T-Commerce는 한 마디로 TV를 통한 e-commerce이다. 그러나 단어가 주는 간단함과는 달리 기존의 e-commerce나 m-Commerce가 가졌던 전통적 상거래 개념으로부터의 혁명성을 한 차원 더 뛰어넘는 엄청난 잠재력과 변화력을 가지고 있는 새로운 개념이자 현상이다. 즉, e-commerce가 갖고 있는 개별성, 즉시성, 상호작용성, 다매체성의 장점 위에 욕구의 충동성, 편의성 및 고감도성이 결합된 새로운 경제문화행위 방식이라 할 수 있다. 우리에게 너무도 친숙한 TV방송의 디지털화를 통한 방송과 통신의 융합현상으로 방송 산업의 형태도 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 확대는 데이터 방송의 양방향 서비스인 T-Commerce에 대한 새로운 서비스를 가능하게 하는 기술과 성공적인 사업모델에 대한 실질적인 준비가 전제되어야만 가능하다. 본 고에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델과 전략에 따른 기술에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

In this study the seasonal and spatial pattern of mercury (Hg) concentrations in multimedia environments were investigated in Lake So-Yang. Total mercury (TM) in water column greatly enhanced as turbidity and particulate organic carbon (POC) increased due to the severe runoff, suggesting that most of Hg existed as particulate Hg in Lake Soyang. We also collected 22 species of fish in Lake Soyang and Han River, and the average total mercury in fish was 0.073 ppm, lower than both Korean (0.5 ppm) and EPA criteria (0.3 ppm). However when considering the amount of fish intake for Korean the Hg criterion in fish must be more stringent than current value, and the advisory for fish consumption should be made. Hg in fish considerably varied with sampling sites, having the highest in the upper region (Yang-gu) and the lowest in downstream (Han River). This spatial variation was possibly derived by "bloom dilution" associated with high phosphorus loading or elevated DOC concentrations, or both. Total mercury in sediment varied from 69.9 to $98.3{\mu}g/kg$, which was relatively lower than those measured in Voyageurs National Park in Minnesota in USA ($102{\sim}364{\mu}g/kg$).

This study analyzed the story of 'Good Morning, Ladies of the World', a multicultural program of a community radio Gwanak FM. Furthermore, the study performed an in-depth interview on Korean producing staffs and migrant casts in order to figure out the contents for the improvement of awareness and for the design of multicultural media story telling. As a result, the migrant women presented overall public discourses on their own culture, climate and customs as a sense of representative. While Korean staffs wanted to understand and communicate with their culture and to share private experiences, migrant women wished understanding and respect to their culture and removal of discrimination or prejudice. Accordingly, the storytelling design for the improvement of multicultural awareness must be a private discourse on the basis of a public discourse, and it turned out that the user of a mediator who experienced and knew culture of Korea and the migrant is necessary. And, this study recommended the need of education of migrant women and media support for a proper story planning, structuring and delivery.

This study focused on the crisis of local private broadcasting and political solution. The local private broadcasting has launched in 1995. Until now, local private broadcasting is successful in stable management and ensuring profit but it is attributed to a role of transmission pipe of SBS. However, this kind of syndication system has been a major problem of local private broadcasting and local private broadcasting has become weak and weak from outside impact. Presently broadcasting market has been changed very fast. It enters into unlimited competition era of multimedia and multichannel. However, especially local private broadcasting has both of public and private characteristics. Thus, local private broadcasting should not be hung by the wall any more. In this study administrative outcome of local private broadcasting will be analyzed and some hot political issues will be analyzed also then the political solution might be looked up at the same time. Now local private broadcasting also should be changed to totally new broadcasting company pursuing creative local contents and new digital concept.

The purpose of this study is to examine new types of political participation using the new media of digital convergence generation. For this purpose, groups were classified according to age and characteristics of media usage to investigate whether there are differences in media-related tendencies, SNS and characteristics of Smartphone usage political-related characteristics, and political participation by types. The results of the study is that the media usage characteristics by generation showed a difference between groups according to the high and low motivation for using media, and there was a generation differences in politics-related characteristics and types of political participation. Digital generation showed lower political involvement, political efficiency and offline political participation than Web 1.0 generation. In addition, political efficacy showed the moderating effect that had the greatest effect on political participation by types.

