In this paper, we implement a learning efficiency verification system to inspire learning motivation and help improve concentration by detecting the situation of the user studying. To this aim, data on learning attitude and concentration are measured by extracting the movement of the user's face or body through a real-time camera. The Jetson board was used to implement the real-time embedded system, and a convolutional neural network (CNN) was implemented for image recognition. After detecting the feature part of the object using a CNN, motion detection is performed. The captured image is shown in a GUI written in PYQT5, and data is collected by sending push messages when each of the actions is obstructed. In addition, each function can be executed on the main screen made with the GUI, and functions such as a statistical graph that calculates the collected data, To do list, and white noise are performed. Through learning efficiency checking system, various functions including data collection and analysis of targets were provided to users.

본 논문에서는 승객 수송수요 반영 단계에서는 역별 승하차인원, 시간대별 재차인원 등 수송수요에 반영할 기준을 설정하여 수송력과 승차인원의 기준을 판단하고, 열차운행계획 수립 단계에서는 운행구간, 선로용량, 선로조건 등 제약조건과 적정수송력에 맞는 운행계획을 수립하고, 마지막 단계에서 경제성, 능률성, 합리성 등을 감안한 운용효율 향상을 위한 열차 DIA를 작성하고자 한다. 또한 통계적 분석절차에 따라 재차인원과 운행횟수를 각각의 독립변수와 종속변수로 산정하여 두 변수간의 상관관계를 확인한 후 회귀분석을 통해 얻은 회귀식을 실제열차운행 횟수와 비교하여 최적의 열차운행횟수를 산정하였으며 회귀식의 유효성 검증을 통해 열차운행 환경변화에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 유연한 시스템을 구축한 후 서울도시철도공사 실용 Dia에 적용하여 유효성을 검토하였다.

인텔리젼트빌딩은 거주자의 다양한 욕구를 충족시켜 근무환경 개선 및 사무능률을 향상시키고 국제화, 정보화시대에 대비한 첨단 정보처리시스템을 갖추어 업무의 효율성을 높히고자 함은 물론이며 특히 인텔리젼트 빌딩의 OA, TC계획에서 있어서는 사전에 그 건물이 갖는 용도 및 규모에 대하여 충분한 조사가 이루어져야 하며 장래의 확장성에 대한 고려가 함께 계획되어져야 함은 충분히 인식되어져야 할 것이다.

This research aims to propose model for measuring the efficiency of R&D organizations by using Data Envelopment Analysis. In existing research about using Data Envelopment Analysis, the types of R&D organizations have not been clarified and the difference between analysis time from measurement time is usually $4{\sim}5$ years. This research divides R&D organizations into three types and provides proper methods for measuring the efficiency of each R&D organizations.

본 논문에서는 지상송신국 기반의 로란-C 전파항법시스템이 위성항법시스템(GNSS)의 등장이후 급속한 이용자 감소로 운영의 효율성이 떨어짐에 따라 다양한 각도의 로란-C 성능평가를 실시하여 활용능률 향상방안을 제안하였으며, 국가항법시스템의체계인 관리를 위해 DGPS시스템과 로란-C를 연계한 GNSS 정보센터를 운영하여 GPS는 물론 Galileo, GLONASS 등 위성항법시템 전반의 상황을 모니터링하고 GNSS 불능 시 로란-C를 BACK-UP시스템으로 활용한다면 GNSS 장애로 인한 국가적대혼란의 예방함께 체계적인 전파항법시스템 관리가 가능할 것으로 결론하였다.

Information technologies have been wide spread in the public sector, especially government administrative of office. Most of the Korean internal government, IT influence focused on the hardware and input system, not so fast realized, and don't have fundamental development less of business dimension. And now, the electronic document implementation efficiently satisfies the government's process and management through the reduction of manned working steps. This study suggested the elimination of old ragged custom based on paper document. inner basis environment composing for the using of electronic document and the introduce of digitized network tele-working system etc, for the highly execution of future digital management system.

엄청난 양의 정보를 제공하는 인터넷은 사람들에게 편의성을 제공해 주고 있다. 그러나 다른 한편으로는 인터넷으로 인하여 청소년들이 유해한 정보에 무방비로 노출되고, 회사에서는 업무와 관련이 없는 인터넷 사용으로 업무 능률이 저하되며 네트워크 자원이 낭비되는 등의 여러 가지 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 개인별로 인증을 받은 후에 각 개인에 따라 설정된 필터링 정책에 의해 인터넷을 사용하는 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 시스템은 시스템 구성 및 성능, 사용자 관리의 어려움 등의 문제로 ISP 등의 대단위 네트워크에 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 대단위 네트워크에 적용 가능하고 사용자 관리가 용이한 URL 필터링 시스템을 제안한다. 이러한 시스템을 사용하면 학교나 가정 및 직장에서 개인별로 다양한 필터링 정책을 적용할 수 있어 유해한 정보로부터 청소년을 보호할 수 있으며, 업무 능률의 상승과 네트워크 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The value engineering(VE) in construction projects is systematic method which improve quality as well as reduction input cost and as construction VE work extends the range of application, the importance is rising. For this reason studies are needed to enforce design value engineering work systemically and effectively. In this study, we analyzed the problem of the present construction VE processing and deduced the model to be most suitable the work efficiency. As suggested model reflects systemically requirement item of owner and user, it will make approaching direction and standard establishment possible. So it will increase the following function analysis in analyzing step and the effectiveness of creating idea and make successful VE result.
