This study investigates, 1) the predicting career attitudes of multicultural youth, 2) the aim was to provide evidence-based data on career and policy development. A survey for a total of 1,335 multicultural youth and data were analyzed by data-mining decision tree with SPSS 23.0. The main findings are as follows. First, female students showed satisfaction in life, self-esteem and support for mothers' career. Second, In boys, self-esteem was the most important. Based on these results, it contains suggestions for career development for multicultural youth.

In this study, the Korea Youth Policy Institute applied a self-registering model to verify the patterns of parental stress, multicultural youth psychological maladjustment, and interdependence between three factors by using five-point-time data tracked from middle school to high school. According to the analysis, First, Parent' stress at the time of the five surveys had a significant positive effect on the psychological maladjustment and the risk of academic interruption of multicultural adolescents at that point. Second, the psychological maladaptation of multicultural adolescents at the time of the previous five surveys had a significant positive effect on the risk of academic interruption at that point. Based on these analysis results, various support measures were proposed to cope with the stress of multicultural youth parents, and policy alternatives were proposed to prevent the risk of academic interruption by reducing the psychological maladjustment of multicultural youth.

The purpose of this study was to identify the individual, emotional, parent, and social environmental factors on career decision-making in multicultural youth. To this end, 1,146 multicultural adolescents who were enrolled in high school and whose fathers were Korean were selected as subjects of analysis as data for the 7th year of the Multicultural Youth Panel (MCAPS). As a result, first, it was found that self-esteem, which was an individual factor, and adaptation to school life and multicultural acceptance, which are social and environmental factors, positive effect career decision-making. Second, it was found that depression as an emotional factor and neglect as a parent factor had a negative effect on career decision-making. However, it was confirmed that stress as an individual factor, and parent-child communication as a parent factor did not affect career decision-making. These results are meaningful in that they provided basic data on how to deal with each factor and prevent multicultural youths from wandering in advance without deciding their career paths.

This study aims to examine the effects of teachers' critical consciousness on their attribution of cause and responsibility about multicultural students' school violence victimization and their prediction on students' school adjustment. To this end, we presented four scenarios depicting multicultural students' school violence victimization and measured teachers' critical consciousness, cause and responsibility attribution, and school adjustment prediction. Results showed that teachers endorsing higher levels of Egalitarianism tended to attribute causes and responsibility to situational factors, rather than to a multicultural adolescent being victimized by school violence. The levels of Perceived Inequality of critical consciousness did not have significant effects on these variables. Also, teachers with a higher level of Egalitarianism tended to predict multicultural adolescents' school adjustment more negatively. Based on the current findings, we discussed implications on teacher education for promoting teachers' multicultural competence, along with limitations and directions for future research.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and verify the effects of multicultural children's psychosocial adaptation, bicultural experience, parental support and parenting attitudes, and school activities on the development of Korean language ability using data from the second stage of the MAPS(Multicultural Adolescents Panel Study) using a structural equation model. The subjects of this study were 396 children from foreign families and mid-immigrant families, multicultural children who were enrolled in the fourth grade of elementary school in 2019. As a result of the study, it was found that psychosocial adaptation, bicultural experience, and school activities directly or indirectly significantly affect the ability of multicultural children to speak and understand Korean. In particular, it was found that school activities have a direct effect on the improvement of the Korean language ability of multicultural children, so it was understood that the support of friends and teachers should be treated as very important parts of educational activities in the educational field. These results mean that the most ideal educational environment that affects the development of Korean language skills must be necessarily reflected in the Korean language education policy for multicultural children.

In this study, we developed the multicultural program that could strengthen capabilities of the local childcare community and analyzed the satisfaction and effects of the program. The multicultural childcare community programs are designed for taking into account the conditions of effective contact between social groups. Five programs for multicultural childcare community are performed during the period (August from July 2015), and there were 196 members of local community involved in that programs. Local multicultural community program indicated a high satisfaction and we were able to lead on building their self-esteem and social engagement of multicultural parents through that program. Furthermore, we can confirm the needs of the program for local multicultural childcare community have continued. It is significant that this study provides basic data for the multicultural childcare community program to make a contribution to another local multicultural community.

The world has rapidly become culturally diverse, and Korea has gradually grown into a multicultural society, mainly due to marriage immigrants and foreign laborers, whose number exceeds over one million nationally. Their adjustment and acculturation in Korea, however, dose'nt seem painless and untroubled, and public libraries are in duty to provide multicultural service for these population. Providing useful services on the homepage makes it possible for users to find the information they need without having to visit the actual library. A more detailed research will be conducted by examining the multicultural services provided by the public libraries in Australia, Canada, the United States, and Japan, the leading multicultural societies. The further examination will be conducted on these libraries in terms of four aspects, that is, information, literacy, education, and culture, as declared by Public Library Menifesto. In Korea, translation and interpretation services, homework help, child literacy are necessary services at the public library, Management of independent multicultural site, shared services between Regional Central Library and Community Public Library, cooperation with libraries, government and organization will be helpful to multicultural library services.

This paper proposes a new aesthetic methodology analyzing the objectives and activity of audience members through the application of the concept of monophony and polyphony to interactive artwork. Monophony and polyphony were new methods for analyzing the voices of speakers in literature as Mikhail Bakhtin, a Russian aesthetic theorist, proposed. This paper proposes a new methodology for analyzing structure and the elements of monophony and polyphony in interactive artwork based on previous studies. Through this new methodology, I have analyzed a total of 9 interactive artworks. As a result, I have found detailed elements of monophony and polyphony in those artworks. This paper also proposes new findings: non-controlled types and controlled types appeared in the interactive artwork under the concept of polyphony. Through these new findings, artists and researchers can apply objectives and activities in interactive artwork through the participation of audience members, thereby leading to new aesthetics in interactive artwork.

소량다품종 인쇄와 이를 대응하기 위한 빠른 작업준비 요구는 인쇄 전 분야에서 일어나고 있다. 셀 수 없이 많은 가변성을 처리하는 것은 디지털 인쇄가 훨씬 더 효과적이라고 할 수 있지만, 그렇다고 디지털 인쇄기가 항상 최고의 경쟁력을 선사한다고 할 수는 없다. 이에 따라 미국에서는 아직도 많은 인쇄사가 오프셋 평판만 인쇄기를 이용해 소량다품종 트렌드에 대처하려는 경향이 강하게 나타난다.

최근 다물체 동역학과 다른 물리계에 대한 연성 해석이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 이 글에서는 다물체 동역학을 이용한 윤활 해석을 위한 EHD(Elasto-Hydrodynamic Lubrication) 해석 사례를 소개함으로써 베어링 동역학을 기반으로 베어링 해석을 이해하고자 한다.
