Online defamation incidents such as Internet news comments on portal sites, SNS, and community sites are increasing in recent years. Bias and hate expressions threaten online service users in various forms, such as invasion of privacy and personal attacks, and defamation issues. In the past few years, academia and industry have been approaching in various ways to solve this problem The purpose of this study is to build a dataset and experiment with deep learning classification modeling for detecting various bias expressions as well as hate expressions. The dataset was annotated 7 labels that 10 personnel cross-checked. In this study, each of the 7 classes in a dataset of about 137,111 Korean internet news comments is binary classified and analyzed through deep learning techniques. The Proposed technique used in this study is multi-channel CNN model with attention. As a result of the experiment, the weighted average f1 score was 70.32% of performance.

This research proposes a personalized mobile web contents creation method that uses web news channel contents-based analysis. It promptly acquires data through the RSS and RSS-linked web pages which have been supplied by the existing web sites for a news search. And then It applies a personalization method using analysis in contents filtering and generation. The proposed method will make creating mobile web contents easier while lowering wireless contents production costs. Moreover, It can be improved a user satisfaction for contents filtering and access with using analysis that fits in with a matter of user's specific interest.

현재 많은 포털 사이트에서는 인기가 있거나 중요도가 높은 키워드에 대해 정보를 제공해주는 태그 클라우드나 연관 검색어 등의 기능이 제공되고 있다. 하지만 대부분의 뉴스기사 페이지들은 날짜와 분야별로 기사들이 나열되어 있으며 사용자는 카테고리별로 나누어진 기사를 읽을 수만 있을 뿐 그 기사와 연관된 다른 기사의 정보에 대해서 한눈에 알아 볼 수 있는 방법은 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 연관 검색어 서비스도 사용자가 검색한 입력 내용을 기반으로 연관성 정도를 분석하여 객관성을 보장하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 태그 클라우드 방식에서 좀 더 나아가 축적된 뉴스 기사로 부터 검색 키워드와 밀접히 연관된 키워드를 추출하여 제공하는 기사 검색 시스템을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 사용자가 기사 검색을 하였을 때, 키워드와 가장 밀접한 기사를 검색해 주는 것뿐만 아니라 검색어와 관련된 연관 키워드들을 보여주고 연관된 키워드간의 관계성을 보여줌으로써 뉴스 기사들 속에 숨겨진 연관정보의 탐색을 가능하게 한다.

This study explored the issues of industrial mathematics in online news articles and online forums in Korea and the US by using text mining and compared the results. Text data about industrial mathematics were collected from news articles of Naver, a major portal site, and postings and replies on Clien as resources of Korea, and from news articles by the New York Times and CNN as well as postings and replies on Reddit as resources of the US. Structural topic modeling analyses were performed, the major results of which were as follows. First, news articles in Korea mainly dealt with the necessity of industrial mathematics and government support. On the contrary, the news articles in the US focused more on various fields where industrial mathematics fields were utilized. Second, in Korea, the same number of issues with different topics were discussed in news articles and online forums, whereas in the US more issues were covered in news articles than in online forums. It was suggested academic implications for researchers and practical implications for the government for settling industrial mathematics in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to analyze art museum websites and derive implications for future operation of art museum websites. To this end, this research collected basic information about art museums according to '2018 National General Report of Cultural Infrastructure' and investigate the websites of 30 art museums through multi-step sampling process. This study analyzed the structure and menu of the art museum websites as well as the current state of various contents provided by the websites and the search service for the collections offered by the websites. Following sentences are the results. First of all, the art museum websites offer 5.6 top menus on average. Secondly, contents related to art museum, exhibitions, news, education, general forum, and SNS are the basic contents that should be provided on the art museum websites. Third, for contents related to news, education, and events have problems with hierarchical structure and need to be adjusted. Fourth, in the content type, specialized information contents are relatively insufficient and thus need to be improved. Fifth, the art museum websites should give sufficient information about the collection and offer directory searching hat includes keyword searching as well as detail searching service. It is also required to reorganize the directory along with the download function for searched results and the sorting service.

