Purpose: According to the recent occurrence statistics of ground accidents, ground subsidence and subsidence have become social problems as the frequency has increased centering around the downtown areas. This study tried to clarify risk of detailed factors which have an effect on subsidence. Method: For the study, detailed risk factors of 28 foundations were mainly drawn through the materials, precedent studies, and research reports shown by analyzing JIS' accident cases from 2016 to September 6, 2022 and by taking advice from an excavation expert. And risk was assessed by conducting a survey on 12 subsidence experts from the universities, research institutes, and industries and applying Fuzzy-FMEA to it. Result: It has found that damage of sewer pipes is 24.99% of overall risk, followed by excavation work (17.34%), water pipes (14.84%), and poor compaction (refill) (13.93%). And it has found that risk of damaging utilities (water pipes, sewer pipes, and other utilities) is highest, followed by poor construction works (excavation work, damage of sewer and water pipes, and other utility work) and poor compaction (refill). Conclusion: This shows that risk of subsidence factors judged by experts is similar with JIS' cases of ground subsidence.

최근 우리 축산농가의 주변에서 발생하고 있는 각종 도로 및 우회도로 확장 및 신설, 석산의 채석장, 아파트, 골프장 건설현장 등에서 각종 건설기계의 사용으로 인한 발파, 절토 및 성토부 다짐 공사 등으로부터 나오는 소음 진동 먼지로 인한 가축피해에 따른 분쟁조정신청과 법원의 소송 건수가 부쩍 늘어가고 있는 추세이다. 아직도 가축을 사육하는 농장 주위에 이러한 소음 진동 먼지에 따른 피해를 보는 사례가 있음에도 불구하고, 가축사육농가들이 환경분쟁에 따른 관련 지식과 정보부족으로 인해 실질적인 피해보상근거가 되는 객관적인 자료와 근거제시에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정에 처해 있다. 이에 필자는 직접 각종 법원소송 사건, 사실조회서 작성과 중앙과 각도 지방환경분쟁조정위원회로 부터 전문가로 위촉을 받아 현지조사를 해 오면서 피해보상에 따른 애로사항과 문제점들을 하나 하나 열거해나가면서 동물병원 개설 임상수의사들에게 구체적이고 실질적인 도움을 드리고 저 본고를 정리하였음을 밝혀두는 바이다.

The purpose of this study is to strive people from expert and to make efforts to prevent the recurrence of government after su-chel, kim case. it is put out school strengthened safety measures continuously however external danger has increased. It is necessary to prevent revaluation of safety measures and improvement go through take the most basic safety measures, changing awareness to the external danger and reduce the loss to a minimum. There are some resolution to be effective management of guard and way to expand, application of CPTED technique and installation of school fence, liaison between increasing CCTV and equipment, improvement on operational school safety management.

In this study, an objection is to develop a electronic circuit of a gauage using radioisotope for compaction control to be needed at public works The developed gauage makes use of radioisotope with the activity exempted from domestic atomic law and consists of measuring circuits for gamma-rays and thermal neutrons, a high voltage supply unit and a microprocessor. To obtain meaningful numbers of pulse counts, parallel five and tow circuits are provided for gamma-rays and thermal neutrons, respectively. Also, to minimize effects of natural environmental radiation and electrical noise, circuits are electrostatically shielded and pulses made by ripples are eliminated by taking frequency of high voltage supplied to the circuit and pulse height of ripples into consideration One-chip microprocessor is applied to process various counts, results are stored, Enough and meaningful numbers of pulses are counted with the prototype gauage for compaction control.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of growth of parental empowerment of the family of the children with development disabilities in an online parental community. For this purpose, 250 posts were selected from a web-forum of an online-community(internet CAFE) for patients with developmental disabilities in a Korean portal site. In addition, the selected posts were analyzed based on the grounded theory method. The results showed that the parents with high risk children for developmental disabilities interacted with each other in short answers, self-addressing, and discussion type interactions under the causal condition in which the subject parents were in need of help and sympathy. The factors that significantly affected the focus event, which is the interactive communication between the posters of the original threads and replies, included the moderating conditions based on whether the conversation was respectful, friendly, or for general evaluation, as well as the contextual condition of exclusive attitudes. The strategies of the interactions were composed of two categories of self-reflections and sharing through a human relationship. The results of these interactions were either further interactions (sharing) or shying away. With regard to the process of reinforcing the collective empowerment of the family, the 'determination,' 'tips,' and 'empathy' models were used for the explanation of the process. Lastly, we discovered that trust, support, continuous interactions, specific and practical information, as well as provision of diversified perspectives through collective experiences are necessary to achieve such improvement of collective family empowerment.

In this study, a field study was conducted to investigate the relationship between high-resolution remote images and the volumetric moisture, and the number of compaction. Changes in the shape of the surface and soil moisture content were observed and correlated with the number of compactions using roller equipment. As the compaction is repeated, the surface is flattened and the terrain curvature decreases and converges to zero. In particular, the tangential curvature changes as the number of compactions increase. Due to soil compaction, the vegetation index changed from a positive to a negative value, and most of the test site area was homogenized with a negative index. This suggests a decrease in porosity and an increase in volumetric water content associated with increasing soil compaction. Soil moisture, measured using a frequency domain reflectometry(FDR) sensor, tends to increase proportionately with the number of vibration compactions, but the correlation between the number of compactions and soil moisture is unclear. This study suggests that while it is necessary to consider the reproducibility of the experiments performed, the compaction quality of the soil can be evaluated using high-resolution terrain factors and soil moisture.

