기존 애플리케이션 개발자들은 계속 경쟁력있는 제품으로 남기 위해서는 갱신 작업을 필요로 한다는 사실을 인지 했다. 다수의 애플리케이션들은 Y2K가 필요로 하는 조건들을 지원하기 위한 갱신 작업을 필요로 했다. 유럽 화폐의 출현은 다수의 애플리케이션들이 복합 통화들을 지원하고 생산성 향상과 유지비용 감소를 위해 객체지향 기술을 이용하도록 했다. 샌프란시스코 프로젝트는 일련의 아이비엠 사업 동반자들이 자신들의 제품을 현대화하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 출범됐다.

Since Korean construction firms have steadily advanced into the international market, small and medium construction companies (SMCCs) have also advanced in such market. SMCCs's recent trend have clearly shown the changes of contract types from single subcontractor projects to multiple general contracting projects. However, among those multiple projects performed by SMCCs, 1 out of 3 projects were deficit projects that impact the overall pe rformance of the firm. To increase such performance, risk management for in international construction must be managed at the enterprise level for SMCCs. This research aims to create a multiple project management model for SMCCS that employs the concept of acceptable risk to assess the limit risk level for corporation to acceptable. Using the accumulated data from previous survey and International Construction Association of Korea (ICAK), integrated risk of each firm and their profitability of each project are analyzed. Through the analysis, each firm's acceptable risk level is derived. Through the two research steps, acceptable risk algorithm was developed based on corporate integrated risk and profit correlation. To prove the acceptable algorithm relevance, financial statement analysis of 3 corporation was derived that level of acceptable risk and financial statement were available. Through the approach, this research allows the firms to analyze the firm's capability and find projects that suits the firm's situation and capability.

오늘날 기업에서 프로젝트의 성공은 기업 전략 달성에 필수 요소이다. 프로젝트가 많아지고 프로젝트의 중요성이 커지면서 프로젝트의 성과 향상의 방안으로 PMO(Project Management Office)를 운영하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 전사 PMO는 기업의 전략과 프로젝트 간에 연결고리 역할을 하며 기업 내 다수의 프로젝트를 관리함으로써 기업 전략 달성을 도모하지만 대부분 부족한 인력과 자원으로 운영되고 있다. 리스크가 높은 프로젝트에 한정된 인력과 자원을 집중할 수 있다면 프로젝트 성공 가능성을 높이고 기업 전략 달성에 보다 이바지 할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 리스크를 기반으로 PMO를 운영하는 방법에 대하여 다루고자 한다.

급변하는 최근의 경영환경 하에서 다수의 기업이 자체개발보다 외주개발을 활용하는 추세이나 이에 따른 프로세스 관리의 어려움이 동반되고 있다. 본 연구는 외주개발과 자체개발의 정보시스템 개발 프로세스 관리수준을 비교하여 효과적인 프로젝트 관리방안을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 실제 프로젝트 관리에 광범위하게 사용되는 소프트웨어 프로세스 관리모형인 CMM(Capability Maturity Model)을 기반으로 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트 수행 경험자를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 분석결과 외주개발 프로젝트의 평균적인 관리수준은 자체 개발 프로젝트에 비해 미흡하였다. 그러나, 외주개발 프로젝트의 관리수준 간에는 표준편차자 컸고, 상위 관리수준 프로젝트는 외주개발 프로젝트인 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 정보시스템 외주개발 여부를 결정할 때에는 단순히 외주개발에 관한 일반적 위험성을 고려하기 보다는 외주개발업체의 프로세스 품질관리 수준을 파악하는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있다.

일반적으로 건설 프로젝트는 발주처로부터의 완벽한 주문생산이라는 특성과 서로 다양한 직종의 전문 작업자들 간의 협동이 필수적인 성격을 가지기 때문에, 프로젝트 참여자의 긴밀한 의사소통과 자료 공유가 매우 중요하다. 그러나 이들 참여자가 지리적으로 분산되어 존재한다는 사실이 비효율의 원인이 된다. 이러한 문제점들을 극복하고자 개발되어진 eWorks21은 그 특징상 공동 작업을 요구하는 건설 업무 환경에서 매우 유용하게 활용되고 있다. eWorks21은 프로젝트 참여자간의 정보공유를 목적으로 하는 Collaboration 기능, 의사 소통을 목적으로 하는 Communication 기능, 각종 업무 협조 및 상호간의 의견 교환을 목적으로 하는 Coordination 기능, 프로젝트 별로 강한 특성을 지닌 현실에 적용하기 위하여 시스템의 광범위한 설정을 목적으로 하는 Customization 기능의 4가지 큰 모듈로 구성되어 있다. LG건설은 현재 진행하고 있는 모든 프로젝트에 eWorks21시스템을 다수의 프로젝트 이해관계자들 간 활용하고 있으며, 많은 프로젝트에서 다양한 성과를 경험하고 있어 이러한 성공 사례를 공유하고자 한다.

