This study analyzed the trends of research on archival information services in Korea from 2001 to 2013. A total of 73 research articles were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative content analysis to summarize research output done so far and identify future research areas. Based on the analysis, it concludes that the research on archival information service requires increase of practice-based study, in-depth discussions of theoretical frameworks, and emergence of diverse perspectives of FOIA and relevant policies.

4차 산업혁명에 대한 국가적 관심이 높아짐에 따라 ICT산업 분야의 연구개발(R&D)는 앞으로의 국가 성장에 핵심적인 역할을 할 가능성이 크다. 우리나라의 경우도 빠르게 변화하는 ICT 산업에 대응하기 위해, 국가차원에서는 중장기 전략을 수립하고 있으며, 민간차원에서는 관련 인력풀(pool)을 늘리는 등 다각화된 대처를 하고 있다. 하지만 미국과 중국 등 선진국들의 기술수준과 가격 경쟁력을 결코 무시할 수 없어, 우리나라의 ICT산업은 낙관할 수만은 없는 상황이다. 그러므로 지금은 오히려 우리나라 ICT산업에 대한 명확한 진단을 통해 효율적이고 효과적으로 기술기회와 R&D기회를 발굴하는 것이 보다 실효성 있는 정책 수립에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)에서 개발한 교역활동 프로파일 분석 시스템을 통해 ICT산업에 관련된 상품들 전체를 거시적인 관점에서 확인함으로써 우리나라의 ICT산업 전반을 진단하고 분석하고자 한다. 이로 인해, 증거기반(evidence-based)의 과학적인 방법으로 연구개발 기회를 파악하여 효율적이고 효과적인 정책수립에 기여하고자 한다.

omputer and the Internet (online) services have rapidly been developed and evolved over the last 10 years. They also reduce time and costs in many parts of human life. Yet, a range of adoption and expression has been segmented as a piece of information is diversified. Particularly, while this segmentized information can be integrated according to fields, it is hard for users to aware it at a glance. Therefore, this study aims to improve and analyze programs that have been developed in a variety of ways from the existing unified design of GUI as the UIs of the Internet and programs have become accentuated recently so that it could suggest the importance of user-oriented UI designs.

Most companies operate their business unit by products which occupy mostly their sales or can increase their sales. The evaluation of business units is very important part to check the market position of its business, the value of investment and business diversification. This paper applies 5 game flat forms to Korean game industry at base on GE model which can evaluate business unit with market merit and competitive advantage in market. the result of study indicates that main flat form and the other flat form distribute diversely, and can determine the time for the new product development, the flat form of main investment and marketing strategy.

There is an increment in Mergers and Acquisitions(M&A) case in international construction market. The world best construction corporations are now merging or acquiring with other companies in variety fields to increase their share of the market in diversified markets and boost their sales. Similarly, M&A cases of Korean construction corporations are now increasing. Although M&A cases are now rapidly increasing, performances of M&A cases haven't been measured. With Economic Value Added technique, the M&A performances of Korean construction corporations are measured in this study.

본고에서는 자율주행 완성차와 자율주행 융합 부품 관련 기술과 국내외의 자율주행자동차 산업정책과 기술 개발 동향을 살펴본다. 자율주행 차량은 고안전, 고편의, 친환경, 신생태계의 자동차 산업에서의 4가지 미래 키워드를 만족시키는 기술로서 국가차원의 전략적 양성이 필요하다. 자율주행자동차 산업은 자동차 산업 생산기반 및 우리나라의 IT, 반도체 등의 기술 활용이 가능하며, 아직 상용화 되지 않은 분야로서 자율주행 분야의 상용화 기술 조기 확보 시 세계시장을 선점 할 수 있다. 따라서 자율주행 완성차 및 부품업체 등의 복수 수요기관이 참여하여 중소, 중견 부품업체 수요처 다각화 및 생태계 체질 개선, 자율주행 핵심부품 및 제어를 위한 SW 등 원천기술 확보 및 수입대체, 자율주행 기술과 관련 센서 선도기술 개발 및 글로벌 중견기업 육성을 기대 할 수 있다. 또한 빠르게 자율주행자동차 관련 기술개발이 진행되고 전장 부품이 자동차에서 차지하는 비중이 커짐에 따라 서로 연결되어 동작하는 전기전자 시스템의 기능안전 확보의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이미 해외에서는 자동차 전자제어 시스템 의무 장착을 강화시키는 추세이며 차량 안전 확보를 위해 전자제어장치의 기능 안정성의 중요성과 기술 표준의 필요성을 기반으로 자동차 기능 안전선 국제 표준을 규격화하고 있다. 따라서 본고에서는 국내외의 자율주행차량 분야의 산업 현황과 기술 동향을 살펴봄으로써 시장의 현황을 파악하고 자동차 기능 안전성 국제 표준에 관하여 알아본다.

