숫돌면의 직접관찰에 의한 드레싱 시기 최적화

  • 본 연구에서는 숫돌면의 직접관찰에 의해 적정한 드레싱 시기를 결정하는 것에 관한 연구를 수행했다. 이를 위해, 와전류센서를 숫돌주위에 설치하여 숫돌면의 눈막힘량을 비접촉식으로 직접 측정하므로서 숫돌의 상태를 검출했다. 숫돌의 재생작용에 의한 정상연삭과 눈막힘에 의한 이상연삭의 구분은 검출된 눈막힘량과 가공면 표면거칠기의 상관괘적(Relational Locus)을 통해 드레싱 시기를 결정했다. 또한 이때의 숫돌면의 상태를 레이져 변위센서를 이용해 측정하고 3차원 Topography로 표현했다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 내용들에 대한 실험적 결과들을 소개한다.

  • This paper deals with an development of screen technology for marine waste disposal. The conception of inverse inclined screen is introduced. For optimal solid-liquid separation the vibration frequency, vibration angle and vibration method are inquired. And the efficiency of proposed technology and automatic apparatus is proved through the field test.

  • 지방을 함유하고 있는 붉은자루 동충하초는 일반적으로 분쇄에 널리 사용되고 있는 핀밀이나 해머밀로 분쇄하기에는 어려움이 있다 핀밀이나 해머밀은 분쇄 로터날과 분쇄망사이의 갭사이에서 로터의 회전에 의하여 발생하는 원심력을 이용 충격과 마찰로 분쇄물을 분쇄망의 홀크기에 의존하여 분쇄를 하게된다. 이때 지방이 많은 분쇄물의 경우 로터와 망의 마찰로 인한 열방생으로 인하여 지방이 녹아 분쇄망의 홀을 매우는 눈막힘 현상이 발생하게 되어 분쇄를 더이상 할 수 없게 된다. (중략)

Dressing Chance Detecting System by the Direct Observation (직접관찰법에 의한 드레싱 시기 검출 시스템)

  • Grinding which is the final finishing step in the machining processes plays an important role fur precision manufacturing because it directly affect the product quality. Since the ground surface is affected by the states of grains and voids on the grinding wheel surface, the wheel should be dressed before the machined surface deteriorates over a quality limit. This paper describes a systematic approach to decide a proper dressing chance. A fabricated eddy current sensor and CCD camera are used to measure the loading on the working wheel surface and to visualize the wheel surface states respectively. The dressing chance can be properly decided through the relation between the variation of the thresholding image of the wheel and the machined surface roughness as the variation of the eddy current sensor output is greater than the detected value previously.

  • In this paper, standing water level control system and a comparison of existing methods (anchor, PDD, DM) and economic analysis was conducted. 1) Cost PDD method (6%), DM system (4%), and the SAL standing water level control system (4%), except for the anchor system is similar to the construction of three methods based on the portion of the anchor system was analyzed that. 2) construction and maintenance costs compared with the sum of the partial was, anchor system (100%), PDD method (39%), DM system (37%), the SAL standing water level control system (21%), the SAL standing water level control system was identified as the lowest cost method of.

  • Recently, manufacturing work has been transformed to small scale production form with various types to act up to user's expectation from mass production with a little items required in the past. Then FMS using NC type machinaries has been applied actively also in domestic manufacturing line to meet thus tendency, but there are many machining troubles occured during work process not be settled yet. Nowdays high efficiently has been required no less than high precision in grinding work for the improvement of productivity. In this study, to represent more advance FMS can be adapted to thus situation In-process type monitoring method using AE and Current sensors is suggested to investigate the machining condition in grinding process. As results form this experimental study, it is recognized well that grinding conditions and dressing point of in time cab be estimated effectively using monitoring method suggested. Furthermore, surface shape of grinding wheel on voluntary point of in time can be predicted indirectly through the observation and comparison of AE signal waveform obtained as performance of continuous dressing work.

  • 본 연구는 CMP 공정 중의 Conditioning 최적화에 관한 내용이다. CMP Pad Conditioner의 역할은 CMP 공정 중 Slurry 및 연마 잔유물에 의해 Pad 표면에 눈막힘 현상(Glazing)이 발생하여 Wafer의 연마속도가 급속히 저하되는 현상을 방지하여 공정의 안정성을 향상시키는 데 있다. 본 연구 중 Conditioning은 In-situ 방식으로 진행되었으며, Conditioning 비율을 Polishing Time 대비 50%만 진행하여도 연마속도 저하현상은 나타나지 않음을 확인하였다. 이로써 Pad 마모랑 감소 및 Conditioner 교체 주기연장이 가능해져, CMP 공정의 Cost를 절감할 수 있다.

Reducing the Non Grinding Time in Grinding Operations(2nd report) -Decision of Dressing Chance and Depth by the Direct Measurement of Grinding Wheel Surface- (연삭가공에 있어 비가공 시간 단축에 관한 연구(II))

  • In general, grinding is one of the final machining processes which determines the surface quality of machined products. Since the ground surface is affected by the states of grains and voids on the grinding wheel surface, the wheel should be dressed before the machined surface deteriorates over a quality limit This paper describes a systematic approach to decide a proper dressing chance and an optimal dressing depth for the working grinding wheel. An eddy current sensor and a laser displacement sensor are used to measure the loading on the working wheel surface and the topography of the dressed wheel surface respec- tively. The dressing chance can be properly decided through the relational locus between the amount of handing and the machined surface roughness. An optimal dressing depth to guarantee the less wheel loss and the higher wheel surface quality is decided through the analysis of the variance of topography for the dressed wheel surface, which decreases at three different rates according to the accumulated dressing depth.

Simultaneous Treatment of Tar and Particles Using Oil Scrubber and Bag Filter in Biomass Gasification (오일 스크러버 및 집진장치를 통한 바이오매스 가스화 공정 발생 타르 및 입자 제거 연구)

  • A combustible producer gas composed of H2, CO and CH4 could be obtained by the thermal-chemical conversion of biomass. However, a large amount of particulate matters including tar generated causes the mal-function of turbines and engines or the fouling of pipelines. In this study, a wet scrubber using the soybean oil and bag filter were installed, and the removal efficiency was investigated. Hydrate limestone and wood char base activated carbon were pre-coated on the filter medium to prevent clogging of open pores. The removal efficiencies by the bag filter were 86 and 80% for the hydrated limestone and activated carbon coating, respectively. Overall, the collection when using a series of oil scrubbers and bag filters were 88%, while 83% for the filter coating material.
