농식품 쇼핑물 특성과 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향

  • 새로운 코로나 바이러스 질병(COVID-19)은 많은 사람들의 일상생활에 영향을 끼쳤다. 그로 인해 학교 개학 연기와 재택근무 등으로 가정에서 생활하는 시간이 늘어났다. 정부의 사회적 거리 제한에도 식료품은 여전히 인간의 기본 필수품이다. 전염병이 유행하는 동안 식료품에 대한 소비자의 지출은 온라인 소매상에서 큰 폭의 증가를 보이며 온라인 쇼핑이 더욱 확대되고 있다. 판매 품목 중 신선도가 매우 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 농식품은 다른 제품보다 더딘 온라인 쇼핑의 성장 행태를 보이고 있다. 시장 상황을 보아 제품의 특성으로 인하여 농식품의 온라인 구매에 영향을 미치는 요소는 타 제품군과 다른 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 목적은 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위해 농식품 쇼핑몰의 특성과 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 온라인 농산물 쇼핑몰의 특성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 그 관계에서 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래 활성화를 위한 농식품 쇼핑몰 혁신성이 구매의도에 미치는 영향력을 중심으로 진행한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자의 혁신성이 농식품의 온라인 및 모바일 거래에서 거래 위험에 대한 저항을 낮추어 구매의도를 증가시키는데 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다.

A Comprehensive Model of Purchasing Intention of Customers in Agricultural Products Online Shopping Malls (농산물 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 고객의 구매의도에 관한 포괄적 모형)

  • This study proposes a comprehensive model of purchasing intention of customers in agricultural products online shopping malls. In this study, we derived the factors through the literature reviews and logical reasoning and classified the factors as a business point of view, an information systems point of view and an agricultural characteristics point of view, and developed the integrated research model which is the factors affect purchase intentions by mediating trust and the perceived usefulness. A total of 329 samples of a valid survey data from the members of small agricultural online shopping malls were collected and the research model was empirically analyzed by a confirmatory factor analysis and path analyses using structural equation modeling with the data. The results show that the product quality and the service quality of the business point of view have effects on the trust, however the price adequacy and entertainment have no effect on the trust and the perceived usefulness respectively, also the advertising exposure has no effect on the trust but it has an effect on the purchase intention directly. The information quality and the ease of use of the information systems point of view have an effect on the trust and perceived usefulness. At last, the seasonal product of the agricultural characteristics point of view has effects on perceived usefulness but the regional brand has no effect on the trust. The results of this study provide strategic implications for successful development and operation of agricultural products online shopping malls.

  • 본 논문에서는 정보화에 취약한 농가의 약점을 보완할 수 있는 정보포털 시스템을 설계하여 중소규모의 농가 쇼핑몰, 블로그 등을 스토리텔링과 결합하여 온라인으로 홍보가 가능하도록 하였다. 농산물 홍보용 허브 플랫폼은 농가들이 운영하는 수없이 많은 쇼핑몰과 농 특산물을 홍보하기 위한 마케팅채널과 직접 자신의 농산물을 소개할 수 있는 채널을 구축하여 소비자와 생산자 실시간 온라인 대화채널 구축을 통한 소통 공간 조성 및 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.

  • 농업인의 소득증대와 직거래 기반 조성을 위한 농산물 전자상거래는 99년부터 농림부 및 각 산하기관과 지방자치단체를 중심으로 진행되어 왔으나 각 추진기관별로 쇼핑몰 플랫폼이 다르고 개별 운영되고 있어 정보의 공유와 소비자의 참여, 시스템의 개방이 온라인 비즈니스에서 핵심성공요인이 되고 있는 Web2.0 시대에 큰 문제점이 되고 있다. 또한, 농산물전자상거래 활성화를 위한 기존의 연구들은 대부분 B2B와 B2C를 구분하지 않고 포괄적으로 분석함으로써 농업인이 전자상거래를 수행함에 있어 겪게 되는 문제점을 제대로 파악하지 못하는 한계를 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Web2.0 시대의 비즈니스 특성을 중심으로 농업인의 전자상거래를 활성화할 수 있는 방안을 도출하였으며, 그 방안으로 각 기관별 쇼핑몰 플랫폼의 상품정보, 소비자 정보, 주문정보 등을 일괄관리하며, 친환경농산물인증정보와 GAP농산물 인증정보, 생산이력정보 등을 포괄하여 달라진 소비자의 구매성향에 대응하는 방안과 농업인의 농산물 마케팅 방도의 변화 및 정부기관의 대농업인 전자상거래 지원방식의 전환방안을 제시하고 있다.

  • Through processors, wholesale markets, intermediate sellers, and retailers, agricultural products have been distributed in a multi-level customary manner for a long time as they are easy to deteriorate and no not have a standardized system of size and quality. However, with the advancement of Internet networks and logistic services during the 2000s that facilitated the development of offline markets, and the rise of the non-contact purchase preference in direct response to COVID-19, previous offline consumers flowed into the online market to purchase agricultural goods. In other words, the volume of online agricultural transactions exploded since the pandemic. Against this social backdrop, this study focused on the difference in distribution costs as a result of converting from conventional offline distribution channels to online channels, and analyzed the reduced distribution costs through a case study of garlic sales on the online platform "H" shopping mall. The analysis found that considerable economic effects occurred, some of the effects being an approximate 39% decrease in distribution cost when comparing direct online transactions of the online shopping mall with other more traditional means, a reduced distribution cost rate of approximately 28%p, and increased profit for farmers.