데이콤(대표 박종응 www.dacom.net)은 지난 5월 29일, 국내 최초로 무선 인터넷 전화 서비스인 와이파이(Wi-Fi)폰 서비스를 6월부터 일반 기업을 대상으로 상용화한다고 밝혔다.이 서비스는 기존 무선랜 환경을 기반으로 이동형 단말기인 Wi-Fi폰을 통해 구내.시내.시외.국제.이동전화 등을 제공하는 서비스. 기업내 구축돼 있는 무선랜스위치와 AP(Access Point)를 이용, 무선으로 VolP 서비스를 제공하는 방식이다. 데이콤에 따르면, 지금까지 070 등 유선을 기반으로 한 서비스 제공은 있었지만, 이동형 무선단말기를 통해 인터넷전화(VolP)서비스를 상용화하기는 이번이 처음이다. 지금까지 인터넷전화를 이용하기 위해선 별도의 070번호를 새로 부여받아야 했지만, 데이콤의 이번 와이파이 서비스는 시내번호 이동시 기존 시내전화 번호를 유지하면서 인터넷전화로 전환이 가능, 인터넷전화 서비스 활성화에도 큰 몫을 할 것으로 데이콤은 기대했다. 데이콤은 앞으로 $\Delta$무선랜 서비스를 이용 중이며, $\Delta$본.지사간 통화요금을 절감하고자 하는 기업$\Delta$IP기반의 사무실 환경개선을 희망하는 중대형 기업 $\Delta$호텔이나 병원, 대형 쇼핑몰처럼 선 없는 쾌적한 통신환경을 필요로하는 고객 중심으로 와이파이 서비스를 적극 확대해 나갈 계획이다.데이콤은 앞으로 Wi-Fi폰을 통해 음성 뿐 아니라 향후 영상 멀티미디어까지도 송수신 할 수 있는 서비스 개발에 박차를 가하기로 했다.

미국 선물시장에서는 1934년 증권법과 1974년 선물거래법 그리고 1982년 Johnson-shad 협상안 이후, 증권은 SEC에서, 선물은 CFTC에서 규제하는 현선분리원칙을 지켜왔다. 그러나 최근의 상품선물현대화법과 애국자법(The Patriot Act)의 제정으로 인하여 미국선물시장은 다중규제(Multi-layered Regulation)의 도입이라는 변화를 겪고 있다. 상품선물현대화법은 새로 도입된 증권선물상품(Security Futures Products)을 선물이자 동시에 증권이라고 정의함으로써, CFTC와 SEC가 공동으로 선물시장을 규제하게 되었다. SEC와 CFTC의 위원장간에 교환된 양해각서에서는 특별히 두 정부규제기관간의 신속한 정보교환과 긴밀한 업무협조를 다짐하고 있다. 공적규제기관의 협력적 관계는 민간 자율규제기관에도 영향을 미쳐, NASD와 NFA는 회원등록업무와 감리업무 그리고 회원사 교육 훈련 등에서 상호협력적인 공동의 노력을 기울이고 있다. 2001년 9-11 테러사건을 계기로 입법된 애국자법은 선물중개업자들의 현금거래 보고의무를 추가하였다. 선물중개업자들을 금융기관으로서 고객확인의무(Know-Your-Customer Rule)를 지고, 선물거래고객이 1만달러 이상을 현금으로 납입할 경우에는 Currency Transactions Report를 작성하여야 하며, 입출금조작행위나 그러한 의도가 보이는 경우에는 Suspicious Activity Report를 작성하여 금융범죄수사국에 보고하여야 한다.

Based on the Foucault's governmentality, this study has described the self-government strategy that healing discourse is implemented during 2011-2013. Healing discourse's priority is the existence value of individual and full concentration about self is needed more than anything. In this process, people who need to heal and comfort are limit to de-politicized individuals. Healing discourse emphasizes that the current enhancement in order to become reflection and growth of self. Demands of reflection and growth is substitute the critics of the era and society, but also act as a specific code of conduct to individuals. While emphasizes the reflection and personal growth, healing discourse has top priority of the current value. However, in this process, criticism of the era issues and social structural factors are fundamentally excluded. People accepted healing discourse actively, decided empowering self by reflection and remorse. On the other hand, there is a crack and specificity in the dominant reception discourse likewise some subjects criticized that there is no realistic consolation, exposed the antipathy to the older generation, denied the way of problematized objectification. But this is a partial denial about healing as concrete technology, not fundamental resistance about neoliberal orders.

Recently, the demand for industrial and residental land are increasing with economic growth, but it is difficult to obtain the area for development with good ground condition. Various kinds of vertical drain technologies such as sand drain, sand compaction pile, packed drain, PVD are commercially available to improve the soft ground. Discharge capacity is the important factor of vertical drains. However, under field conditions, discharge capacity is changed with various reasons, such as soil condition, overburden pressure, and so on. In this paper, the experimental study was carried out to estimate the discharge capacity of four different types of PBD, PBD for double core PBD, deep type PBD, X type PBD, general type PBD. Characteristics of the discharge capacity for the surcharge load and hydraulic gradient were analysed. The double core PBD was excellent for discharge capacity in this study.