과거 단일 회사로 구성된 전력산업 체제하에서의 신뢰도에 대한 인식과 중요성들이 전력시장과 경쟁이 도입된 다각화된 이해 주체들 이 존재하는 현행의 국내 전력산업 구조에서는 서로 다른 양상을 띄고 변화하고 있다. 전원 및 송?변전 시설계획에서부터 계통운영 계획 및 실시간 급전에 이르기까지 연속선상의 계통운영 업무에 있어 전력공급의 안정성 확보와 더불어 보다 합리적이고 효율적인 또는 경제적인 계획과 운영에 대한 요구(Needs)가 기존의 결정론적인 신뢰도 평가의 다각적 접근 즉, 확률론적인 신뢰도평가 기법을 개발하게 하였으며, 이에 미국 전력중앙연구소(EPRI)의 PRA(Probabilistic Reliability Assessment) S/W를 도입하여 실제 계통운영의 단위업무와 접목하여 리스크를 고려한 계통안전도평가 구현의 잠재적 가능성과 극복해야 할 한계를 파악하였다.

물리적으로 연속된 도로에 하나의 위치를 특징 짖고, 특정화한 위치의 개별성을 보장받아 규칙적으로 주소를 부여하면 특정위치는 물론 주변위치도 추측 가능해진다. 그동안 도시화와 산업화로 인하여 도로의 입체화, 다각화, 고기능화가 진행하는 가운데, 도로관리제도는 광역에 걸친 다수의 기관들이 전문 분야와 공종별로 분할하고 있는 복잡한 모습을 하고 있다. 이는 시간이 지날수록 자유로운 의사소통과 기술공유, 집약된 의사결정 등을 어렵게 하고 다양한 문제를 드러내고 있어 더 이상 기존의 제도와 방식은 적합하지 않게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 도로관리상 최대 맹점이라 할 수 있는 도로상의 개별위치에 대한 정의 없이 경험에 의존하는 관리방식에서 탈피하여, 도로가 위치하고 있는 지번주소, 도로명 주소, 국가도로망체계 등의 도로주소정보를 코드화하여 이를 도로상에 규칙적으로 부여하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 본 논문의 목적은 정보시대의 도로관리에 적합하도록 도로를 식별하고자 정의한 도로주소코드를 통해서 디지털 모델링에 적합한 표준화방안을 제시하는데 있다.

This study focused on the recycling technology and application of waste polyurethane scrap($5{\sim}7mm$) and waste urethane form from the footware scrap. Firstly we suggest the waste polyurethane can be used as a component of medium for hydroponic rose culture. Secondly, recycled thermoplastic polyurethane(RTPU) was produced and blended it with high impact polystyrene(HIPS). And also, in order to extend application of recycling field, the former was produced with adding the amine foaming agent to RTPU/HIPS alloy. The main purpose of this study is to diverse of the recycling of the waste polyurethane.

Securing manpower in rural areas is critical to improving the productive potential and overcome challenges caused by changes in the demographic structure and the need for diversification of the rural economy. This underpins the importance of nurturing young farmers in order to enhance the agricultural competitiveness in the rural areas. On the other hand, 42.3% of young farmers under the age of 40, which is the target age of the government-sponsored program to foster young farmers, grow rice. Meanwhile, 42.3% of the farmers are under 40 years of age which is a category of farmers targeted under the government sponsored program to advance rice production. In this study, a bivariate probit model is used to conduct substantive analysis on the potential political interventions that would persuade young farmers in the rural areas to participate in rice production in the 6th industry. In summary, most important factors identified as to influence participation of young farmers in the diversification of crop production are the utilization of information device, land, ownership of agricultural machinery, and the leasing of the cultivating land.