  • On-line shopping mall has become a powerful marketing tool recently. On-line shopping malls provide information for consumers about goods and influence the decision-making process of purchasers. Therefore many local government made on-line shopping malls for advertising agricultural production in the region. However, in the face of problems related with effectiveness on shopping mall management, most of on-line shopping malls has been managing by private sector actually. This study aims to propose the plans for development of the on-line shopping malls. For this purpose, this study investigated current management status of the shopping malls and conducted case study on-line shopping malls.

  • All countries make an effort to ensure the safety of agricultural products in the food distribution phase. Recently, as the market size of farm produces sales has increased through on-line shopping malls, there are various researches to offer traceable information about farm produces to customers conveniently and correctly. This paper designs and implements an integrated self-advertisement system for farm produces. By offering producer's information and traceable information about farm produces directly through the suggested system, a producer can assure the safeness of the informations and a customer can have trust in the agricultural produces. Especially, because the suggested system does not need a heavy cost or a complicated registration process for producers, it can be used as convenient and safe advertisement means and help small-scale producers a lot in increasing sales profit.

Monitoring and Safety Assessment of Pesticide Residues on Agricultural Products Sold via Online Websites (온라인 판매 농산물 잔류농약 실태 및 안전성 평가)

  • This study was carried out to monitor the current status of pesticide residues in selling agricultural products via online and assessed their safety in 2014. A total of 124 samples were purchased six times from March to August 2014 twenty online shopping malls randomly. These samples were analysed 208 pesticides by multiresidue method using a GC-ECD/NPD and a LC-MS/MS and confirmed by a GC-MSD. As a result of analysis, residual pesticides samples were 11 (8.9%) such as leek, young radish, welsh onion etc, of which 2 samples (1.6%) such as sesame bud (Chlorothalonil), artemisia (Chlorpyrifos) were violated Korea Maximum Residue limits (MRLs). 11 kinds of pesticides (19 times) were detected in 11 samples. Risk assessment evaluated human health exposure with the ratio of EDI (Estimated daily intake) to ADI (Acceptable daily intake) of pesticides detected. %ADI (the ratios of EDI to ADI) were 0.04~95.70% and some samples represented a fairly dangerous levels. In particular, Chlorothalonil in the sesame bud was shown as a significant risk close to 100% of %ADI. Accordingly, it is recommended to strengthen a safety check on agricultural products in online sales.

A Study on the Safety of Powdered Agricultural Products in Incheon (분말 농산물가공품의 안전성 조사)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate pesticide residues and foreign metallic matter on a total of 104 powdered agricultural products in Incheon. Residue testing for 373 pesticides was conducted by GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS, GC-ECD, GC-NPD and HPLC-UVD. Foreign metallic matter was detected by magnetic rod. As a result pesticide testing, 7 of the 104 products were found to be within the MRL of the pesticides. The detected pesticides were chlorpyrifos, etofenprox, fenoxanil, malathion, permethrin, tebuconazole and tetraconazole. As for foreign metallic matter, 16 samples were above the allowable limits set by Korean regulations. Therefore, the inspection of residual pesticides in raw material, and the removal of foreign metallic matter will require further stringent attention for the safety of powdered agricultural products.

Monitoring of Pesticide Residues on Dried Agricultural Products (건조채소류의 잔류농약 실태 조사)

  • The study was conducted for safety evaluation of 208 kinds of residue pesticides on 200 dried agricultural products, which are distributed in Gwangju. The method of monitoring was the second of Multi Class Pesticide Multi-residue Methods in Korean Food Code, and GC-ECD, GC-NPD, GC-MSD, and LC-MS/MS were used as evaluation equipment to analyze. The residue level in pesticides were 15.5% (31 of 200 samples) and 4 samples exceeded MRLs. 4.5 mg/kg of pyraclostrobin (MRL; 3.0 mg/kg) was detected in red pepper, 1.49 mg/kg of chlorpyrifos (MRL; 0.13 mg/kg) in daikon leaves, 38.26 mg/kg of pyridalyl (MRL; 0.25 mg/kg) in pepper leaves, 0.98 mg/kg of chlorpyrifos (MRL; 0.05 mg/kg), respectively. Pesticides were found on the 15 samples among the 21 samples of red pepper which is a fruit vegetable, and this resulted in high detection rate of 71%. In addition, pesticides were detected on chwinamul, shitake, siler divaricata, daikon leaves and others within MRLs. The frequent detected kinds of pesticides were insecticide (47.6%), fungicide (33.3%), acaricide (14.3%), nematicide (4.8%) in the order named, and pesticides were methoxyfenozide > pyraclostrobin > azoxystrobin, chlorantraniprole > novaluron, trifloxystrobin in frequent order.
