  • The automobile industry is representative industry of complex characteristics, which employing 10 million people, the largest manufacturing industry over $1 trillion in sales and assembling with 20,000 parts to make complete automobile and automobile assembly processes have a lower automation rate than other processes, which is labor intensive processes of assembling to painted body with 3,000 components such as seats, built-in, instrument panel, glass, engine, transmission units. However, the current assembly process does not have real-time monitoring. If a tool position tracking system is adapted to assembly process for directing consistent work order and checking for missing work, the productivity and quality improvement of the assembly process can be achieved by preemptively preventing possible defects in the assembly process. So, this paper aims to develop a Tool Position tracking system using UWB(Ultra Wide Band) with trilateration and proves their effectiveness for real-time monitoring of automotive assembly process.

  • In this paper, we propose a method of generating theme, background amd signal music usage monitoring information based on a blockchain, in which the music usage informations are recorded by the monitoring tool using feature-based filtering of monitoring organizations. Theme, background and signal music are music inserted into the broadcasting contents of broadcaster. Since they are recognized as created contents just like normal music, there are lyricists and composers who have the right for those music and all copyright holders of them have to receive the corresponding copyright fees, once the music was used in the broadcast. However, there are problems with inaccurate monitoring results for music usage, due to the omission of usage details and non-transparent settlement method. In order to solve these problems, If the information generation method proposed in this paper, accurate music usage history can be created, the details are stored in the blockchain without changes or omissions, and transparent settlement and distribution are possible by smart contract, avoiding the current non-transparent settlement method.

A New Scheme Exploiting the Related Keyword and Big Data Analysis for Predicting Promise Technology in the Field of Satellite·Terrestrial Information Convergence Disaster Response (위성·지상정보 융합 재난 대응 기술 분야 유망기술 도출을 위한 연관 키워드 및 빅데이터 분석 기법)

  • Purpose: We propose a new scheme for predicting promise technology and it improves the conventional scheme that misses important lists of patent because of insufficient search formula, and cannot reflect new trend of technology due to the unreleased period of patents. Method: In this paper, we propose a new search formula exploiting TF and TF-IDF with R programming as well as related keywords, and LDA topic modeling scheme is used for analyzing recently published papers in Satellite·Terrestrial Information Convergence Disaster Response. Result: By comparing both schemes with commercial DB, the proposed scheme can find more important patents, and can reflect new trend of technology, compared to the conventional scheme. Conclusion: The proposed scheme can be used to predict promise technologies in the field of Satellite·Terrestrial Information Convergence Disaster Response.

An Exploratory Study on the Construction of Retrospective Authority Data with National Authorities (국가전거를 활용한 단위 도서관의 전거데이터 소급 구축 연구)

  • In the recent cataloging environment, the function of authority data is becoming more important. In Korea, a pilot project for sharing and joint use of the national authority data has been promoted since 2019, and a plan to automatically construct retrospective authority data using national authorities is in progress. This study aims to (1) analyze the results of the pilot project for retrospective authority data jointly promoted by the National Library of Korea and KERIS in 2019, (2) explore methodological limitations and problems in the process, and (3) derive policy proposals for constructing authority data more efficiently. To this end, a university library participating in the pilot project was investigated as a case study. Based on it, the automatic generation rate and accuracy of authority data, and errors and omissions cases and causes were analyzed in detail. As a results of the study, it was found that the quality of union catalogs and bibliographic records had a great influence on automatically constructing authority data, and supplementary methods were needed to minimize these limitations.

Completeness of Emergency Medical Service Activity Report by Paramedics (119 구급대원의 구급활동일지 기록 충실도)

  • This study evaluated the completeness of emergency medical service (EMS) activity reports. In all, 67,830 cases of normal transfers were statistically analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22, and statistical significance was set at p <0.5. The 119EMT_2 certificate was omitted in 50,037 (73.8%) cases, followed by time-related items in 1,227 (1.8%) cases. In the primary assessment of vital signs, systolic blood pressure was omitted and erroneous in 1,218 (1.9%) and 1,129 (1.8%) cases, respectively. In the secondary assessment, the completeness of all vital sign items was approximately 70%. As the severity of the patient's condition increased, the errors in the EMS activity report also increased, at a significant level (p=.00). Paramedics must be aware of the importance of completing the activity report.

