다구찌기법에 의한 형상오차 평가 및 최적화 (Evaluation and optimization of geometric error by using Taguchi method)

  • parameters in surface grinding. Taguchi method which is one of the design of experiments has been introduced in achieving the aims. The process parameters were the grain size, the wheel speed, the depth of cut and the table speed. The effect of the process parameters on the geometric error was examined and an optimal set of the parameters was selected to minimize the geometric error within the controllable range of the used grinding machine. The reliability of the results was evaluated by the ANOVA.

다구찌 법을 이용한 에어컨용 회전압축기 공명기에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Analysis Using Taguchi Method on the Resonator in the Rotary Compressor for Air Conditioner)

  • This paper introduces the experimental analysis of the resonator in the rolling piston type compressor for air conditioner. The resonator located between cylinder and hearing is a major factor in the noise reduction of the rotary compressor. Several shapes for the resonator which can be built in the space limitations are derived. Then optimal resonator type for the noise reduction is determined by noise tests. 6 design parameters of the type are found and optimal level for each design factor is deduced from Taguchi method.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 EPS(Electric Power Steering) 시스템에 IPMSM을 적용하고 속도 및 위치를 검출하기 위하여 Magnetic Position Sensor를 사용하였다. 이�� Magnetic Position Sensor의 신호는 정현파의 출력을 갖지만 고조파의 성분으로 인하여서 파형이 왜곡되고 이러한 파형의 왜곡으로 인해 위치 검출의 오차를 갖게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 오차를 줄이기 위하여 다구찌 기법과 3차원 유한요소법(3D FEM)을 사용하여 고조파를 저감시킬 수 있도록 여러 변수를 변화하여서 최적의 설계를 통하여 실제 실제 센서 출력과 비교하여 자동차 산업 전반에 기여 하고자 한다.

다구찌 기법을 이용한 용사코팅의 공정 최적화 (Optimization for Thermal spray Process by Taguchi Method)

  • In the present study, process optimization for thermal-sprayed Ni-based alloy coating has been performed using Taguchi method and analysis of variance(ANOVA). Ni-based alloy coatings were fabricated by flame spray process on steel substrate, and the hardness test and wear test were performed. Experiments were designed as per Taguchi's L9 orthogonal array and tests were conducted with different Oxygen gas flow, Acetylene gas flow, Powder feed rate and Spray distance. Multi response signal to noise ratio (MRSN) was calculated for the response variables and the optimum combination level of factors was obtained simultaneously using Taguchi's parametric design.

  • With society focusing more and more on environmental issues, the recycling of materials of all types has become an important concern. In this paper, optimization method is developed for reducing cost and improving quality in mill scale recycling. An experimental investigation into the process parameter effects is presented to determine the optimum configuration of parameters for performance, quality and cost. Taguchi's optimization approach was used to obtain the optimal parameters. The significant parameters were identified and their effects on mill scale recycling were studied. As a results, a confirmation experiment with the optimal levels of process parameters was carried out in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of the Taguchi method.