여러 가지 실내공기 오염물질중 라돈은 주로 자연 발생원으로부터 기인하는 물질로써 우리가 원하지 않는 비자발적 위험 요인(unwanted and involuntary risk factor)이며 전체 자연 방사성물질의 노출량에서도 많은 비율을 차지하는 것으로 알려져 있다(환경부, 2002). 라돈은 무색, 무취의 가스로 이를 흡입하는 경우 폐암을 유발하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 토양중 라돈은 지하수로 용해되어 지하수를 섭취하는 경우 노출될 수 있는데, 이로 인한 위해도보다는 실내공기로 인한 흡입 노출시의 위해도가 매우 크고, 이로 인해 실내 공기중 라돈의 위해도가 라돈으로 인한 전체 위해도의 90% 수준에 달하는 것으로 알려져 있다(NAS, 1999; 김순애 등, 2002). CoCr 박막에 있어서 C축 결정배향성과 미세구조 변화에 대한 Co73Cr27 씨앗층의 영향이 조사되 었다. 기록밀도가 높고 재생전압도 높은 CoCr 수직기록매체를 개발하기 위해서는 CoCr층의 두께가 엷 으면서 결정배향성이 우수하고 결정립 크기가 적고 균일한 자성기록막 제조가 필요하다. CoCr 단층막 또는 CoCr/퍼말로이 이중막 제조에서 500$\AA$정도의 Co73Cr27 층을 씨앗층으로 만들어 줌으러써 기록층인 CoCr 박막이 $0.2mu$m의 두께에서도 천이층이 거의 없고 결정배향성이 우수한 자성막을 제조할 수 있었 다. 또한 Co73Cr27 씨앗층은 비록 결정립 크기는 증가시켰지만 기록층의 에피택시 성장에 보다 바람직 한 것으로 조사되었다.

본 논문은 최근 생물다양성협약 및 전통지식보호 등 기술보호와 정보공유의 투명성 객관성 확보를 위해 사실근거 기반의 전통지식 콘텐츠 제공 방법 및 시스템을 설계하였다. GPS를 활용하여 위치, 날짜, 기상정보 등 사실근거 기반을 확보하고, 이에 맞는 식품, 식재료 정보를 텍스트, 이미지, 음성, 동영상 등 다매체 콘텐츠로 수집하여 데이터베이스화가 가능하도록 하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통하여 우리나라 생물 자원의 조사 발굴 및 보호가 가능하고, 식재료 또는 식품의 생산, 가공, 저장 등 그 시점의 상태 확인으로 식품(식재료)의 품질관리가 용이하도록 하였다.

인터넷 상거래는 매체의 특성상 전통적 상거래와 비교하여 '언제 어디서나 주문할 수 있다'는 편리성을 지니고 있다. 하지만 아직도 인터넷 쇼핑몰들은 네티즌(Netizen)들을 만족시키지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 인터넷이 생활의 일부가 된 지금 인터넷은 단지 시간과 공간을 초월하여 전세계로 열려있다는 가능성만을 제시할 뿐, 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 어떻게 운영하는가에 따라 그 성과는 매우 다양하게 나타나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷쇼핑몰의 만족 결정요인 가운데 하나인 점포디자인 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대하여 알아보았다. 본 연구의 실증연구 결과 다음과 같은 인터넷쇼핑몰 디자인 면에서의 시사점이 있는 것으로 보인다. 인터넷쇼핑몰 디자인을 보다 만족스럽게 만들기 위해서는 인터넷쇼핑몰 디자인을 다른 인터넷쇼핑몰과 차별화 시키고, 탐색이 보다 쉽도록 디자인하며 단순성을 높여 점포탐색이 쉽도록 해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 '가상공동체 형성의 장'을 가진 점포가 그렇지 않은 경우 보다 고객만족이 높은 것으로 나타나 기존의 주장과 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.

This thesis focuses on Wandeuki and Elegant Lies - novels written by Kim Ryeo-reong and adapted into the film by Director Lee Han; this thesis analyzes the process of storytelling being transformed as the media is converted. Also, this thesis discusses cultural-political implications of transmedia storytelling where different narrative responses coexist concerning post-IMF family disorganization and "individualization." First of all, this thesis critically reviews existing discourses on the concept of transmedia storytelling and refers to 'transfictionality' the narratological concept of Marie-Laure Ryan in order to look into media conversion storytelling that starts from original novels. The novels Wandeuki and Elegant Lies show two aspects of "individualization" that adopts existential conditions of family disorganization. Wandeuki deviates from patriarchal family romance through self-discovery and exhibits loose family bond, which is something similar to companionship of close individuals. Elegant Lies shows individualization of pain by portraying a teenager who found herself completely isolated, while showing that it is impossible for the people left behind to mourn. On the other hand, director Lee Han's films and show stories in which family members, who are confronting family dissolution, rediscover and restore their families against family dissolution. The film promotes the expansion of family community through multicultural identity, and the film completes condolence of the people left behind by having the remaining families survive as survivors of suicide. The storyworld of the novels puts emphasis on 'self-discovery' of individual adolescents, while the storyworld of the movies puts emphasis on 'rediscovery of family'. Through transformation of storytelling - especially the redesigning of narrative structures called "modification" - transmedia storytelling shows that the relationship between media-converted texts is far from "faithful representation," but rather, shows conflicting themes and perspectives. With a reference point of 'the emergence of character' transmedia storytelling, which is predicated on the original work but aims to free itself from the original work by transforming storytelling through media conversion, opens up polyphonic storyworld by creating heterogeneous voices. In the post IMF-era, where uncertainty mounts over family dissolution and individualization, polyphonic storyworld created by transmedia storytelling provides an opportunity to experience disparate desires over individual freedom/risk and complacency toward community. We can call this the cultural-political implication of transmedia storytelling based on transferring, transcednding, and transforming.