  • Interior construction is required to estimate the quantity of material and the cost expected from 2D drawing in design phase and look for the reasonable method of work. Therefore, exact estimation for quantity and budgeting are very important processes, as a measure of judging the profitability of interior construction. These processes are mostly based on 2D drawing, so time and experienced staff are required. Error and omission can occur because the experienced staff also calculates the area using 2D based drawing. Interior market is currently based on 3D modeling from planning to final design. Accordingly, estimating quantity based on 3D modeling is emerging as a way of reducing error and omission. This paper will present the methodology on calculating area, the basic element of estimating quantity based on 3D Modeling in interior field.

  • Because the current disaster management task is being processed by using a separated operation system and an insufficient information system by each division, construction facilities suffer great damage by disaster. This research has classified the disaster management business phase and information by each phase through analyzing the existing disaster management information and business process. Then, it has built a disaster management information breakdown structure for integrating of individual disaster information, and also established a standard XML (eXtensible Markup Language) schema of disaster management electronic documents for a real-time utilization. The suggested methods in this research are verified by developing a manual system of electronic type. The disaster management IETM developed in this study provides the consistency for processing the disaster management tasks and the prevention of information omission. And it can be used as a electronic decision making tool for providing of integrated disaster management information.

The Effects of Auto-mobile Tinting upon Driver's Responses (자동차 창유리의 가시광선 투과율에 따른 운전반응의 정확도)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the effects of auto-mobile tinting upon driver's cognitive responses and behaviors through two laboratory experiments, a field experiment and a traffic accident data. The results of two laboratory experiments showed that there were higher false alarm responses under the conditions of 65%, 50%, 35% tinting level than thoses under the 100% level condition. It was also shown that the drivers who had bad sight made more missing responses than the drivers who had normal vision. The main results of the laboratory experiment were repliceted through both the field experiment and the survey research of car accidents. The results of this study were discussed in terms of the previous studies performed abroad. We strongly suggested 70% tinting level as a regulation standard for safe driving and the strategies for implementing the regulation rule.

  • 컬러를 이용한 내용기반 영상검색의 대표적 방법에 해당하는 히스토그램 인터섹션은 영상에서 컬러가 가지는 값의 빈도 수를 이용하여 간단하면서도 효율적으로 영상을 검색하면서 영상 내에서의 물체의 이동, 회전에 대해 대처하는 장점을 가지는 방법이다. 그러나 영상에서의 위치 정보가 누락되어 다른 영상을 동일 영상으로 인지하기 쉽고, 동일 영상에 대해 조명 변화가 있을 때 히스토그램이 영향을 많이 받아 검색이 어렵다는 단점을 지닌 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 조명 변화가 있을 경우에도 검색이 가능한 방법을 제안한 것으로, 영상에 1차원 투영 기법을 적용해 투영 값이 큰 벡터들 간의 상대 거리를 이용하여 검색에 이용하였다. 검색 성능의 확인을 위하여 5가지 조명에서 얻은 영상 데이터베이스를 이용하여 실험하였으며, 실험 결과 기존의 방법에 비해 적은 색인 데이터 량으로 검색이 가능하면서 조명 변화에도 대응할 수 있는 검색 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • 현재 많은 기업들은 인터넷을 기반으로 Intranet, Extranet등을 구축하며 기업간 전자 상거래에 활발한 움직임이 있다. Extranet은 WWW으로 대표되는 인터넷 기술을 사용한 기업간 정보 시스템이라 할 수 있고, 종래의 기업간 정보시스템 보다 훨씬 구축하기 쉽기 때문에 Extranet의 수요는 점점더 확산되고 있는 추세이다. 즉 Intranet에서 Extranet으로 기업의 정보 시스템이 확대되기 시작했다. 그러나 Extranet은 Intranet과는 달리 영업데이타가 공용 통신 회선을 타고 전송된다든지 다른 회사의 사용자가 사내 서버에 액세스해 들어오기 때문에 반드시 고려돼야 할 과제가 보안(Security) 문제이다. 즉 어떤 거래에 대한 데이터의 전달과정에서의 변조 및 누락이 없었는지 거래자가 거래사실을 부인하지 못하게 하는 조치, 혹은 제3자가 거래내용을 도청하지 못하게 하는 조치와 내부에 보관된 정보를 허가받지 않은 사용자가 알지 못하게 한다든지 하는 조치가 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 Web기반 CALS시스템 구현에 있어 보안성을 확보하기 위하여 내부 정보보호를 위한 미들웨어 구현, 인증 및 접근제어를 위한 Proxy구현 기술, 인증 및 데이터 보호를 위한 암호화 기술등을 확보하여 이에 대한 시제품의 개발과 구현에 관해 알아보고자 한다.
