The purpose of this study is to express imagination which is not limited to the description of the facts and reproduce the photos as a media to explore the new possibilities for creative expression and the experience of the day-to-day operations for the implementation of the scheme of art genre. The art work for this study using digital images in Autodesk Combustion Workspace as the upper and lower layers were synthesized using the Transfer Mode feature. This study proposed a new photomontage production model, and challenged for the Possibility of a variety of visual representations of media art. Especially the production presents in this study can be applied to various video.

We determined the resistance rates of pathogenic bacteria isolated from cultured olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus to erythromycin (Em), antibiotic typically used in aquaculture and analyzed the genotypes of resistant bacteria using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). We isolated and utilized 160 isolates of Streptococcus parauberis, 1 of S. iniae, 66 of Edwardsiella tarda, 56 of Vibrio sp. and 23 of unidentified bacteria from presumed infected olive flounder from Jeju Island from March 2016 to October 2017. Of the 306 isolated strains, Em-resistant strains included 33 of S. parauberis, 39 of E. tarda and 2 of Vibrio sp. We conducted PCR to assess the resistance determination of Em-resistant strains. Five different types of Em-resistance genes were detected in the 74 Em-resistant strains: erm (A), erm (B), erm (C), mef (A) and mef (E); erm (A) and erm (B) were detected in 1 (3%) and 24 (72.7%) S. parauberis isolates, respectively. In E. tarda, erm (B) was detected in five isolates (12.8 %) and no Em-resistance genes were detected in the two Vibrio sp. isolates.

In this paper, we propose an error detection scheme of phase offsets for binary sequences including PN (Pseudo Noise) sequences based on the number theoretical approach. It is important to know phase offsets of spreading sequences in the CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) mobile communication systems because phase offsets of the same spreading sequence are used to achieve the acquisition and are used to distinguish each base station. When the period of the sequence is not very long, the relative phase offset between the sequence and its shifted replica can be found by comparing them, but as the period of the sequence increases it becomes difficult to find the phase offset. The error detection failure probability of the proposed method is derived, and it is confirmed by the simulation results. We also discuss the circuit realization of the proposed method and show it can be easily implemented.

The spectrophotometric methods for the determination of Nd, Pr, Sm, Eu, Ho, Er were developed, using the multicomponent method of absorption spectra cointerference. The absorption spectra of individual Nd, Pr, Sm, Eu, Ho, Er, mixture of Sm, Eu, Ho, Er in hydrochloric acid solutions were investigated, and also a band register which includes the molar absorptions for all trivalent Nd, Pr, Sm, Eu, Ho and Er absorption band maxima were measured. The spectrophotometric determination of Nd, Pr, Sm, Eu, Ho and Er were investigated using the analytically significant absorption bands at 444.2, 575.1, 401.7, 394.2, 416.6, and 379.7 nm, respectively.

The mutual interchange and cooperation giving first consideration to the communication technology and industry makes it possible to advance the day of unification of North and South Korea. For the sake of this, it is necessary to build communication network connecting all parts of Korea synthetically. This paper presents the plan to build the realizable communication system in North Korea. It bases on an objective view and prospect of domestic and foreign conditions and will help to construct the communication inflation. Therefore, consideration of pluralistic, economic and relay aspects must be proceeded and also the least expense of unification must be deliberated.

The need increased capacity in the cellular system has resulted in the adoption of digital technology with CDMA as the channel access method. It has been recognized that the distinction of the base station is important for its performance in CDMA, since the same spreading sequences are used by the all base stations. Time offset of the pseudo-random noise binary code are used to distinguish signals received at a mobile station from different base station. But the start of the zero offset PN sequence is chosen arbitrary without the background of the systematic and mathematical elaboration. This paper proposes a mothed that define the start of the zero offset PN sequence mathematically. This paper also discusses a method that can easily calculate the time offset of the received spreading sequence with respect to the zero offset PN sequence.

Sound Art retains heterogeneous and borderless inborn-characteristics on it. Despite it is a non-mainstream art which could not foster fertile soil to bring up many established artists yet, the domestic area is keep growing and expanding. And now it will soon be that time of overcoming the debates between the art world and the music world to widely embrace de-facto artworks and practices, and bringing more quality critiques. This article talks about a concise history of sound art by addressing some singularities and chronicle traces of it which may be helpful information to lead into more opened future discussion forums in the domestic sound art field.

A quadrature pair of filter banks that are composed of a pair of cosine and sine modulated filter banks is applied to MC-CDMA data transmultiplexing in the view point of mitigating inter-channel interferences. Exploiting superior capabilities of wavelet properties in composing the filter banks the proposed scheme is capable of compromising inter-channel interference problems better than the conventional DFT-based MC-CDMA due to superior subchannelization effects. To verify the behavior of our proposed MC-CDMA system based on the quadrature filter banks the reverse-link bit error rates with respect to signal-to-noise ratio under Rayleigth fading and additive white Gaussian noise channel environments are computed. The results show an improved system performance over the conventional MC-CDMA in the view point of minimizing interference effects.

In this paper, using the binary (N,M,L,1) low correlation zone(LCZ) sequence set with specific property, we propose the construction method of a quaternary LCZ sequence set with parameters (2N,2M,L,2). The binary LCZ sequence using this method must have period $N{\equiv}3$ mod 4, balance property, and specific correlation property. The proposed method is modified from the construction method of binary LCZ sequence set by using binary LCZ sequence with specific condition proposed by Kim, Jang, No, and Chung[4].

This article is researched to analyze what kinds of projects were conducted by the special grant, the balanced development special account(BSDA), and the municipal projects in the case of Sangjucity and Seochengun, in the introduction time of the bock grants of BSDA and the municipal development plan in 2010. Furthermore this study presents the problems and the direction of improvement. For the territorial integration of a regional development in long-term, I suggest that the spacial grant and BSDA are necessary to be integrated because of ambiguous difference. And also the block grants of current 24 projects in 7 groups should be reclassified as the concept and the functional feature of pluralistic rural development.