Recently, as high level of interest for the city regeneration, large-scale projects are planned or being performed such as reconstruction project. These mesa-projects have different characteristics from a single project in the design phase. It is a number of companies involved in design phase of mega-project and principal decision-making entity manage the project from the initial stage of an ongoing business by coordinating an opinions between design companies. The absence of a decision making support system reflected those characteristic causes a variety of problems such as a loss of cost and schedule. Therefore the final object of this paper is to propose a decision making support tool and system interface.

본 연구는 특정 조직의 정보 인프라 개발을 위한 전략적 계획을 수립하기 위해 의 사결정 지원 도구로서 다수 목표 의사결정 모형 (Multiple Objective Decision-Making Model : MODEM), 구체적으로는 목표 계획법(Goal Programming : GP)의 응용을 제시하고 있다. 연구대상 조직은 3년 동안의 정보 인프라 개발 프로젝트를 추진하고 있다. 이러한 특 별 프로젝트는 조직 전체에 궁극적인 통합 정보 기술 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 최고 의사 결정자의 전략적 계획 측면에서 추진되고 있다. 본 연구는 총 8개의 목표가 수립되었고 현 조직 환경하에서 이들 목포들에 대한 우선 순위가 설정되었다. Micro Manager가 본 연구 모형의 실행을 위하여 활용되었고 분석결과 6개의 정보 인프라 프로젝트 중 첫 5개가 실행 되기 위하여 선택되어 졌으며 4개의 네트? 대안 중에서 첫 번째 대안이 최적 대안으로 선 택되었다. 초기 설정 목표들에 대한 우선 순위를 변경시킴으로써 연구 모형의 가변성을 검 토하기 위해 민감도 분석이 실행되었다. 변경된 목표와 우선 순위하에서는 6개의 정보 인프 라 프로젝트 중 3개만이 실행을 위하여 선택되었고 네트? 대안은 첫 번째 대안이 역시 최 적 대안으로 선택되었다. 본 연구 모형은 다수의 서로 상층하는 목표를 가지는 조직 및 이 와 유사한 경영환경에 직면해 있는 전략적 의사결정 수립에 효과적인 방안을 제시할 것이다.

최근 인터넷기술을 통한 정보제공 및 검색이 급증하면서 간편한 웹 브라우저만으로 정보검색이 가능해졌다. 기존의 정보시스템들은 사용자가 소프트웨어에 대한 지식을 어느 정도 가져야만 해당 정보시스템을 이용할 수 있지만 인터넷은 사용자가 단순한 웹 브라우저만을 이해하면 다양한 정보를 활용할 수 있게 해주었다. 본 연구에서는 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 웹 기반의 프로젝트 관리시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위해 웹 기반에서 다수의 사용자가 정보를 공유하고 이를 하이퍼텍스트 형식으로 표현할 수 있는 프로젝트 관리시스템을 소개한다.

As skyscraper projects are emerging as a new trend in the market place, successful cost management is becoming critical issues because of their characteristics in terms of size and complexity. In addition, the lack of experience in cost management of skyscraper projects and the under-development of cost management profession pose great challenges to domestic cost managers. This paper examines major cost management issues and challenges through two major on-going skyscraper projects and discusses implications in the field of cost management.

In the recent years, a variety of projects have been conducted in order to enhance competitiveness of leading businesses and their followers in the market. Accordingly, the importance of project portfolio management has risen in the open market industry. Project portfolio management refers to crucial decision-making processes which aim to maximize benefits by selecting projects most suitable for a strategic objective among multiple projects with limited resources. In this study, the trend of project portfolio management studies is introduced. The study also presents a mathematical model of the problem, which aims at maximizing project values, possibility, and similarity between projects in the limited resources. We use the genetic algorithm to obtain the priority orders of projects. In order to verify this study, we compare the results of this study and the existing schedules of the E-open market in South Korea. This study ultimately reduces project risks, improves efficiency of development and continuity of tasks by properly ordering projects and assigning developers to the projects.
