noise Measurement Plans of 'Apartment Complexes' - A Case on the North Riverside Expressway in Seoul - ('아파트단지' 교통소음측정방안에 관한 연구 - 강북 강변도로 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • This study conducts a theoretical research on road traffic noise. Also, the domestic road noise forecast models were compared each other and analyzed with advanced countries' models to indicate the application possibility and problems. For the establishment of a general formula, we compared the forecasted value with the actual value applied in the formula proposed by the National Environment Institute, and examined the necessary improvement of the domestic road traffic noise forecast model. Also, a regression model was built to examine the relationship between traffic factors and noise. The traffic volume and speed are the main traffic factors used in this formula to affect the noise. From the results, it was found that the speed had a closer relationship with the noise rather than the traffic volume. Therefore, to decrease road noise, it is more important to control traffic speed. The spatial effect of road traffic noise within the apartment complexes was used in the case study to derive location-specific adjustment values. We surveyed the road traffic noise of three apartment complexes, and found that the road traffic noise within each complex was affected at plane level as well as at three-dimensionally. In other words, as the distance from the sound origin grows farther, noise level decreases. Also, it was found that noise increases as heigt goes up, but drops when the height goes beyond a certain level, and that the effect of noise decreases if there are obstacles along the path of the noise direction. Therefore, apartment site design should be done with consideration of the effects of noise in the future.
