  • 가스터빈 엔진의 효율 및 성능은 터빈입구온도에 크게 좌우되므로, 높은 열효율을 얻기 위하여 최근 가스터빈 엔진은 높은 입구온도(대략 1400-150$0^{\circ}C$)에서 작동되도록 설계되고 있다. 이는 요소재질의 열한계점을 훨씬 상회하며, 이와 같은 입구온도의 고온화 경향은 터빈요소에 대한 열부하를 증가시키고 있다. 따라서 극한의 작동조건하에서의 허용수명 및 안정성의 유지를 위해서 내부대류냉각, 충돌세트냉각과 더불어 막냉각기법이 많이 응용되고 있다. 막냉각기법은 연소기 벽면 혹은 터빈블레이드 표면의 작은 구멍들을 통해서 압축기의 공기를 분사하여 표면에 고온의 유체와 일종의 단열벽을 형성하여 표면을 보호하는 냉각방법이다. 지금까지는 주로 단면적이 일정한 막냉각홀에 대한 연구가 주가 되어왔으나, 이러한 막냉각홀을 이용하는 경우 많은 문제점이 발생한다.

  • As entering in the time of high oil price, seriousness of an energy is on the rise and the importance of energy is growing. Especially, building energy occupying 24% of total demand of energy is expected to be possible to reduce energy demand more than other section. To reduce the building energy consumption, this study analyzes function and thermal performance of Super window by heat experimental apparatus. Super window is a 2-track low-e glazing window for high insulation efficiency. By applying the results of this experiment to building energy efficiency rating tool, this study compares energy efficiency rates depending on a region.-Jeju, South, Central. And it shows how much does Super window reduce Building energy consumption.

  • The objective of present work is to investigate the performance characteristics of three-lobe Roots type supercharger for the applications of low-compression and high-expansion ration gasoline engine. A performance test was conducted to obtain the drive power, volumetric efficiency, adiabatic efficiency and the influence of performance factors of supercharger . In order to analyze the supercharging characteristics, the experiments are made on operating parameters such as the supercharger speed, pressure ration and inlet temperature on the supercharging performance of the Roots type supercharger . Based on experimental results, the drive power and flow rate of supercharger increased with supercharger speed.

  • This study aims at the optimal design of rotors and the development of screw type Supercharger of CNG-fueled engine for commercial vehicle. Based on the new rotor profile, an advanced oil free type Supercharger has been developed, which can achieve higher adiabatic efficiency and lower manufacturing cost. The performance test of screw type Supercharger has achieved high volumetric efficiency and the durability on the bench of performance test has also been established in the compact body.

  • This study aims at the optimal design of the screw rotor and its performance analysis. The optimal design of the screw rotor's shape has been performed theoretically. Also, the performance analysis technique of an oil-injected screw air compressor is developed. The effect of internal leakage, heat exchange between air and oil, and flow resistance at suction and discharge ports are included in the performance analysis. Some numerical examples of the volumetric efficiency and adiabatic efficiency for sample rotors are demonstrated for various lobe combination, rotor wrap angles and L/D ratios.

  • In the high oil prices age, intensification of energy efficiency promotion in the building sector is required. Windows are dominating large percentage whole building loads, and are regarding as the primary target of energy efficiency. The purpose of this study is to draw up a technical counterplan for the intensification of windows energy efficiency and spread promotion by quantitative thermal performance with KS test method for a comparison between the general Pair glass windows and the Low-e pair glass windows.

  • This study was carried out to file up using effect and requirement of energy for environmental design data of Pleurotus eryngii growing houses. Heating and cooling Degree-Hour (D-H) were calculated and compared for. some Pleurotus eryngii growing houses of sandwich-panel (permanent) o. arch-roofed(simple) type structures modified and suggested through field survey and analysis. Also thermal resistance (R-value) was calculated for the heat insulating and covering materials of the permanent and simple-type, which were made of polyurethane or polystyrene panel and $7\~8$ layers heat conservation cover wall. The variations of heating and cooling D-H simulated for Jinju area was nearly linearly proportional to the setting inside temperatures. The variations of cooling D-H was much more sensitive than those of heating D-H. Therefore, it was expected that the variations of required energy in accordance with setting temperature or actual temperature maintained inside of the cultivation house could be estimated and also the estimated results of heating and cooling D-H could be effectively used far the verification of environmental simulation as well as for the calculation of required energy amounts. When the cultivation floor areas are all equal, panel type houses to be constructed by various combinations of materials were found to by far more effective than simple type pipe house in the aspect of energy conservation maintenance except some additional cost invested initially. And also the energy effectiveness of multi-span house compared to single span together with the prediction of energy requirement depending on the level insulated for the wall and roof area could be estimated. Additionally, structural as well as environmental optimizations are expected to be possible by calculating periodical and/or seasonal energy requirements for those various combinations of insulation level and different climate conditions, etc.

