  • 고속철도는 한번에 1천명에 달하는 승객을 태우고 시속 300km를 넘는 고속으로 주행하는 만큼 성능과 안전에 대한 철저한 사전 검증이 필수적이며, 특히 새로운 차량시스템의 개발은 철저한 성능검증 및 안전성을 확보하는 시험평가 과정을 반드시 거쳐야 한다. 본 논문에서는 최고속도 350km/h인 한국형 고속철도 차량시스템 개발사양의 성능요구 조건을 입증하기 위한 시험으로서, 핵심 개발품 단위별 구성품 시험, 개발품 단위간의 조합시험, 차량에서의 기능 동작 확인을 위한 완성차시험(단차시험 및 편성시험)및 전기신호 및 선로구축물 시스템과의 적합성 및 연계성을 확인하는 시운전 시험으로 구분하여 한국형 고속철도 차량시스템의 성능시험 체계 및 성능시험 기준(안)의 개발 내용을 소개하고자 한다.

Accelerated Degradation Test of Electrolyte Membrane in PEMFC Stack (고분자 전해질 연료전지 스택에서 전해질막의 열화 가속시험)

  • Until a recent day, degradation of PEMFC (Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells) has been mainly studied in unit cell. But operation and degradation of real PEMFC going along in stack instead of unit cell. Therefore in this work, ADT (Accelerated Degradation Test) of PEMFC was done in stack and the result from stack's test was compared with that of unit cell. The polymer electrolyte membrane was degraded by repeated electrochemical and mechanical degradation method among several ADT methods. Current densities of MEA at 0.6V decreased in stack and unit cell, 28.4% and 27.8% respectively after ADT for 312 hours. Hydrogen crossover current densities of membrane increased in stack and unit cell, 16.8% and 15.2% respectively after ADT for 312 hours. The result of ADT in stack was similar that of ADT in unit cell, which showed that ADT method of unit cell was available to the stack.

  • 하천유역에서 강우-유출을 해석할 때에는 적용이 용이하고 비교적 정확한 결과를 얻는 것으로 알려진 단위도와 순간단위도를 널리 사용하여 왔다. 순간단위도의 유도를 위해서는 신뢰성 있는 강우-유출자료의 획득이 선행되어야한다. 신뢰성 있는 자료를 얻기 위해서는 시험유역의 운영에 의한 실측 강우와 그 에 따른 유출자료의 확보가 중요하다. 횡성댐 상류 섬강시험유역에서 얻어진 실측 자료를 사용하여 가변기울기법을 이용하여 직접유출을 분석하였고, 기존의 강우-유출자료를 분석하여 누가강우에 따른 유출계수를 분석하였다. 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 유역의 지형학적 매개변수를 얻어 유도된 지형학적 순간단위유량도에 의한 강우-유출의 특성을 분석하였다.

  • 내장형 소프트웨어는 매우 다양한 내장형 시스템에 적용되며, 또한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 인터페이스 부분과 통합 과정에서 않은 결함이 발생한다 그러므로 내장형 소프트웨어가 적용되는 분야를 구분하고 적용 분야에 따른 단위 시험과 통합 시험을 구분하여 품질 특성을 적용한 시험이 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 내장형 소프트웨어의 적용 분야(제어, 가전, 단말, 통신장비와 시험 단계(단위 시험, 통합 시험)를 고려한 ISO/IEC 9126의 품질 특성을 적용하였다. 이를 통해 각 적용 분야에서 시험 단계에 따라 중점적으로 고려해야 할 품질 특성들을 알 수 있으며, 또한 적용 분야별로 다른 분야에 비해 더 고려되는 품질 특성들도 알 수 있다.

