문제: 병동 처치수가 산정 부정확 및 누락으로 인한 부적절한 재고관리로 진료차질, 불필요한 업무발생 및 수익이 감소한다. 목적: 병동 처치수가 산정 정확화를 위한 업무 표준화 도구 및 시스템을 개발하여 적정 재고관리를 통한 수익증대 및 직무만족도를 향상시킨다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원 질 향상 활동: 병동중심의 처치 산정지침 개발 및 수가물품의 적정재고 관리방안을 모색하였다. 개선효과: 병동중심의 처치수가 산정 지침서를 제작하여 업무표준화를 기하였음. 응급청구 품목 및 수량이 '07년 대비 71%감소하고 타 병동 차용품목이 활동 전에 비해 61% 감소, 수량은 77% 감소함. 응급청구 총소요시간이 활동 전에 비해 '07년 대비 77% 감소하고 타 병동 차용 총 소요시간이 61% 감소함. 전년 동기간 대비 수익이 4% 증가하였으며 또한 54병동과 보험 심사팀에서 직원들의 직무만족도가 향상되었다.

생체정보를 이용한 보안 솔루션이 활발하게 연구되고 있는 가운데, 지문은 가장 널리 사용되고 또한 중점적으로 연구되고 있는 생체특징의 하나로 자리잡았다. 지문인식 시스템에 사용되는 지문 입력기는 광학식, 반도체식 등 다양하나 입력방식은 주로 압착날인식으로 회전식과 달리 손가락 끝을 입력창에 대어 그 순간 접촉된 면의 지문만을 입력받게 된다. 그러므로 입력된 지문영상은 전체지문과 비교했을 때 극히 일부분에 불과하여, 이러한 제한된 영역으로부터 획득된 지문영상들을 비교한다면 비록 동일 지문이라 할지라도 획득 위치의 상이함으로 인해 타인 지문으로 오인식할 소지가 있다. 또한 특징점에 기반한 지문인증 알고리즘의 경우에는 두 지문으로부터 추출된 특징점의 위치 및 상태 정보의 신뢰성에 전적으로 의존하게되므로 특징점의 오추출 및 누락이 전체 시스템 성능을 좌우하게된다. 그러므로 가능한한 넓은 영역의 지문을 사용하고 신뢰할 만한 특징 추출 결과를 얻는 것이 에러율을 개선하는데 필수적이라 하겠다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 사용자 등록시 한 지문에서 획득한 복수의 지문영상을 이용하여 정렬 및 정합 과정을 거친 후 지문영상의 영역을 확장하고 해당 지문영상에서 추출된 특징점을 비교하여 유효하지 않은 특징점을 제거하는 과정을 통하여 등록시 저장되는 특징점 템플릿의 신뢰도를 높여주는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 결과의 객관성을 확보하기 위하여 FVC 2002에서 제공하는 데이터베이스로 테스트한 결과 2.12%의 EER(Equal Error Rate)을 얻을 수 있었다.

Our goal is to build the system which collects tweets from Twitter, analyzes the sentiment of each tweet, and helps users build a sentiment tagged corpus semi-automatically. After collecting tweets with the Twitter API, we analyzes the sentiments of them with a sentiment dictionary. With the proposed system, users can verify the results of the system and can insert new sentimental words or dependency relations where sentiment information exist. Sentiment information is tagged with the JSON structure which is useful for building or accessing the corpus. With a test set, the system shows about 76% on the accuracy in analysing the sentiments of sentences as positive, neutral, or negative.

