This study was conducted to collect basic data for establishing a revitalization plan for agricultural machinery departments in technical high schools. A status survey on satisfaction and career plan of students majoring in agricultural machinery in technical highschool was measured. The survey results showed that the selection motivation for technical high school was mainly due to the academic score obtained during middle school, and an academic major for agricultural machinery was mainly based on personal interest and aptitude. About 90% of the students answered as "normal" or "satisfied" to the questions asking satisfaction level for agricultural machinery major and education. For career plan, 68.5% of the students answered as "entrance into academic schools for higher level education" and 31.5% answered as "employment". Most preferred higher level education area was "engineering" (30.8%) and "agricultural machinery" was only 12.6%. Expecting employment area was also automobile or other industrial machinery rather than agricultural machinery.

The purpose of this study was to find out the differences of preferences in e-Learning contents delivery types according to information searching retrieval ability in agricultural high school students. Contents delivery types are limited three kinds which are HTML type, video type, and text type and need to know about differences. The following summarizes the results of this study. On the preference of e-Learning contents delivery type on information searching retrieval ability had differences. High level group of information searching retrieval ability showed that they mostly preferred text contents delivery type. However, low level group of information searching retrieval ability showed that they preferred video contents delivery type. The results support our belief that there could be the differences in preferences in e-Learning delivery types with students' information searching retrieval abilities. We suggest that delivery types of e-Learning should be based on the students not on designers and developers.

도제 교육은 2005년부터 공업 계열과 농업 계열 교과군에서 활발하게 진행이 이루어져 왔으며, 동시에 도제교육의 초석이라 할 수 있는 독일의 도제교육 제도에 대한 연구도 공업계 및 농업계 교과군에서는 끊임없이 이어져 왔다. 현재 도제교육은 정부 주도형 도제교육과 경기도 주도형 도제교육으로 나뉘어서 진행되고 있다. 오랜 전통을 가지고 국가와 기업, 학교가 협력을 이뤄온 독일과 비교하면 섬유·의상 관련 전공의 도제교육은 도입 시기이므로 보완해야 할 점들이 많다. 본 연구는 독일 도제교육 전반에 관한 분석 결과를 토대로 한국의 섬유·의류 교과군의 도제교육 개선 방향을 도출했다. 이에 독일과 한국의 도제교육에 관한 문헌을 비교 탐색하고, 문헌으로 나타나지 않은 현상을 파악하기 위해 한국에 거주 중인 독일 국적 교수님 두 명과 면담을 진행했다. 분석 결과 독일은 직업 교육에 대한 오랜 전통과 전국민적 인식이 도제 교육을 정착시킬 수 있는 바탕이 되고 있으며, 직업계고등학교의 정규 교육과정으로 자리 잡고 있다. 현재 우리나라의 도제 교육은 업체 발굴, 업체별 직무 분석 등 교육과정을 개발하는 일련의 절차가 모두 특성화고등학교에 전적으로 일임하여 진행하고 있다. 따라서, 도제 교육에 대한 공신력과 견고함은 미미한 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 문헌과 면담 자료에만 국한되고 실제 독일의 도제교육이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지 살펴보지 못한 한계가 있다. 향후, 섬유·의상 교과 분야의 도제교육이 기업체의 인식 변화와 다양한 제도 구축 및 연구를 통해서 섬유·의류 노동 시장의 안정성을 구축하는데 이바지 할 수 있도록 관련 부서의 지속적 관심과 지원이 지속되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.