The Study on Fire Characteristics of Furniture (가구류에 대한 화재 특성 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 다세대 주택에서 발생되는 화재에서 가연물질이 되는 가구류에 대한 화재 특성을 파악하기 위해 단위 가연물에 대한 열방출율(HRR, Heat Release Rate), 연기발생량, 유독가스 발생량 등에 대한 기본 DB를 확보하고자 하였다. 실험에 사용된 단위가연 물에는 침대(매트리스 포함), 장롱, 화장대, 책상, 책장, 소파(3+1인용), TV, 싱크대(찬장포함), 냉장고, 이불(옷가지)등 총 12여종이며, 국제 시험 규격인 ISO 9705 시험법인 중규모 시험 장치(Room Corner Tester)와 10MW 급의 실규모화재실험장치(Large Scale Calorimeter)에서 실험을 진행하였다. 실험결과 냉장고에서 가장 높은 최대 열방출율 약 3051 kW, 장롱에서의 일산화탄소 방출량은 최대 약 3894.2 ppm, 이산화탄소의 방출량은 최대 약 1.8% 로 가장 높게 측정되었다. 이러한 중규모 시험 장치를 통한 단위 품목의 화재특성 DB 작성은 단위구획에서의 화재 확산 예측에 가장 중요한 요소가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Estimation Error and Reliability of Measuring Unit Water Content Test Methods for Fresh Concrete Depending on Mix Design Factors at the Laboratory Level (실험실 수준에서 배합변수별 굳지 않은 콘크리트 단위수량 실험방법의 추정오차 및 신뢰성 검토)

  • In this study, water content tests were performed on various fresh concretes subjected to different binder compostions to review the estimation errors and reliability of water content test methods. Micro-oven drying method, air-meter method, capacitance method and microwave penetration method were used to estimate water content of fresh concrete. Errors in water content estimation were analyzed by each test method. Regardless of the test method of water content, the estimation error was less than 5 %, and in the case of the test using mortar, the error in the estimation value was relatively large. In addition, based on the test results of water content of various concrete, the probability density function in which the estimation error for each test method becomes the population was analyzed. Water content test methods of fresh concrete which using concrete samples showed high estimate reliability of 97 % within the estimation error range of ± 10 kg/m3. On the other hand, the reliability of water content test method using mortar samples was lower.

  • The optimum plot size and shape for soybean yield trials were estimated by using two different soybean varieties, Kumkang-daelip and Clark. Long narrow shape plot was generaIly showed lower C.V. value as compared to the plots consisted of more row number with short row length. The results obtained in this experiment provided the optimum size and shape of plots for Clark as 1. 4m x 6m, and for Kumkang-dailip as 1.4m $\times$ 9m, respectively.

Preliminary Study on Development of High Strength Cement Composites at 2,000kg/㎥ of Specific Weight (단위중량 2,000kg/㎥급 고강도 시멘트 복합체 개발을 위한 기초연구)

  • This study explores manufacturing technology and basic properties of high strength cement composites at 2,000kg/㎥ of specific weight. It is suggested that lightweight-high strength cement composites can be produced by substituting silica sand in ulta-high performance concrete mixture with lightweight materials such as solid bubbles and lightweight fine aggregates. The 28-day compressive strengths of cement composites with solid bubbles were from 116MPa to 141MPa at below 2.0g/㎤ of unit density while the cement composites with lightweight aggregates possessed lower compressive strength and higher unit density. The specific weight calculated from mixture proportions did not have significant difference with unit density of hardened cement composites, indicating that unit density of hardened cement composites can be estimated from the specific weight in mixture proportions.

  • Recently, an important physical device of transportation, such as car, railroad, ship and aircraft has changed into electronic control unit. According to accident reports, the most of car accidents are caused by faults of embedded software loaded to computer control unit. The facts implies that the test to find defects in embedded software haven't performed sufficiently. As a result, it is necessary to establish the test procedures of embedded software based on safety assessment criteria. The objective of this proposal is to provide a unit test procedure complied with the safety assessment criteria for the embedded software. In addition, an effective unit testing procedure and defect analysis methods are proposed and a testing procedure using a safety criteria built-in tool is presented.

  • This study presents the examination system, contents, and types of items in mathematics in the examination subjects at a nationwide level that are applied to examination materials for college entrance through analyzing such system, contents, and types of problems. Based on the results of this analysis, this study draws certain issues on the contents that are to be included in large-scale national examinations used for materials for college entrance, types of items which are able to appropriately present such content, and specific issues on the examination system in order to effectively perform the examination through proper configurations in all these issues. Thus, this study will provide some basis to determine the examination system in mathematics for the College Scholastic Ability Test according to future educational curriculum.