최근 자연재해로 인한 피해가 늘어남에 따라 피해를 최소화 하기위한 방법들이 절실히 필요한 실정이며 또한 자연재해로 피해를 입은 지역을 복구하는 과정에서 여러 기관들의 업무 중복 및 누락으로 인하여 재해 관리의 효율성이 떨어지고 있다. 따라서 재해에 대비한 지속가능한 기술개발과 효율적 복구기법 개발을 통한 피해의 연구가 절실한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 해외의 재해 복구사례들을 통하여 복합피해지역 지정개념을 소개하고 재해복구 조직 및 기법을 검토하였다. 연구를 위해 먼저 국내의 복합적 재해발생 현황 검토와 각종 해외 종합복구체계 조직 및 기법을 검토하였다. 특히 허리케인 카트리나에의한 미국 뉴올리언스주의 복구체계 및 복구사례와 중남미와 아시아 등 지난 20여 년간의 복구사례에 대한 유엔의 보고서를 중심으로 단 장기적 복구계획과 실시사항들을 검토하였으며 적용된 복구범위 설정 및 조직의 업무 분담 및 공조체계를 통해 효율적인 복구계획 마련과 추진과정에 대한 방안들을 검토하였다. 사례분석을 통해 모여진 자료를 토대로 외국사례들이 어떻게 국내 실정에 맞게 적용되고 효율적으로 사용될지에 대한 검토의 과정을 거쳤으며 이러한 과정을 통해 종합재해복구기법 선정을 위한 검토항목 및 평가기법을 제안하였다.

Spray characteristics of an injector employed in mono-propellant hydrazine thrusters were investigated by PIV(particle image velocimetry) and LDA/PDA(laser/phase Doppler anemometry) techniques. The instanteneous plane image data captured by PIV measurement were examined in order to judge a pass-fail criteria of spray injection performance according to the specific pressure supplied. LDA/PDA technique were also applied to measure the velocity and droplet size of spray were not obtained from PIV measurement. The objective of this experimental study was the clear understanding of spray characteristics as well as the derivation of injector performance to understand clearly the spray characteristics by comparing the both results.

The working-day movement model, which implemented in the ONE simulator, supports the environments similar to the real life by using the transportation. However, there is no taxi movement model in the working-day movement model. So, we implemented a taxi movement model in the ONE simulator as the previous work. It is changed significantly for the simulation results of routing protocols in the ONE simulator. In this paper, we analyze the performance evaluation of the DTN routing protocol such as an epidemic routing protocol using our taxi movement model in the ONE simulator.

Research and Development projects sponsored by the government are one of the main production sectors of academic and research information in domestic area. The access control and information service of R&D outcomes should be considered as a critical factor of nation-wide knowledge-based IS management. This study focused on the practical utilities of three IPR legislations of the government projects and analyzed if they are good enough to support the information service in recent digital network environment. Some suggestions in different perspectives were provided for the improvement of the existed IPR legislation.

Despite its low cost, ARM is widely used in smartphones, digital cameras, home network devices, and wireless technologies because of its low power consumption and reliable performance. The domestic memory semiconductor design technology is in the world's highest level, but that of the processor is far less than that, which results in the technology unbalance between the memory and the processor. When designing a processor, exception and interrupt capabilities are requisite, but this is often omitted in the research stage. However, exception processing and interrupts must be included in order for the processor to function fully. In this paper, we design a 32-bit ARMv4 family of processors with exception handling and interrupts using VHDL and verify with ModelSim. As a result, ARM's exception and interrupts are successfully performed.

The management of daily work report is very important due to the variety of work trade and activities. Although various project management systems have been developed to effectively deal with various task in site, they are not in practical use due to the non-coorperative attitude of sub-contractors. This is the reason the system are not developed in the focus of sub-contractors, but main contractors and the detail information about daily work report is omitted or lost in the collection process by contractors. Therefore the purpose of this study was to propose the Web-based coordination system for daily work report between contractor and sub-contractors

Since the beginning of our military history, we are continuously interested in supplying apartment for military officers. So we possessed 72,361 households and used in 2002 however, $18\%$ of those are over 20years and need to be remodeled Department of Military has taken this fact seriously To solve the problems, they built more new buildings, rent public buildings and remodeled the old one But, The procedure of present military apartment remodeling has many problems at the stage of evaluating the priorities in various remodeling projects which have been caused from lots of corps. I've reviewed the study of military apartment business and applied the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which is effective to evaluate the priority in various groups' decision.
