Museums have conducted the role of conserving, collecting, and displaying cultural property generally but main museum function transforms the role of social educational place accomplishing various instruction programs .recently through social perception's changing. Educational function of museum having experience program is more effect than before that. Museums need exhibition for preservation of property in regional community and history, as well as certainly require the concept to importing experience program. Through analysing experience program patterns and varieties in domestic museum. I will propose basic dater to supply preliminary and intermediate study.

The function and role of museum has changed focused on the experience program and visiter's participation in this time. In Comparison with Korean museums, like this visiter's personal experience has special effects through experience programs of museum in Japan. So, I researched cases of Japan and the survey on experience museum programs should summarized three characteristics as followings implied cultural desire about museum directly or indirectly. 1. Experience programs base on the rural community, identity, and tradition. 2. Boso village museum and Tokusima experience museum harmonized with out-space and institutions, prepare various programs, exhibition, and selling of collections. 3. Through experience programs classifying into visiter's experience at first hand and expert's rehearsal according to difficulty of the job, it is sufficient about visiter's demands.

The purpose of this research is to present basic data for the residents, experts, and administrators to establish sustainable and future-oriented experience villages by investigating the operational realities of rural and mountain experience villages that have currently been promoted as the government-supported projects. First, in order to establish a sustainable experience village, each of the residents, experts and administrators who are the principal agents for cultivating the village should perform their role appropriately and build an organic cooperative system. The residents should have a sense of ownership and form a sense of solidarity by organizing communal consultation system. The experts should be able to present feasible project plans. The administrators need to have posture of understanding from the viewpoint of residents. In order to establish sustainable experience villages, ecological, cultural, and social values should be conveyed preferentially, and through this, the living spaces like farm villages should be formed.

논산그린투어는 논산지역의 특산물인 딸기를 중심으로 농산물재배, 채취를 주제로 하여 농촌의 일상생활 체험을 바탕으로 일반인을 대상으로 한 그린투어가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그 결과 방문자에게는 최근농촌생활의 체험및 농작물의 채취의 기회를 제공하고 지역주민에게는 도농교류를 통한 관광농업과 친환경농업의 촉진을 도모하여 농 특산물의 홍보효과와 더불어 농가의 소득증대와 지역이미지의 고취와 같은 긍정적 효과를 창출하고 있다. 단, 현재 논산그린투어의 관광자행동 특성 중 하나인 경유형 당일체험의 한계를 벗어나기 위하여 논산지역의 한국전통가옥을 적극적으로 활용하여 '체류형'농촌관광지로 변화시킬 숙박시설의 적극적인 활용방안이 필요한 시점으로써 논산지역의 전통가옥과 그린투어의 접목 방안을 시도하고자 한다.

도시민들은 자연과 유리된 생활에 염증을 느끼게 되어 주말과 휴일이면 도시를 탈출하여 대자연과 좀더 가까이 하려 농촌과 어촌의 산, 강, 들, 바다 등의 품속으로 찾아가게 되었다. 앞으로 도시민들이 자연을 찾아 나서는 현상은 증가할 것이며, 도시민의 관광패턴도 현대문화 및 인공조형물을 구경하는 관광에서 점차 대자연속에서 지역의 문화를 직접 체험하면서 즐기는 형태로 변화하기 시작했으며, 동반자도 단체 중심의 대중관광에서 가족중심의 관광이 늘어나고 있으며, 형태도 녹색관광으로 변화되어 가고 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among experience, perceived value, and satisfaction of rural tourists based on the experience economy(Pine, & Gilmore, 1998; 1999). In addition, this study included the moderating effect of length of stay on the proposed relationships. This study was attempt to develop measurement scales based on the theory of experience economy(Pine, & Gilmore, 1998). Data were collected from 481 visitors by field survey from the 10 rural tourism communities. SPSS 20.0 and Amos 18.0 statistical package were used for frequency, reliability, confirmatory factor, and structural equation modelling analysis. The results of a confirmatory factor analysis yielded four dimensions of experience(esthetics, education, escape, and entertainment). The results of structural equation modeling indicated that entertainment, esthetics, and education had positive effects on perceived value, which in turn had a positive effect on satisfaction. In addition, length of stay moderated the relationships among experience, perceived value, and satisfaction. The entertainment and esthetics among experience factor had an effects on perceived value in the group of day visit group, and the entertainment, education, and esthetics among experience factor had an effects on perceived value in the group of stay night group. And the perceived value had a positive effect on satisfaction in the all group. Therefore, in order to increase rural tourists' satisfaction effectively, practitioners needs to develop rural tourism products by considering area of experience economy including tourists' length of stay.

The result of this study about application methods of regional heritage are important things. 1. Rural community going ahead Rural Activation Policies applied in regional heritage, have principal experience programs based on visiter's demands. 2. The programs applied regional heritage are most useful application methods of traditional-cultural experience, and following, folk-life and nature environment experience. 3. Insufficient of scheme for applying regional heritage, and specific characters and identity of rural community, is coming out the inadequate plan of community design with comparing other neighborhoods.

나는 이십 수년간을 농업인과 더불어 농촌현장에서 농사기술을 보급하고 지도하고 있는 농촌지도직 공무원이다 그동안 식량작물, 소득작물 등 축산업무를 제외하고는 거의 전 분야를 담당해 왔었다. 특히 원예(채소)와 작물보호 분야에 관심이 많아 십 수년간을 계속해서 같은 업무를 담당하면서 경험했던 사례를 몇 가지 소개하고자 한다.

연구의 목적은 농촌관광 내재적동기와 음식선호의 관련성을 살펴봄으로써 농촌관광 음식상품의 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 분석을 통해 농촌관광 내재적동기는 '여가지향', '가족지향', '관계지향', '건강지향', 음식선호는 '요리건강성', '재료기능성', '지역자원성', '소비체험성' 요인이 추출되었다. 상관관계 분석결과 '여가·건강지향'은 요리건강성, '건강·관계지향'은 재료기능성, '여가·가족·관계지향'은 지역자원성, 관계지향은 소비체험성과 유의미한 관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러므로 휴식과 힐링, 건강을 원하는 관광객에게는 건강한 요리를 제공하고, 가족 등과 여가 시간을 희망하는 관광객은 향토요리나 특산물요리를 제공하며, 사람과의 관계를 원하는 관광객은 기능성식품이나 한방약초 요리가 권장된다. 관광객 요구에 맞는 농촌관광 음식상품은 관광객의 만족도를 높임으로써 재방문을 유도하여 농촌관광의 확대를 통해 농촌 지역 경제 활성화를 가져올 것이다.

The purposes of this study were to analyze the effect of service quality on tourist satisfaction and to determine the causes and effects relationship of the tourist satisfaction on rural experiential tourism for youth. The researchers developed a questionnaires to obtain the measures of two latent variables; service quality, satisfaction. Service quality was consisted of 4 sub－domains namely program, physical environment, interaction and achievement. Tourist satisfaction were measured by 4 question items respectively. The population of this study was 424 student participants who attended rural experiential tour conducted by Korea 4－H Association. Based on the conclusion of this study, the following recommendation were suggested to enhance participation on rural experiential tourism for youth: First, since the achievement was the important factor of the tourism, effective program should be emphasized for the successful rural experiential tourism for youth. Second, youth should be encouraged to have more opportunities to participate in rural tourism because of the high educational effects and satisfaction on rural experiential tourism.
