Due to media's characteristics, the methods of acting expression in stage differ from that in media. However, actors playing in either genre use the same internalization as the basis of their performance. The acting arising from actors' internalization is the same in stage acting and media acting. Nevertheless, media acting, by its genre characteristics, requires a more delicate and natural acting than that in stage acting. Such is because media acting shows a far more detailed and amplified performance that is shown on screen. The purpose of this research is to examine how to differentiate the expression characteristics of media acting from the expression methods of stage acting. Through this research, I attempt to present the expression methods of media acting that can show real life acting reflecting media's distinct characteristics, with the aim of benefiting students who practice media acting or professional actors. Diverse expression methods presented by training of media acting are expected to enable actors engaged in this field to produce excellent outcomes through acting training to successfully bring out a realistic and convincing performance through internalization. And together with the opportunity to build delicate and detailed acting styles that are required in media acting, acting styles that are differentiated from those in stage acting will also be discussed.

The environment of digital broadcast which represents as multi-channel and multimedia provides more crisis and pressure to newspapermen called as an uncrowned monarch in region of the press. The circulation of newspaper is declining dramatically and newspaper companies are turning their attention into digital broadcast in order to survive. Furthermore, besides of Chosun, Jung-Ang and Dong-A which are the three major newspapers in S. Korea, local newspaper companies are suffering from severe financial difficulties. However it could be an opportunity for digital broadcasters who undergo the lack of contents whether they are qualitative or quantitative. For the purpose of this study, it is to present a number of strategic approach in order that local newspapers outlast in the competitive digital broadcasting marketplace. Beyond the localism it intends to discuss about tapping into valuable newspaper contents as on-line journalism.

This research aims at executing a after reading activity using book trailers for the teenagers, and verifying its effects. For the investigation into its effectiveness, 6 classes on the first grade in a middle school were divided into 3 classes of an experimental group (104 students) and the other 3 classes of a comparative group (100 students), and a preliminary and a post test were conducted using the measurement tool on creativity and reading attitudes. As the result, the creativity, reading attitudes and understanding of the selected books of the experimental group were found to be better than those of the comparative group.

통합교육의 실시와 다문화 가정의 자녀 증가 등으로 학교 교실의 구성원들이 다양화 되고 있다. 그러나 제한적인 매체와 전통적인 교육과정, 교수방법 및 평가 등의 사용으로 학습자들의 다양성을 고려되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털화 교수매체의 활용함으로써 다양한 학습자들의 정보에 대한 접근성을 보장해 주고 나아가 교육현장에서 보편적 학습설계(Universal Design for Learning: UDL)를 적용하여 학습자의 다양성을 보장하는데 그 목적을 둔다. 교육현장에 UDL 적용에 대한 예비교사와 현직교사의 그룹 토론을 통해, UDL의 적용가능성과 적용함에 있어서 어려움을 알아보았다. 그 결과, 정해진 교육과정과 교재, 다양한 학습자에 대한 교사의 전문성 부족, 학생들 간의 학습 차이, 학급당 많은 학생수, 교사의 많은 업무량 등 여러 가지 문제점으로 UDL 적용이 어렵다고 하였다. 해결방안으로 교수설계에 UDL의 적용과 다양한 디지털화 교수매체의 활용으로 접근성 보장을 제안하였다. 교육현장에서의 UDL 확대와 다양한 학습자들의 접근성이 보장된 교육을 할 수 있도록 교사들이 수업에서의 UDL 적용 방안에 대해 제시하였다.

탈 장르화와 영상의 다양화로 예술에서의 표현의 한계는 극대화 되고 있으며, 디지털 매체를 통한 인터랙션 역시 디지털 아트에서의 보편적인 표현 방법으로 전환 되었다. 예술에서의 상호작용은 보여주는 것에서 참여하는 것으로의 전환을 꿰 하고 있고, 디지털을 기반으로 한 다매체, 다중화가 이를 뒷받침 한다. 상호작용을 위한 디지털 아트 작품을 위해서는 센서를 이용한 표현방법들이 있으나, 기타의 센서도구를 사용치 않고, 단지 카메라로부터 입력된 신호만을 기반으로 영상과 관객의 상호작용을 끌어 낼 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 모션트레킹을 위한 알고리즘을 응용함으로써 사물의 밝기 값에 충족한 데이터를 만들어 낼 수 있고 그에 해당하는 밝기의 변환 값을 이용해 미세한 사물의 변화를 감지 할 수 있는 것이다. 이런 일련의 영상작업을 위해서는 사물의 움직임과 반복성을 얼마만큼 인지하고 감지 해내느냐고 관건인데, 다시 말해 한번 측정한 움직임이 있는 사물의 데이터도 프로그램상에서 계속하여 인지가 되어야 하고, 그 데이터 값을 영상으로 반환하여야 하는데, 이는 영상의 지속적인 변화를 가져 올 수 있다는 걸 의미한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 모션 트래킹의 기본 알고리즘을 제시하고 영상작품과 인턱래션작품의 변환를 위해 사용된, 센서 대체도구인 웹 캠의 데이터 즉, 색상 값과 밝기 값을 적절하게 활용함으로써 표현의 다양성을 이끌어 내고 디지털 인터랙티브 작품으로써의 제작을 꾀하고자 한다.

