Storing and estimating the high order probability distribution of classifiers and class labels is exponentially complex and unmanageable without an assumption or an approximation, so we rely on an approximation scheme using the dependency. In this paper, as an extended study of the second-order dependency-based approximation, the probability distribution is optimally approximated by the third-order dependency. The proposed third-order dependency-based approximation is applied to the combination of multiple classifiers recognizing handwritten numerals from Concordia University and the University of California, Irvine and its usefulness is demonstrated through the experiments.

본 논문에서는 단일주파수망에서 다수의 송신기로부터 전송되는 방송신호 간의 주파수를 일치시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 다수의 송신기로 동일한 송신채널을 통해 콘텐츠를 전송하는 경우 신호가 중첩되는 지역에서 주파수를 정확히 일치시키지 않으면 도플러효과가 야기되어 수신성능이 현저히 저하된다. 일반적으로 GPS 기준신호를 송신시스템의 참조주파수로 사용함으로써 방송신호 간의 주파수를 일치시킨다. 이 경우 GPS 기준신호로부터 복원된 참조주파수를 주파수 상하향 변환에 사용하면 위상지터가 증폭되어 방송신호 간의 순간적인 주파수 차이가 크게 발생할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 GPS 참조주파수보다 위상지터가 작은 송신기 자체의 국부발진기 주파수를 주파수 상하향 변환에 사용하는 한편 국부발진기 자체의 주파수 오차를 상쇄함으로써 방송신호 간의 주파수를 일치시킨다.

In recent decades, many researchers have been struggling to developing the compound aircraft that is capable high speed and VTOL flight. And in recent years, multi-copters are very popular because of having advantages of VTOL and easy handling, but they are lack of doing long-range mission. Therefore, we presents simple aircraft architecture which is equipped fixed wing, multi propellers and no control surfaces. In this paper, we designed the attitude control for the compound aircraft prototype and measured the attitude control performance with flight test for validating prototype's performance. We analysed the attitude control test result comparing with similar size of a fixed wing aircraft. The performance was almost same as fixed wing aircraft.

본 논문에서는 다수의 1 차 사용자가 존재하는 무선 인지 중계 네트워크를 분석한다. 다수의 1 차 사용자들의 신호는 2 차 사용자에게 간섭으로 작용하고 2 차 사용자들의 신호 또한 1 차 사용자에게 간섭으로 작용하게 된다. 이러한 환경에서 불완전한 채널 정보를 이용하여 최적의 중계기를 선택하는 방법을 제안하고 이때의 2 차 사용자 네트워크에서의 불능 확률을 분석하였다. 또한 모의실험을 통하여 불완전 채널 정보의 상관 계수의 변화에 따른 불능 확률의 변화를 확인하였다.

콩나물 콩으로 새로 개발된 '은하콩'이 영남 작물시험장에서 85년, 86년 2개년간에 걸쳐 시험 재배한 결과 표준품종인 방사콩보다 수확기가 빠르고, 제반 질병에 강하고, 16$\%$가 증수되는 다수성 품종으로 콩나물 재배용 콩으로 가장 우수한 콩으로 밝혀졌다.

현재 고속증식로가 지니는 가장 큰 약점은 건설비가 너무 높다는데 있다. 최초의 상업용 고속증식로인 Superphenix의 경우 프랑스의 동급 PWR보다 단위출력당 건설비가 2-2.5배 높다. 그러나 다수기를 동시에 건설한다면 건설비는 매우 절약될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 구주공동체(EC)는 이러한 관점에서 연구를 추진하여 고속증식로와 가압경수로의 건설비 차이를 현격히 줄일 수 있는 것으로 결론지었다.

다수본의 Bi-2223테이프로 구성되는 초전도전력케이블에서 발생되는 교류손실은 케이블의 효율을 저하시킬 뿐만 아니라 냉동기비용 증가로 인한 기존 케이블과의 가격경쟁에서 경제성을 저하시키는 주된 요인으로 작용하기 때문에 이의 상용화에 앞서 교류손실에 대한 정확한 규명이 되어야 한다. 그러나 다수본으로 구성되는 고온초전도전력케이블의 교류손실을 올바르게 평가하는 것은 테이프의 상이한 임계전류, 전압리드의 배열, 전류분포의 불균일성 및 인접한 테이프에 흐르는 전류위상 상이 등 복잡한 영향인자 때문에 매우 난해하다. 이와 같은 교류손실 평가와 관련된 복잡한 문제들을 규명하기 위해 다수본의 고온초전도도체 샘플을 제작하였으며 그 손실 특성을 실험적으로 조사 및 검토 하였다. 그 결과 다수본 고온초전도도체의 측정된 교류손실은 Monoblock모델 이론값 및 다각형모델에 근거한 수치해석 결과와도 상이함을 알 수 있다.

In this paper, we implemented a memory controller which can accommodate data processing blocks. The memory controller is arbitrated by the internal arbiter which receives request signals from masters and sends grant and data signals to masters. The designed memory controller consists of Master Interface, Master Arbitrator, Memory Interface, Memory accelerator. It was designed using VHDL, and verified using the memory model of SAMSING Inc. For FPGA synthesis and verification, Quartus II of ATERA Inc. was used. The target device is Cyclone II. For simulation, ModelSim of Cadence Inc was used.

We have implemented a multiclassifier learning approach in a GA-based inductive learning environment that learns classification rules that are similar to rules used in PROSPECTOR. In the multiclassifier learning approach, a classification system is constructed with several classifiers that are obtained by running a GA-based learning system several times to improve the overall performance of a classification system. To implement the multiclassifier learning approach, we need a decision-making scheme that can draw a decision using multiple classifiers. In this paper, we introduce two decision-making schemes: one is based on combining posterior odds given by classifiers to each class and the other one is a voting scheme based on ranking assigned to each class by classifiers. We also present empirical results that evaluate the effect of the multiclassifier learning approach on the GA-based inductive teaming environment.
