이 보고서는 우리나라 공산품 및 농산물의 상품화, 포장화 유통개선 사상, 그 마지막 포장화 대상품목인 배추$\cdot$무우$\cdot$양배추$\cdot$파$\cdot$마늘 등에 대한 포장화 추진계획은 그간 정부, 농업관계단체, 생산농가 및 포장재 생산업계에서 부단히 노력하여 왔으며, 특히 골판지포장업계에서는 1993년 12월 10일부로 무포장 Bulk로 수송 판매되고 있는 배추$\cdot$무우 포장용 골판지 상자에 대하여 골판지포장조합 단체표준규격을 제정, 통상산업부 공업진흥청의 승인을 받은 것을 시발점으로 하여, 최근 들어 환경정책상 배추쓰레기 감량화, 배추의 유통 개선$\cdot$출하비용의 절감 및 배추의 손모율 감소 선도유지 대책과 맞물려, 배추포장화 정책이 급진전을 보게 되어, 한국골판지포장조합이 조사 추진한 배추포장화 활동과 서울특별시농수산물도매시장관리공사 등이 분석한 자료로 그 추진경과$\cdot$배추포장용 골판지상자 표준규격 및 관련자료 통계를 엮어 관계자 여러분의 참고자료로 제공한 것입니다.

To investigate residual pesticide levels in agricultural products contained in Meal-kits, 27 Meal-kit products were collected from marts, Meal-kit shops, and online stores in Incheon City, South Korea. Seventy-six vegetable and thirty-seven mushroom products were analyzed for residual levels of 339 pesticides. Residual pesticides were detected in 23 out of 76 vegetables and were not present in the 37 mushroom products. The residual pesticide detection rate was 20.4% (23/113 cases). The pesticides famoxadone 0.034 mg/kg (standard: 0.01 mg/kg or less, PLS) and fenpyroximate 0.302 mg/kg (standard: 0.01 mg/kg or less, PLS) exceeded their maximum residue levels (MRL). This survey revealed that various types of pesticides remain in agricultural products in Meal-kits. Due to the nature of Meal-kit products, there is no separate standard for residual pesticides in agricultural products. Therefore, continuous monitoring of residual pesticides is necessary.

The imported foods, which are imported and sold domestically, are on the rise every year, and the scale is expected to be larger, including processing the imported raw materials. However, the origin of raw materials is indicated when declaring cargo for finished products of agricultural products, but the standardization of inspection information management system for raw materials is insufficient. In addition, there is a growing concern about the presence of residual pesticides or radioactivity in raw materials or products, and customer want to know production history information when purchasing agrifoods. It manages the hazard analysis of imported agricultural products, but most of them are global issues such as microorganisms, residual pesticides, food additives, and allergy components, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to share among the logistics entities in the entire transportation process the related data. Additionally, to do this, it needs to design an architecture and standardize business model. In this paper, it defines the architecture and the work-flow that occurs between the business process for collecting, processing, and processing information for tracking the status of imported agricultural products by steps, and develops XML message with UBL and the extracted conceptual information model. It will be easy to exchange and share information among the logistics entities through the defined standard model and it will be possible to establish visibility, reliability, safety, and freshness system for transportation of agricultural products requiring real-time management.

농수산물유통공사는 농산물센터 등 10개 업체를 대상으로 수출농산물의 골판지상자 및 파렛트 등에 대하여 포장개선시범사업을 시행, 올 11월말까지 시행기간을 만료하고, 12월 5일까지 수출업체로부터 사업추진 결과보고 및 증빙서류를 제출받아 각 업체별로 포장개선시범사업비를 정산할 예정에 있다. 아울러 골판지포장조합의 품질검사 및 사후관리를 통해 수출농산물포장에 대한 품질강화를 통한 국내 수출 농산물의 상품성 제고를 지원하고 있다.

The present study attempted to explore effective scanning and monitoring in process of risk management on agri-marine products distribution policy. The interest public's group interests clash in accordance with theme for issue on marking policy. For executing a better systematic scanning and monitoring on actual affairs of marketing, selecting information personnel, gathering and analysing information, issue and risk management and their valuation with ongoing and simultaneously. Especially, In order to explore effective scanning and monitoring as a model of risk management, the study attempted to analyze within and without environment of marketing, to analyze issue management strategy, to evaluate issue activity for likelihood and impact, risk cycle analysis, interest public's group concerned, grade of interest public's group threatened(power, legitimacy, willingness), rapport(staying close, credibility, meeting expectation). And the study make an ongoing observation progress of subjects, and the serious subjects need have made an close observation. The study suggested to establish friendly relationship between organization and interest public's group, and to regularly accomplish two-way symmetric communication.