현재 재난정보전달시스템은 재난 유형별, 유관기관(중앙부처, 지자체) 별로 독립적으로 운영되고 있어, 해당 시스템 간 연계가 미흡하여 통합적인 재난정보 확보와 적절한 조기 대응이 어렵다. 이를 해결하기 위해 예·경보 플랫폼과 상황전파 플랫폼 간 연계할 수 있는 통합 재난안전정보체계 및 통합플랫폼 개발이 필요한 실정이다. 또한, 재난 대응을 위해 전달되는 정보의 형태 및 전달되는 매체는 제한적이므로, 신속 정확하고 다양한 재난 정보 전달을 위해서는 새로운 방송 및 통신기술을 활용하여 멀티미디어 기반 재난정보 전달을 위한 표준 제정 및 시스템 고도화가 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 ICT 기술과 멀티미디어를 지원하는 재난정보전달플랫폼에 대한 기술개발을 통해 기존 구축되어 있는 재난안전정보공유플랫폼 및 관련 재난안전정보시스템과 연계 가능하고 표준화된 다매체 기반의 멀티미디어 재난정보전달플랫폼을 개발함에 있어 차세대 통합 예·경보 플랫폼을 위한 통합관제시스템에 관한 연구를 진행한다. 이는, 대국민을 대상으로 신속하고 안정적인 재난정보 전달을 실현하고 대관(재난관리기관)에 대한 재난현장정보 수집의 어려움 해소 및 현장 중심의 양방향 의사전달을 증대하여 다양하고 정확한 멀티미디어 재난정보전달을 수행한다.

In this study the seasonal and spatial pattern of mercury (Hg) concentrations in multimedia environments were investigated in Lake So-Yang. Total mercury (TM) in water column greatly enhanced as turbidity and particulate organic carbon (POC) increased due to the severe runoff, suggesting that most of Hg existed as particulate Hg in Lake Soyang. We also collected 22 species of fish in Lake Soyang and Han River, and the average total mercury in fish was 0.073 ppm, lower than both Korean (0.5 ppm) and EPA criteria (0.3 ppm). However when considering the amount of fish intake for Korean the Hg criterion in fish must be more stringent than current value, and the advisory for fish consumption should be made. Hg in fish considerably varied with sampling sites, having the highest in the upper region (Yang-gu) and the lowest in downstream (Han River). This spatial variation was possibly derived by "bloom dilution" associated with high phosphorus loading or elevated DOC concentrations, or both. Total mercury in sediment varied from 69.9 to $98.3{\mu}g/kg$, which was relatively lower than those measured in Voyageurs National Park in Minnesota in USA ($102{\sim}364{\mu}g/kg$).

최근 광자기 기록매체로 주목받고 있는 RE-TM계 비정질 박막을 T $b_{x}$ (F $e_{0.9}$ $Co_{0.1}$)$_{100-x}$ (x=14, 17, 20, 23, 27[at%])의 조성비를 갖는 모합금을 만든후 진공증착방법으로 합금박막을 제작하였다. 각시료의 조성에 따른 자기광학효과를 알아보기 위하여 80K부터 600K에서 포화자화( $M_{s}$ )와 보자력( $H_{c}$)에 대한 온도의존성과 자기이방성상수(Ku), Polar Kerr 이력곡선을 측정하였다. 또한 Curie 온도 근처에서 열처리 시간에 따른 자기 토크 곡선의 변화를 분석 함으로써 합금박막 표면의 산화정도를 정성적으로 평가할 수 있었다. 실험결과 T $b_{22.72}$(F $e_{68.78}$ $Co_{8.5}$)인 시료가 상온에서 8.4KOe의 보자력을 가졌으며 T $b_{x}$(x=23[at%])인 경우가 가장 큰 수직자기이방성을 나타냈다. Polar Kerr 이력곡선은 Tb함량 x=25~26[at%]에서 부호가 반전됨을 알 수 있었다.다.다.다.

XML은 언어정보의 재사용성 및 다른 유형의 정보로 변환이 용이하여 최근 그 사용이 급증하고 있다. 그러나 XML은 아직까지 일부 분야에 국한되어 이용되고 있으며, 국내에서도 XML을 실제 활용하여 개발되고 있는 시스템은 극히 미약하다. 본 연구에서는 XML의 이점을 살려 한글을 포함한 다국어간 언어학습 컨텐트를 쉽게 구성하고 가공할 수 있는 XML 문서 내의 다국어 표현 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 또한 다국어 정보를 웹 환경에서 구현하기 위한 XSL과 유사한 문서 변환 구조 및 이를 처리할 수 있는 XML 처리기의 구조에 대해서도 소개한다. 본 연구에서 소개하는 문서 변환 구조를 이용할 경우 문자로 표현 가능한 매체를 매개로 하여 다양한 멀티미디어 컨텐트를 쉽게 작성할 수 있다.

In 2009, Korea Communications Commission(KCC) added a new clause which regulates the protection of the media diversity to the Broadcasting Act. Specifically, the provision, Article 35-4, contains the creation of the Media Diversity Committee which is responsible for (1) the measure of TV audience share by media company; and (2) the development of summing up index of the different media influence by the end of 2012. Although the Korean version of diversity index as German KEK was made after a careful consideration based on the necessity to devise a criterion to determine the appropriate level of ownership regulation for the media companies, several issues including the measurement method have been raising the consistent controversy among experts. This study focuses on the evaluation of the media diversity policy by indicating the problems of the devised index and showing the concrete issues of the contention. As the result of the policy delphi-analysis targeted 10 media experts, this study suggest that the Article 35-4 of Broadcasting Act needs to be amend into the realistic and rational directions in well with the tenets of the law.
