An Experimental Study on the Effect of Sensor Line Number on the Reactivity Characteristic of Corrosion Sensor Reactive with Chloride Ion to Immigrate into Concrete (콘크리트내로 침투하는 염소이온 반응형 부식센서의 응답특성에 미치는 센서 세선 수의 영향에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • In this study, the sensor response and sensitivity is experimented and analyzed quantitatively by the line numbers of chlorine ion reaction type corrosion sensor that is developed. The sensor response of the developed corrosion sensor is verified with properties of chlorine ion. The multilineal sensor is shown a large resistance change more than the single line sensor by damage of the sensor. And, the resistance change of sensor is as large as high concentration of NaCl aqueous solution, the sensitivity of multilineal sensor is higher than single line sensor's, and the depth of sensor's location is as large as the increasing of resistance change time (cycle). These results suggest that, the developed corrosion sensor could sense corrosion reaction, sensor sensitivity and change of resistance for chloride ion. Especially, It was judged that 7 line sensor was the most superior for monitoring chloride ion immigration into concrete.

A study on the characteristics of the structure of mathematics textbooks of North Korean secondary school (북한 고등중학교 수학 교과서 구성 방식의 변화 고찰)

  • This study attempts to identify the characteristics of the structure of mathematics textbooks of North Korean high schools. The previous researches on the mathematics textbooks of North Korea show that North Korean mathematics textbooks have a linear structure, which is different from a spiral structure of South Korean textbooks. However, this study found that the textbooks of North Korea published after 1994 indicate that some sections reveal a spiral structure. In addition, most sections of North Korean mathematics textbooks are collectively composed, particularly so in the section of algebra.

  • 매트릭스형 초전도 한류기는 구조의 특성상 여러개의 초전도 소자가 삽입되게 되었다. 이러한 여러개의 초전도 소자들 중 어느 한 개가 열화되거나 고장이 발생했을때 한류 동작이 정상적으로 이루어지지 않는다면 안정성면에서 신뢰성을 얻기는 힘들 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 직 병렬로 연결된 초전도 소자의 고장 소자의 위치에 따른 한류기의 동작특성을 비교 분석하였다. 삼상 매트릭스형 초전도 한류기의 trigger part와 current-limiting part의 초전도 소자 단선시 사고전류 제한 특성과 정상동작하는 초전도 소자의 전압특성을 비교 분석하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 통신선 가설 보조 기구인 조가선에 이상 장력이 작용하였을 때 전주의 영향을 유한 요소 해석을 통하여 평가하였고, 전주와 가공 광통신선에 대한 보호 기구를 설계 해석하여 보호시스템을 개발하였다. 보호시스템은 일반하중 또는 풍압과 일반적인 불평형 하중에서는 조가선이 탈락되지 않고 일정강도 이상이 가해지면 조가선이 자동 탈락되어 전주의 절손 방지 및 전주에 거치되어 있는 광통신선의 단선 방지 역할을 한다. 이러한 보호시스템의 구조는 유한 요소 해석을 통하여 해석되어졌고, 실제 제품에 대한 인장강도를 측정함으로써 성능을 입증하였다.

  • This paper deals with an experirrental study of a nondestructive testing system using a solenoid eddy currnet sensor to inspect deteriorations in overhead distribution lines, such as broken wires, severe local corrosion or zinc loss. Corrosion rrechanisrn for ACSR and ACSR-OC is discussed and characteristics for a solenoid sensor to insprt the georretrical pararreters of the coil and testing materials impOOance are briefly analyzed. A measurement system having a constant current source, a signal processing unit and a motor driver is impIemented. This instrument has such capabilities as detecting the sensor output and estimating dinHlsions of the testing conductors, continuously. As a result, it was shown that the eddy current sensor with an encircling coil could effectively estimate the diatreter change due to deteriorations in overhead distribution lines. lines.

  • In this study, we estimated the influence of electrical pole by FEM(Finite Element Method) and developed protective system by designing and interpreting protective system for electrical pole and overhead optical communication line when abnormal strength worked on messenger wire. Protective system did not shed messenger wire under wind pressure and discontent load but did assign a part to preventing rupture of electrical pole and disconnection of optical communication line through automatically shed messenger wire over fixed strength. Structure of protective system analysis by FEM and prove property by measuring tensile strength for practical product.

  • In this paper, we present a nondestructive analysis using X-ray and microscopic investigation to detect the structure, manufacturing technique and preservation status of the Goryeo lacquered box Inlaid with Mother-of-pearl Chrysanthemum and Scroll Design (Goryeo Lacquered Box). We confirm that the Goryeo Lacquered Box consists of the soft wood as the basic material. The soft wood was coated with textile and then lacquered. The box structure of the Goryeo Lacquered Box was formed of wooden boards with wood plants added to the side, after processing into a trefoil-shaped. The wooden sides of the Goryeo Lacquered Box were cut at regular intervals for easier processing into a curved shape. Moter-of-pearl, tortoiseshell, and metal wire were used to decorate the surface. mother-of pearl was the cutting processing, and tortoiseshell was used for back coloring. The metal line was constructed using one line and twist line.

Development of Nondestructive Detecting System for Elevator Wire Ropes using Hall-effect Sensors (Hall 센서를 이용한 엘리베이터 와이어 로프의 비파괴 검출시스템의 개발)

  • Wire ropes have been widely used in industrial applications, wherever heavy weight should be carried safely or mechanical energy should be transmitted fast. Especially, wire rope failures in operating elevator may lead to extensive property damage and serious injury to nearby personnel. Hence, it is very important to inspect wire rope periodically. Failure defection of wire rope requires fundamental knowledge of wire rope construction, rope behavior, properties of fault, sensing and signal processing method. In this research, the development of a new fault detecting system incorporating Hall-effect sensors to detect flaws such as abrasion, broken wire, corrosion and deformation for aged wire ropes in elevator, is described. For using a detector as a portable instrument, several performances for implementing sensing part with Hall-effect sensor, analog signal processing unit and programs are described. Experiments and field testing results for the implemented detecting system are also given. As a result, it is verified that the detecting system has good efficiency for inspecting faults of aged wire ropes in service.

Measurement of 18GHz Radio Propagation Characteristics in Subway Tunnel for Train-Wayside Multimedia Transmission (지하철 터널에서의 18GHz 무선영상신호 전파특성 측정)

  • This paper presents an experimental study on the radio propagation characteristics in subway tunnel at 18GHz frequency band which has been assigned to video transmission between train and wayside. The radio propagation tests are carried out in the subway tunnel of Seoul Metro using the antenna and communication devices of the prototype video transmission system. The measurement results show that 18GHz radio propagation in subway tunnel has smaller path loss than that of general outdoor radio environment. It is also cleared that the arch-type tunnels have smaller radio propagation losses than rectangular tunnels, and single track tunnels have smaller pass loss than double track tunnels. From the measurements, the radio propagation coverage is worked out as 520 meters. The curved tunnels which cannot have LOS communication between transmitter and receiver have large pass losses and fluctuation profile along distance. The radio propagation coverage along curved tunnels is worked out as 300 meters. These investigation results can be used to design the 18GHz radio transmission system for subway tunnel by providing the optimized wayside transmitter locations and handover algorithm customized to the radio propagation characteristics in subway tunnels.
