소형 평면공구를 이용한 형상수정 폴리싱에 관한 연구 (A Study on Corrective Polishing Using a Small Flat Type Polisher)

  • For the development of a ultra-precision CNC polishing system including on-machine measurement system, we study a corrective polishing algorithm. We calculated unit removal profiles for various flat type polishing tools and polishing tool positions. Using these results we simulate the corrective polishing process based on dwell time control. We calculate dwell time distributions and residual error of the polishing simulation method and the FFT calculation method. We test corrective polishing algorithm with an optical glass. The target removal shape is a sine wave that has amplitude 0.3 micro meters. We find this polishing process has a machining resolution of nanometer order and is effective for sub-micrometer order machining. This result will be used for the software development of the CNC polishing system.

  • Owing to the mass-housing policies of high-density and high-rise, the residential environments in Korea have come to be uniform and monotonous. Nevertheless, the design competitions introduced for the first time in 1980s have played significant roles in developing the fresh ideas and concepts in housing design. It is important to review the ideas played proposed in competitions until now in order to spread them into other housing developments. In this context this study classified the types of unit plan and analyzed their design characteristics in the proposals of housing design competitions in 1990s.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate planning components of floor plans demanded by consumers and to analyze their demands and wants that can be reflected in developing apartment units. The study was conducted by using small group workshops, so that the participants were able to share the living experiences drawn from apartment living and also to point out the improvements of current 4-bay floor plans available. The research result indicate the follows ; The protection of privacy and communication have relation to the separation of master zone and other rooms. found seven specific categories in relation to planning components of floor plans . Respondents wanted new rooms that could accomodate various function, separated the private spaces from public space in center.

최근 초고층 주거의 단위공간별 특성에 관한 연구 -평면 조합방식을 중심으로- (A Study on Spatial Unit Characteristics of the Recent Super- high-rise Residential)

  • In the late of 1990s, a super-high-rise residential started with the concept corresponding to a natural view, as the habitants' desire for spaciousness worked on an initiative factor. The appearance of the new style of residential form was encouraged and habitants' items desired were increased by the security of spaciousness for view. The purpose of this study is to understand spatial trans orientation through the plan type focusing the recent case study of super-high-rise and to interpretate spatial changes of residential space following it. For the case study, 20 apartments(or apartment complex) were selected from more than 25 storied super-high -rise located in Seoul and the metropolitan area. On the other hand, the objective facts about super-high-rise were cited in the results of the established studies and the selected cases were extracted from a catalogue and internet

깊이영상을 이용한 지면 검출 및 고도 측정 방법 (Depth Image-based Ground Detection and Altitude Measurement Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 드론의 비행 장소와 온도 및 습도에 영향을 받지 않는 적외선 기반 깊이 카메라로부터 얻어진 깊이영상을 분석하여 지면 영역을 찾고 AGL(Above Ground Level) 단위의 고도를 측정하는 방법을 제안한다. Decimation filter 와 Median filter 를 적용하여 잡음 및 빈 데이터들을 제거한 깊이영상으로부터 RANSAC (RANdom Sample Consensus) 기반 평면 모델 추정 방법을 이용하여 지면 영역과 이에 대한 평면의 방정식을 유추하고 현재 위치와의 거리를 계산한다. 성능 평가를 위해 Lidar 센서와 비교한 결과, 제안 방법이 지면에 위치한 장애물에 영향을 더 적게 받으며, 자세 정보와 독립적으로 고도를 측정할 수 있었다.

  • 생태/농업모형의 적용범위는 대체로 기후, 토양 등 환경조건이 동일한 실험포장이거나 한 개 기상관측소가 대표할 수 있는 지역으로 제한되므로, 넓은 지역에 걸쳐 생태계 반응의 공간변이를 알아내기 위해서는 지리정보시스템 (geographic information system: GIS)과의 결합이 불가피하다. GIS는 불규칙하게 분포된 토양조사 및 기상관측자료로부터 규칙적인 격자단위의 자료평면을 생산 할 수 있도록 해주며, 이들을 공간적으로 연결함으로써 효율적으로 저장, 관리할 수 있도록 해 준다.(중략)

  • 과거 10년 동안 마이크로 전자 공학의 극소형화는 실리콘 기판상에서 평면구조를 제작하는 기 술의 발전을 가져왔으며 정보처리 분야에 일대 혁명을 가져왔다. 그런데 지금은 이 기술의 발 전으로 기계공학에서도 이에 상응하는 연구개발이 진행되고 있으니 이를 총칭하여 마이크로 가 공기술(micromachining)이라 부른다. 기계, 광학, 전자 부품의 마이크로 집적화는 하나의 마이 크로 시스템으로 구현되어 기술혁신의 새로운 영역을 개척할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이 새로운 기술은 마이크론 단위의3차원 초정밀 가공을 가능케 함으로써 미래 메카트로닉스 (mechatronics)의 새로운 영역으로 자리잡게 될 것으로 전망한다. 이 글에서는 마이크로 시스템에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to consider the correlational factors of space sections based on the fact the exhibition space plays an important role as a medium of displaying art works. And an another purpose is to investigate the characteristics of various types of exhibition unite space from which In intend to suggest basic sources of exhibition design. I classified domestic and foreign museum which are chosen as objects of study according to form and shape of a section plan. Then comparing exhibition space's form and scale exhibited genre lighting system layout composition display and its correlation with an already established thesis on museum architecture I will infer the characteristics of each type of a space. From these studies proper display conditions requested at the museum are different from the genre and property of the exhibited objects. And lighting system display angel of view and appreciation type affect the exhibition area. The shape of space classifies types of section which cause space's characteristics.

집합형 소규모 학교의 단위학교 평면구성 특성에 관한 연구 -외국학교 사례의 공간구성 분석을 통하여- (A Study on the Floor Plan Characteristics of Component Schools in Small Schools Complexes -by Analyzing Spatial Structures of School Facilities in Foreign Countries-)

  • This study clarifies the theoretical background and the floor plan characteristics of component schools in Small Schools Complexes. The recent researches have proved the enhancement of students' social relationship and school security in the new school environment. The findings fur the characteristics by analyzing the component schools from six school complexes follow: (1) Students can access their classrooms in component schools through main entrances, shared corridors and private corridors. (2) Teachers' area is segregated from students' area, which does not encourage the social relationship between teachers and students. (3) Some of special classrooms, which are generally considered as shared facilities in a Small Schools Complex, are planned within component schools for accommodating specialized educational programs. (4) A component school occupying multiple floors reduces Intelligibility of space and chances of users' visual contact to colleagues. Finally, this study proposed the alternative floor planning directions in order to improve users' social relationship in a component school.

  • The Hill housing in korea usually have a low-rise clustered housing style, and they were mostly built during the 1980s. Low-rise terraced houses that can be found in Europe, American or japan cannot be found in Korea due to spatial limitations, so semi-detached houses or duplexes with low-story unit plan have been built in Korea. In this study, the developments will be analyzed, and domestic and foreign cases will be compared. Based on the results of analyses and comparisons, new unit plans and section types applicable to Korea will be suggested.