As the individual participation in online news sites proliferates, the importance of online news comments has been increasing. Social comment services which help people leave comments on news articles using their own SNS (social networking site) accounts have gained popularity recently. Using data gathered from an online news site, this study, therefore, (1) identifies factors differentiating social comments from general comments, (2) examines how social comments are significantly different from general comments in terms of each factor, (3) and further validates how the social comments' characteristics vary among different type of SNS. Then, we investigated this study by applying t-test, ANOVA, and Duncan test of SPSS Statistics. Our results provide insights on the significant differences in all the factors between general and social comments. We also found that there is a significant difference between Facebook and Twitter groups among three types of SNS. The findings of this study would help assess the actual benefit of social comment services as they may provide us with several valuable leads to solve the malicious comments issue. Moreover, they would suggest the need to apply this service to other areas, such as online environments in private and public sectors.

TV 포털은 TV와 인터넷 포털 사이트를 결합한 개념으로, 이용자는 TV를 보다가도 리모콘 버튼만 누르면 바로 포털 사이트의 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있다. 사용자들은 생활정보, 교육, 음악, 영화, 뉴스, 쇼핑, 게임 등 다양한 콘텐츠를 이용할 수 있고 콘텐츠 제공업자들은 TV 포털을 통해 자신들의 콘텐츠를 제공한다. TV 포털은 인터넷 포털의 내용을 그대로 TV 화면에 보여주지 못하기 때문에 TV라는 플랫폼에 맞게 인터페이스를 단순화시키고 화면을 재설정하는 콘텐츠 가공을 한다. 본 고에서는 DTV 포털이 가지는 기술적인 의미와 인터넷 포털과 비교하여 현재 DTV 포털이 가지고 있는 기술적인 문제에 대해서 정리한다.

문맥광고는 인터넷 사용자들이 뉴스나 커뮤니티 사이트에서 콘텐츠를 조회할 때, 해당 콘텐츠와 일치하거나 관련성이 높은 제품 또는 서비스 정보를 제공하는 새로운 방식의 광고기법이다. 그러나 현재 제공되고 있는 서비스의 대부분은 콘텐츠와의 관계가 다소 떨어지거나, 수동적으로 광고주가 선택한 키워드 또는 카테고리 선택에 의해 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 따라서 문맥광고의 효율성을 높이기 위해서는 사용자가 조회한 콘텐츠내의 문맥정보를 분석하여 콘텐츠와의 관련성이 높은 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 사용자가 조회한 콘텐츠의 내용과 보다 관련 있는 서비스 제공을 위해 콘텐츠의 내용을 대표할 수 있는 중요 키워드를 선정하고, 콘텐츠 내에서 추출된 키워드간의 연관성을 분석하여 콘텐츠와 관련된 서비스를 제공하는 방법에 대해 제안한다.

According to a long-term master plan for the implementing of MOMAF's marine environmental informatization, we have developed marine environment portal web site which consists of 7 main-menu and 39 sub-menu including various types of contents (text, image and multimedia) based on RDBMS. This portal site was opened in Oct., 2002 (http://www.meps.info). Also, for the national institutions' distributed DB which is archived and managed respectively the marine chemical data and biological data, the integrated retrieval system was developed. This system is meaningful for the making collaborative use of real data and could be applied for data mining, marine research, marine environmental GIS and making-decisions.

The purpose of the study is to examine the trend in the change of relation between countries (Czech and Korea) through analysis of portal new articles. In order to achieve the purpose, we analyzed news articles about Czech from 1990 to March 31st, 2019. We divided it into 6 periods by every 5 years, reviewed 200 news articles for each period totaling 1,200 news articles, and categorized them into 4 categories by subject (politics, economy, society and culture, and educations). The result of the study showed the subject of society and culture represented the largest proportion of all news articles. We also found that the range of changes in the sub-categories of society and culture occurred most extensively. We concluded the paper with several suggestions that could promote cooperation between Korea and Czech.
