The aim of this study is to examine the longitudinal mediation effect of coping strategies(emotion-focused, problem-focused, and maladaptive) on the relationship between perceived stress during the COVID-19 andemic and psychological distress(negative affect, depression, anxiety, and anger). ). Also, This study sought to find generational differences between coping strategies used during the COVID-19 pandemic. The participants were 941 adult aged between twenties and seventies. The final participants were recruited on two separated longitudinal time points, Time 1 and Time 2. The result were as follows: Only Maladaptive coping strategy(Time 2) had a mediating effect on the relationship between COVID-19 stress(Time 1) and psychological distress(Time 2). . The result of the generation-based multi-group analysis did not yield significant differences in the use of coping strategies. This study is meaningful that it longitudinally examined the psychological distress of adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. Implications, limitations and directions for future research are presented.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of gamification strategies on improving participation and motivation of shared electric scooter users. To this end, this study derived the user type through the first research question of how the shared electric scooter usage behavior and pulse are, and derived user tasks and scenarios. The second research question, a shared electric kickboard app with gamification, was tested by users to see if it helps increase user participation and form motivation. As a result of the analysis, it was found that users were induced to be considerate of other users by using a combination of the motivational, relational, and self-expression strategies of gamification. Second, it was found that the use of motivation, achievement and reward, and reward visualization strategy elements promotes user's voluntary behavior. Third, through relationship, achievement, and reward strategies, users participated to create a positive culture of shared electric scooters, drawing immediate feedback, indicating that convenience has increased. In conclusion, it was found that the user helped to play a positive role in voluntary participation and motivation through the use of the shared electric kickboard service with gamification.

공공기술을 활용한 스케일업(Scale-up)이 기업의 새로운 성장 전략으로 주목받고 있다. 스케일업의 사전적 의미는 '규모 확대'다. 기술, 제품, 서비스, 경영 등 기업의 외형과 내실이 크게 개선되거나 그에 상응하는 성과 창출의 뜻이 담겨있다. 기업가치 10억 달러($1 billion) 이상, 설립된 지 10년 이하로 통칭되는 유니콘(Unicorn) 기업의 등장이 스케일업에 대한 관심으로 옮겨 붙은 양상이다. 스케일업은 이러한 차원에서 고성장 기업을 통칭하는 말로 쓰인다. 국가별로 차이는 있지만 직원 수 10명 이상, 최근 3년간 매출이나 연평균 고용 성장률이 20% 이상인 기업을 스케일업으로 정의한다. 문제는 미국과 같은 선진기업 환경에서는 핵심 기술이나 신성장 동력 확보차원에서 다양한 기업인수합병(M&A)이 추진되거나 오픈 이노베이션(Open Innovation, 개방형 혁신) 방식의 기업간 기술협력이 활발히 일어나고 있지만 우리나라는 상대적으로 그러하지 못하다는데 있다. 결과적으로 국내 기업 환경과 사회적 분위기를 감안해 공공연구기관으로부터 기술을 이전받거나 연구개발특구진흥재단이 추진하는 연구소기업 제도를 활용한 스케일업의 중요성이 커지고 있다. 4차산업 시대를 맞아 기업간 합종연횡이 더욱 빈번하고 일어나고 기술간 융복합이 가속화되는 지금의 상황에 비춰볼 때 공공기술을 활용한 연구소기업들의 다양한 스케일업 사례는 우리에게 많은 시사점을 안겨준다. 기업성장을 위한 새로운 전략적 도구로 활용될 소지가 충분하다고 판단된다.

Objective : This is a descriptive study using a program review collaborative group program by special educator and occupational therapist for supporting children's school tasks, and it is designed to explore how changed school performance skills and to analyze how applied intervention methods including sensory integrative approach. Methods : Participants were 6 male elementary students(5 = 1st grade, 1 = 2nd grade). Pilot program had reviewed and its results used as base for planning main program. Main program was implemented by collaborative process with teacher and occupational therapist for 1 year. School AMPS was used to assess school task participants, and informal motor and process skill observation was used to assess self-help activities. Description of records by professions about intervention strategies through assessments was described as qualitative way. Japanese sensory inventory was used by parents. Results : Through the collaborative process, assessing children, planning and modifying program, establishing intervention strategies were implemented. Self-help abilities in group program were increased much more independently. School task abilities were increased slightly but skills changed irregularly and unexpectedly and their reasons became considered more complex from sensory processing reasons to social and emotional reasons. Conclusion : Sensory integration had benefits for primary group program and more complex intervention strategies became to emerge demands for person- environment-task challenges. Collaborative practice with teacher and occupational therapist was supplement and synergic effect for children and group dynamics. More objective and comprehensive methods for measure collaboration and group effect would be needed in further study.