가업을 물려받는 영농후계자나 귀농을 생각하는 예비 농업인들도 농림수산업자신용보증기금의 보증지원을 받을 수 있을 전망이다. 또 일반 농가와 생산자뿐만 아니라 농업법인과 가공 유통업자도 보증지원을 보다 쉽게 받을 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 금융위원회는 농어업 활력제고 및 창조 농어업 지원을 위한 '농림수산업자신용보증기금(이하 농신보)' 제도를 이같이 개선할 방침이라고 지난 3일 밝혔다. 1972년 설립된 농신보는 농림어업인 등을 대상으로 농어업 대출자금 등의 보증을 지원한다. 설립 이후 96조5,000억원의 보증을 지원했다. 지난 5월 기준 보증잔액은 8조9,000억원으로 농어가(개인)와 농어업생산에 대해 중점적인 보증을 제공했다. 개인 생산자 보증잔액은 개인이 13조4,000억원, 생산자가 12조원이다. 금융위원회는 전통 소극적 지원방식에 치중된 농신보 보증지원을 대내외 여건변화에 따라 개설시킬 것이라고 밝혔다. 농신보 보증지원 대상 확대(농어가${\rightarrow}$법인, 생산${\rightarrow}$가공 유통) 및 보증방식 개선 등의 이유로 보증제도 개선이 필요해서다. 이 뿐 아니라 WTO 및 FTA 체결 등에 따른 농수산물 수입증가, 농어촌 인구 고령화 등 대내외 여건 변화도 이유다. 새로운 환경 대응 및 농어업 경쟁력 제고를 위해 지원 대상 확대 등 제로베이스에서의 검토 개선이 필요한 시점이다. 금융위가 발표한 농신보 기본 개선방향은 크게 3가지다. ${\triangle}$창업지원 및 우대보증 확대 ${\triangle}$지원대상 확대 ${\triangle}$기금제도 개선 등이다.

Changing to a 24-hour urbanistic life style, a night time activities constituted for a major portion. Important of a beautiful exterior lighting as well as safety, and security concerns become increasingly. However, the removal or control of the excessive lighting is considered more important then increasing the brightness of the lamps to achieve bother safety and security. Representing a cheerful and leisure environment from the exterior lighting can also harmonize two aspects of energy saving and sustaining green environment. Designing of exterior lighting at the ＯＯ Agricultural & Fishery Circulation center symbolizes the suitability, convenience and production. It's design and analysis represent the optimum urban night time environment.

The tracing system means that the system can follows, traces, and records every steps of production and delivery of goods and its ingredient. Specially, Koreans have big concern about food tracing system which is influential for health directly. We were more interested in medical herb using in oriental medicine than any other things. We proposed the process and design of tracing system for medical herb based on RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) technology in this research. This study shows current medical herb tracing ways and RFID code system by using for world standard. Firstly, We designed the new process of traceability of medical herb with various preceding references based on RFID technology. Secondly we suggest that RFID code configuration using the international standard code(ISO code) and korean agricultural and marine products code for the proposed process. RFID code system is very important because this plays a means of identification for tracing about medical herb. The proposed code system have the elements as Issuing Agency Code, Issuer Number, inspection information, inheritance flag, area code, modified agricultural and marine products code, serial number in 96 Bit length. Lastly We defined the code-generation process in the tracing system.

The farming and fishing village roads is located in a mountainous geographical feature, a resident's movement zone is followed by many restrictions in economic activities or social activities. Establishment of general planning gets into guide of long-term development direction for road in farming and fishing villages area. This study examined and analyzed a regional characteristics such as a regional environment and traffic condition, etc. and an actual condition of farming and fishing village roads, selected a factor affecting a priority to open a road, calculated a weight per each factor by AHP & Statistical analysis techniques, converted it into GIS database, and determined a priority for paying forming and fishing village roads. It is that development precedence and estimation calculation are decided applying result of research, GIS and AHP and statistical processing techniques.

It was performed to survey bacterial distribution on 72 salted fermented fishery products in Seoul Garak wholesale market from April to May in 2002. In average values of biological aspects, salts were 17.2%, in microbiological aspects (Unit: CFU/ml, bacterial cell count 4,900, coliforms 44, Vibrio spp., 160, Staphylococcus spp., 3,000 respectively. Of 93 isolated cells, coliforms were 35.5% (33/93), Vibrio spp. 8.6% (8/93) and Staphylococcus spp. 12.9% (12/93). E. cloacae was the highest (15/33) in coliforms, V. alinolyticus were the most (each 5/8) in Vibrio spp., In case of Staphylococcus spp., S. lentus was the best (5/12).
