2003년 11월 출범한 한국양계농협은 출범 이후 오는 11월 이면 2주년을 맞이하게 된다. 전국 양계농가의 $60\%$가 조합원으로 가입되어 있으며 신용사업 및 경제사업을 실시하고 있다. 특히 경제사업의 계란판매사업 비중이 높은 상태이다. 한국양계농협은 지난해 경제사업 정상화 지속 추진의 일환으로 유통센터 운영 안정을 위하여 전문 기관에 컨설팅을 의뢰하는 등 신속한 대처 능력을 보여주고 있다. 한국양계농협의 계란유통센터는 수도권 양주시에 북부유통센터, 용인시에 남부유통센터, 전라남도에 목포유통센터, 경상북도에 영주유통센터, 대구광역시에 대구유통센터 등 5곳이 있으며 경기도 평택시에는 계란 가공센터 1개가 있다. 전국에 산재한 계란유통센터는 조합원의 계란을 수집$\cdot$선별$\cdot$포장을 하여 각 지역 대형마트와 같은 소비매장에 납품하고 있으며, 가공센터는 유통센터에서 선별되는 계란(원란) 및 등외란을 원료로 사용하고 있다. 이번 호부터는 계란유통현장인 한국양계농협 계란판매사업장을 중점적으로 알아보고자 한다. 첫 번째 순서로 수도권 남부의 계란유통을 전담하고 있는 남부유통센터를 소개코자 한다.

유난히 더웠던 여름을 뒤로 하고 농협한삼인 증평공장을 찾아가는 길 옆 들녘에는 벌써 누렇게 벼들이 익어가고 있다. 얼마를 달려 공장에 들어서니, 한 우리의 사람들과 물건을 나르는 일손이 바쁘다. 견학하는 일행과 같이 공장 안으로 들어가 설명을 들었다.

Throughout the nation, each local Agricultural Cooperative (AC) has built its own agri-products processing factory in order to provide the steady demand source for the locally produced agri-products. However, each factory of AC has performed poorly with no competitive advantages against the national brands of private companies. Thus, from the perspective of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (NACF), the current situation of unorganized and inefficient management of the factories under the control of each local AC needs to be improved. In this case analysis, we introduce the problems of the AC factories and discuss the NACF's approach to solve the problems. In particular, given that AC as well as NACF are the non-profit organizations, it is worthwhile to fay special attention to the process of restructuring the system of distribution channels for the processed agri-products with the concept of marketing.

This Research focuses on the financial performance change analysis when the CEO has been changed as the consequence of the Korean Agricultural Co-op members voting. The CEO turnover is the critical event for every cooperatives because it may result in the uncertainty of management, even if top management change has a possibility to improve the management performance. To verify the CEO turnover effect for Korean Co-op financial performance, we utilized nationwide net income change data for each year before and after 2009 in this research. As a result of this effort, we find that the financially worse performance just before Co-op member voting has an positive effect on the CEO turnover. Secondary, we find a positively volatile change of net income after CEO turnover has been occurred. Specialized Executives Director system of Korean agricultural Co-ops has not the significantly positive meaning about the net income change.

As the environment and rivalry of Regional Agricultural Cooperatives(RACs) becomes more unfavorable, the pressures to enhance organizational performance are strenghthened. Existing studies suggest efficiency improvement through resource sharing(RS) to fix the issue. In this context, I intend to find if RS still increases organizational performance in another form of organization on the basis of 132 business units(BUs) of 45 RACS. According to empirical results, resource similarity between BUs and resource level of BU increases RS respectively, and RS increases BU's performance. The RS also has mediating effects on similarity and resource level into performance. But the overall resource level of RAC has no influence on RS and there is no mediating effect. My contribution is to confirm the efficacy of RS in half-profit organization and to verify determinants and performance implications of RS.

This study researched text mining and text network analysis to analyze the images of Nonghyup Insurance for consumers. With the recent development of social media, many texts are being produced and reproduced, and texts of social media provide important information to companies. Text mining and text network analysis are used in many studies to identify image of company and product. As a result of the text analysis, the positive image of the Nonghyup Insurance is safety and stability. Negative images of the Nonghyup Insurance is concern and anxiety. As a result of the textual network analysis, Centered mage of Nonghyup Insurance is safety and concern. This paper allows researchers to extract several lessons learned that are important for the text mining and text network analysis.

얼마전까지도 농협이나 축협이 기자회견을 통해 드쥬 의장안을 거부한다는 성명서를 발표했는데,10월 16일 열린 UR공청회에서는 농협이 TNC품목에 콩, 감귤,옥수수,담배,인삼 등의 추가요구로 일관, UR협상을 기정사실로 받아들이고 NTC품목에 빠진 몇개 품목을 추가하는데 관심이 집중되는 회의가 되고 말았다.

지난 호에 이어 이달에는 영남권 계란유통센터로 운영되고 있는 한국양계농협 영주유통센터를 방문하여 계란유통 실태를 알아보았다. 한국양계농협의 영주유통센터는 1994년 12월 12일 영주시 상망동 25-1번지에 10억 6천만원을 투입하여 집하장, 선별장, 저온창고, 사무실, 차량방역시설 등 500평 규모를 설립하였다. 선별 능력은 1일 8시간 가동할 때 35만개(모바5000)이고, 저장 능력은 350만개이다.

본기자는 현재 농협중앙회 축산지원부 박치봉 부장을 만나 우리 농가를 위해 힘쓰는 축산지원부의 역할과 최근 대두되고 있는사안들에 대한 견해를 들어보았다. 이 시간을 통해 다방면의 축산분야 경험과 축산에 대한 열정에서 우러나오는 그의 고견들을 통해 우리 축산이 나아가야 할 방향들을 되짚어 볼 수 있었던 자리였다. 이날 인터뷰를 통해 농협의 농가 지원정책과 FTA 대응방안, 유통문제, 자조금 등 굴직한 현안에 대한 그의 고견을 정리해 본다.