정부는 그동안 항공정책을 수립하고 시행함에 있어서 '항공운송'과 같은 경쟁력 있는 부문만을 특정하여 중장기적인 발전전략을 수립하여 온 것이 사실이다. 지방공항은 처음부터 물적, 인적 자원을 수송하는 규모나 주변 환경여건에 있어 국제공항을 따라갈 수 없는 일정한 한계를 가지고 있다. 지방공항의 적자문제를 국제공항의 목표치에 두는 것 자체가 이치에 맞지 않기 때문이다. 그러므로 지방공항은 국제공항과는 다른 관점의 항공 정책이 절대적으로 필요하다. 국가전체의 운송기능 향상을 위한 종합적인 대책도 지방 공항에 적용할 필요가 있지만 지방 공항 고유의 지방자치단체와의 협력을 통한 특색 있는 공항 역할을 재정립하는 것도 필요한 것이다. 한편 항공 스포츠의 역사는 60여년에 이르고 있으나 정부 관련기관의 관심 부족과 활성화 하려는 의지부족으로 여전히 침체되어 있는 것이 사실이다. 그런데 본 연구에서 항공 스포츠의 특징상 공항과의 연계성을 검토하여 보니 상당히 긍정적인 Win-Win 전략이 될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 지방공항과 항공 스포츠 양자가 실제 활성화될 수 있는 공항정책이 구체화될 수 있음을 알게 되었다. 다만 항공 스포츠에도 종목이 다양하므로 지방공항의 특성상 적정한 스포츠 항목과의 연계가 요구된다. 그리하여 본 연구는 항공 스포츠를 활용한 지방공항 활성화 방안으로 항공 스포츠에 적합한 지방공항 요건을 접근성, 안전성, 편의성으로 나누어 검토하고 지방공항과 접목 가능한 항공 스포츠를 제시하고자 하는 가설을 설정하였다. 더 나아가 항공 스포츠를 통한 지방공항 활성화의 기대효과로서 지방공항의 활성화, 지방연계산업의 활성화, 지방공항의 발전 가능성에 대한 가설을 설정하였다. 본 논문은 지방공항 활성화를 위한 전략체계를 항공스포츠 동호인 즉 조종자들의 기지선택 요인을 중심으로 실증분석을 통하여 정리하였고, 일반인들의 인식과 전문가 의견을 토대로 지방공항의 활성화를 위하여 항공스포츠와 전략적 제휴를 하고자 할 경우 관련기관들이 고려할 부분과 운영체계 개선방안을 제시함으로써 구체적인 정책적 제언이 될 수 있도록 하였다.

Recently, it is an important problem that combines part of sale, technical development etc.. as well as function that is the multi-item and small quantity production environment and production to computer network that supports synthetic efficiency of general corporation activity in manufacturing industry. Integration production information system is developed by these requests and globalization of production system and marketing by tough international competition of various industry product need IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System) that cope in these change. Therefore, this paper searches analysis method, problem and development way for information system of manufacture field to construct this IMS efficiently, and develops each information strategy planning establishment step, product and integral way of products which is the systematic establishment way of essential information strategy planning in efficient manufacturing information system construction. Also, this paper presents detailed system design methods of each step and templates for efficient methodology of information strategy planning to support IMS efficiently.

This study examined the structural relationship among personal belief in a just world, presence of meaning in life, self-control, and aggression in college students. For this research, self-reported data from 427 college students were analyzed by gender, using structural equation modeling. Results indicated that personal belief in a just world predicted aggression regardless of gender. The mediating effect of self-control was non-significant among both women and men groups. The mediating effect of presence of meaning in life and self-control was significant among only women. It means that personal belief in a just world predicted presence of meaning in life and self-control, which consequently contributed to aggression among women. It is noteworthy that this study examined the concrete mechanism to reduce aggression by gender. Based on these findings, intervention strategies were discussed.

Southern Louisiana has one of the largest Vitnamese refrgee neighborhoods after the mid-1970s. It is impressive that one of their adaptive strategies comes from their religious lives which are centered on either Catholicism or Buddhism. The Buddhism community, especially, exhibits an exotic symbolic system of value and attitude, and thus contributes to cultural diversity in the adopted country. The landscape of the Buddhist temple is a visible symbol to them that the host socirty accepts their maintenance of their own cultural identity and that they are also an integral part of American society. Their making-place and being-in-place procedures, although their culture is being transformed in the original shape, put an emphasis on interaction with the host xociety. These procedures have been facilitated by consolidating their identity as a minority group as well as by interacting with the host society. The on-going influx of foreign immigrant groups seems not to drive them to assimilate into the melting-pot society, but to contribute to contribute to the increase in the cultural diversity of the United States.

This paper presents a mathematical formulation for container slot chartering model through strategic alliance between liner shipping companies. This paper develops a solution procedure to apply the model to real world problems and its applicability is demonstrated by a numerical example. The model presented in this paper has some important features which have never been considered in the previous researches. The model is linear model and pursuits profit maximization. And also it considers slot chartering capacity selection. This paper attempts to perform sensitivity analysis and compares slot chartering model with basic non-collaborating model in which there is no alliance and collaboration. As a result of sensitivity analysis, some interesting findings are obtained; Even though freight rate is more and more decreasing, the profit by slot chartering model is always higher than the basic model but the profit gaps become smaller. But The ratio of the profit gap to the profit of basic model is more increasing.

다품종 소량 생산은 제품개발의 사이클을 단축시켰다. 그 결과 생산기술의 축적에 의존한 제품경쟁력은 그 한계에 이르렀다. 결국 경쟁력 있는 제품생산을 위한 핵심적 전략은 제품개발기간 단축에 있다. 제품 개발기간에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인 중에 설계 오류는 약 50%가 반복적으로 발생한다. 이는 제품 개발 노하우의 체계적 관리가 미비학, 숙련된 설계자가 보유한 제품개발지식의 공유가 잘 이루어지지 않기 때문에 나타나는 현상이다. 비록 설계 지식의 공유를 지원하는 시스템을 갖추었어도, 단순히 설계지식을 저장해놓은 경유에, 설계자가 키워드를 통하여 검색을 하게 되면, 원하지 않는 결과 까지 제공되어, 시스템의 사용이 저조해진다. 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해, IKMS라는 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 설계문서를 XML 형태로 저장, 다양한 문서가공이 가능하게 하였고, 온톨로지를 이용하여 지식 체계를 구성하였다. 이 시스템은 설계자가 온톨로지로 구성된 지식 체계를 통하여, 설계 지식을 공유하였고, 개발중인 제품에 대한 기술적 지식을 가지고 검색하게 함으로서 필요 없는 검색 결과를 최소화 하여, 이용하는 설계자의 일의 로드를 줄이고자 하였다.
