Analysis of Crop Protection Products using FT-NIR (FT-NIR을 이용한 농약제품분석)

  • In the field of agriculture, FT-NIR mainly has been used in qualitative management of produces without sample preparation with a data set built from a quantitative value of sample components confirmed by another analytical instrument. On the other hand, inert materials of crop protection products nearly haven't examined instrumental analysis because of analytical problems of high-molecular inert materials and a variety of formulation type. This study, results make it possible to solve an analytical problems of crop protection products using FT-NIR chemometrics technique from spectrum calculator module.

Computation of residue limit of organophosphorus pesticides in functional foods from citrus fruit peels (감귤과피를 이용한 기능성 식품 중 유기인계 농약의 잔류기준 산정)

  • This study was conducted to propose residue limits of organophosphorus pesticides in functional foods produced from peels of citrus fruits. For these, not only reduction factors of pesticides in cooking and processing were estimated, but factors needed in order to produce residue limits were identified and their application method was devised. The results were as follows: (1) reduction factors appeared as 0.09-1.60 by different processings of various foods, (2) residue limits of pesticides on dietary fiber and bioflavonoid products could be computed from maximum residue limit of pesticides on the raw agricultural produce, reduction factors, and the anticipated amount of consumption of the functional foods. (3) residue limits of 18 organophosphorus pesticides were proposed in the range of 0.01-3.0mg/Kg on the dietary fiber product and 0.1-80mg/Kg on the bioflavonoid product from citrus fruit peels.

농약에 의한 비점원오염의 관리대책

  • 비점원오염은 여러가지가 있는데 그 중에서 농약에 의한 오염은 통제나 관리가 어려워서 효과적인 관리방법으로 IPM개념의 도입이 가장 적합하다고 판단되며, 미국에서 실제 적용 해본 결과 우리나라에서도 지형적 특성이나 농업형태에 따라 적용할 수 있는 가능성이 있으며 이 부분에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 농약이란 제거 또는 억제하고자 하는 생명체에 위해를 가하는 화학약품이기 때문에 다른 생명체에도 정도의 차이는 있으나 위해를 끼칠 수 있다. 이러한 농약성분들은 일정한 기간 약효를 나타내는 것이 특징인데,제품에 따라서는 자연분해가 느려서 생태계에 오랫동안 잔류하는데, 이 경우에 잔류농약이 사용목적외에 다른 생태계로 이동하여 피해를 입히고 인체의 건강에도 악영향을 미치게 된다. 이처럼 생태계뿐만 아니라 인체의 건강에 직접적으로 피해를 줄 수 있는 농약은 사용에 신중을 기하고, 되도록 사용량을 감소시켜야 하며, 환경친화형인 농약제품의 개발과 안전하고 손실이 적으며 효과적인 농약투입방법의 사용이 요구된다.

FT-NMR as an analytical tool for identification of inert materials in crop protection products (농약제품분석의 정성분석도구로서 FT-NMR)

  • In order to evaluate NMR spectrometer as the analytical tool for identification of individual adjuvant in crop protection products, the standard sample of individual adjuvant was analyzed by NMR spectrometer and then the formulation of crop protection products was also analyzed. Almost polymer system of surfactant was a co-polymer and there was an excess of ethylene. The most intense signal comes from long polyethylene blocks, 70.5 ppm. The carbonyl groups of ester group resonate at 173.5 ppm. Analytical sample was prepared in NMR tube without extraction, cleanup, concentration, or chromatographic separation. Identification of individual adjuvant in crop protection products was conducted by comparison of sample and reference spectra. NMR spectrometer was useful to analyze adjuvant in crop protection products without preparation process.