  • 지난 수년동안 정부출연(연)의 연구개발활동의 효율화를 도모하기 위하여 정부와 과학기술계에서 논의되어 왔던 출연(연)의 석박사 교육과정 설립에 관하여 출연(연)관련자들의 의견을 모아 구체적인 설립모델을 제시하였다. 먼저 정부출연(연)에 석박사 교육과정 설치가 필요한 이유와 기대효과를 제시하고, 다음으로 단설대학원의 설립모델로는 크게 3가지 유형이 고려되었다. 가장 중요한 설립목적 및 기대효과로는 출연(연)의 목표지향적(mission-oriented) 연구에 파급지향적(diffusion-oriented) 메카니즘을 도입함으로써 출연(연)의 연구성과가 경제사회로 효과적으로 이전될 수 있도록 하기 위함이다. 단설대학원의 설립모델로서 첫째 유형은 각 출연(연)이 교육과정을 운영하는 개별대학원 모델이다. 이는 출연(연)의 연구기능과 교육기능을 현장에서 융합시켜 운영하는 것으로 설립이 비교적 용이하며 개별 출연(연)의 특수성을 살릴 수 있다. 출자형식으로 별도의 학교법인을 설립하는 방식과 내부규정으로 부설대학원을 설치운영하는 두 가지 방식 있을 수 있다. 둘째 유형은 출연(연) 연합대학원 모델이다. 출연(연)들이 연합으로 하나의 학교 법인을 설립하고 여기에 각 출연(연)들이 공동운영자로서 참여하는 방식이다 이때 연합대학원은 일종의 Virtual University 형태를 취하며 모든 교육은 참여 출연(연)에서 이루어지는 형태이다. 세 번째는 대학과 출연(연)이 연계대학원을 운영하는 모델이다. 대학의 대학원을 개방하여 출연(연) 측과 공동으로 운영하는 것으로 이는 별도의 학교법인 설립이 필요없다. 본 연구에서는 KAIST와의 연계대학원을 고찰하였다. 본 연구에서는 이들 각각의 모델에 대한 의미와 장점, 단점을 비교분석하고, 각 모델로 설립시의 법적 고려사항, 그리고 학사운영체제 등에 관해 구체적으로 고려하였다. 추가적으로 단설대학원의 설립에 관한 그간의 반대 및 우려사항에 대한 검토도 첨부하였다.한다. 선진국의 경우에도 우선 지원분야에 대한 연구비 배분은 5-10%사이이다. (ⅴ) 성과관리를 통한 지원효과의 극대화 : 기초과학의 지원에 있어서 그 성과를 특정한다는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니지만 연구비 지원효과를 극대화하기 위해서는 프로그램 평가를 통해 성과관리를 하여야 한다. (ⅵ) 효율적인 혁신시스템의 구축 : 혁신시스템의 효율적인 운영이 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 첫째, 연구부문과 산업부문을 연결시킬 수 있고, 새로운 분야를 담아낼 수 있는 유연한 분야분류체계를 정립하여야 하고, 둘째 연구결과의 효율적인 활용이 이루어져야 하며, 셋째 연구지원기관간 연계시스템의 구축을 구축하여야 한다.s of rats with alveolar organism.   • This experimental study has been conducted to investigate the installation of the vertical flame holder shape in ramjet combustor, which affects on the film cooling effectiveness. All slot position, the film cooling effectiveness decreases because of the shear layer and high turbulence intensity between separated flows and coolant flows. When the flame holder is installed, film cooling effectiveness decreases abruptly on the beginning of the slot exit region due to the mixing effect. As the blowing rate increases, the film cooling effectiveness is increased for all cases due to the augmented momentum of injected coolant from the slot.

  • Thermal insulation effectiveness of the aluminum insulator depending on the direction of its glossing face, number of layer and allocation position was investigated. Modules were assembled by the combination of the variables levels and experimented for the case of 100 W and 40 W heating in the modules. The temperatures in the modules with the aluminum insulator were higher than those of the modules with polyester curtains. For the modules with one layer aluminum insulator, the inside temperatures of the modules with the direction of the glossing face outward were higher than those of the modules of inward. For two layer of aluminum insulator, the directions of those glossing faces were recommended to be the same direction for higher thermal insulation effectiveness. For the modules without heating, the temperature difference between the modules were not significant. The black globe temperatures in the modules were changed with the similar tendencies with the dry bulb temperatures in the modules. Those of the black globes were higher than those of the dry bulb temperatures as a whole. It was more distinguished for the modules of inward direction.
