본 글은 이동통신용 안테나의 이해를 돕기 위하여 쓰여진 글이다. I장 서론에는 이동통신용 안테나에 대한 개괄적인 설명을 하고 이어서 II장에서는 이동통신용 안테나의 요구조건에 관하여 약술하였으며 III장에서는 이 분야의 소형안테나로서 널리 사용되는 대표적인 형태의 안테나들의 동작원리 및 설계방식에 대하여 논의하였다. 1절과 2절에서는 각각 헬리컬과 루프 안테나에 대하여 교과서적 수준으로 간략하게 설명하였으며 3절과 4절에서는 마이크로스트립 안테나와 평면형 역-F안테나(PIFA)에 대하여 개념적으로 설명하되 대략적인 설계가 가능하도록 하였고 특히 실험적인 트리밍과정의 중요성을 강조하였다. 5절에서는 자동차용 뒷유리 열선 안테나에 관향 경험적인 설계방법을 간단히 살펴보았다. 이어서 IV장에서는 이동통신용 안테나의 흥미로운 일례로서 비행체에서 광범위하게 사용되는 다양한 형태의 안테나에 대하여 간략하게 설명하였으며 V장에서는 이동통신분야에서 앞으로 그 중요성을 더해갈 다이버시티 기술에 관하여 논의하였으며 VI장에서는 이동통신용 소형안테나의 성능평가 및 설계에 도움이 되는 실험과정에 대하여 논의하여 보았다.

본 연구의 목적은 2021년 메신저 언어 200만 어절을 대상으로 수행된 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 설계와 구축의 쟁점을 소개하고, 교정 말뭉치의 주요 교정 및 주석 내용을 기술함으로써 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 특성을 분석하는 것이다. 2021년 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 주요 목표는 메신저 언어의 특수성을 살림과 동시에 형태소 분석이나 기계 번역 등 한국어 처리 도구가 분석할 수 있는 수준으로 교정하는 다소 상충되는 목적을 구현하는 것이었는데, 이는 교정의 수준과 병렬의 단위 설정 등 상당한 쟁점을 내포한다. 본 연구에서는 말뭉치 구축 시점에서 미처 논의하지 못한 교정 수준의 쟁점과 교정 전후의 통계적 특성을 함께 논의하고자 하며, 다음과 같은 몇 가지 하위 내용을 중심으로 논의하고자 한다.첫째, 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치의 구조 설계와 구축 절차에 대한 논의로, 2022년 초 국내 최초로 공개된 한국어 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치('모두의 말뭉치'의 일부)의 구축 과정에서 논의되어 온 말뭉치 구조 설계와 구축 절차를 논의한다. 둘째, 문장 단위로 정렬된 맞춤법 교정 말뭉치에서 관찰 가능한 띄어쓰기, 미등재어, 부호형 이모티콘 등의 메신저 언어의 몇 가지 특성을 살펴본다. 마지막으로, 2021년 메신저 맞춤법 교정 말뭉치의 구축 단계에서 미처 논의되지 못한 남은 문제들을 각각 데이터 구조 설계와 구축 차원의 주요 쟁점을 중심으로 논의한다. 특히 메신저 맞춤법 병렬 말뭉치의 주요 목표인 사전학습 언어모델의 학습데이터로서의 가치와 메신저 언어 연구의 기반 자료 구축의 관점에서 맞춤법 교정 병렬 말뭉치 구축의 의의와 향후 과제를 논의하고자 한다.

Smart specialization은 새로운 산업정책의 유용한 아이디어임에도 불구하고 이론적 논의는 소극적이었다. 이 글은 smart specialization에 관한 논의는 관련문헌에 비해 어떠한 새로운 관점을 제시하고 있으며, 또한 어떠한 이론적인 관련성과 정책정 유용성을 가지는가에 대하여 비판적으로 검토하기로 한다. 먼저, 스마트 전문화의 핵심적인 개념을 계량서지학(bibliometrics)으로 개관한 후, 정책적 유용성에 대해 노정한다. 본 논문의 주된 내용은 스마트 전문화의 장점과 단점을 이론적으로 논의하는 것인데, 이를 스마트 전문화에 대한 비판적 검토라고 할 수 있다.

This paper investigates applicable methods of using machine learning(ML) in design process that is currently at infant stage and discuss how designers can use machine learning in UX design process. This research is differentiated from design method for machine learning-based products or services. For this purpose, this paper conducted literature reviews and case investigation and discussed three categories of design method of combination with such as 1) UX design centered ML, 2) ML system centered UX, and 3) UX-ML matchmaking. With this investigation, the workshop was conducted with specifically applicable methods of 2) and 3) for designers. Throughout the workshop, this paper analyzed each method' process with pros and cons in details. Throughout the process, this paper suggests precise methods of applying ML into UX design process.

One of the major activities in scientific inquiry, as well as in the process of conceptual change, is the generation of scientific hypothesis. In this study, the definition and the characteristics of scientific hypothesis are analyzed. Especially, differences between explanatory hypothesis and scientific explanation, predictive hypothesis and scientific prediction, and scientific hypothesis and the inductive generalization are analyzed. And the process of making scientific hypothesis is suggested as 4 stages, and the role and the characteristic of the abductive thinking, which can be viewed as one of the scientific inferences needed to generate hypothesis, are discussed. In analysis, concrete examples from integrated science textbook of high school are used for application to the classroom teaching.

한국어의 이해와 산출의 심리적 과정에 대한 인지심리학적 연구들을 개관하였다. 한국어의 통사적 구분분석처리 과정, 대용어 참조 해결 과정, 덩이글 이해와 지식구조의 활용 과정, 말실수와 글쓰기의 언어 산출 과정 등에 대한 심리학적 연구를 개관하여 주요 실험적 결과와 이론적 의의를 논하고, 이들이 앞으로의 한국어 이해와 산출 과정에 대한 인지과학적 연구에 시사하는 바를 논의하였다.

In copyright dispute on software, appraisal procedure is needed, which is regarded as an implementation of the right to fast trial. Considering that, in practice, there has been a long discussion of attempting to operate the software appraisal as a summary procedure. This was done usually by reducing the resources devoted to the summary procedure, however, this way inevitably makes difference in a result obtained through the procedure. Therefore, this research reviewed the previous operation of summary procedure in software appraisal, focusing on intrinsic nature of the summary procedure and role of software appraisal in the trial process.

This paper investigates status of the in-service education for curriculum, and seek tasks of the curriculum administration. The major contents are the difference between in-service education and in-service education for curriculum, status of the in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development, and tasks of curriculum administration. The in-service education for curriculum is a kind of in-service education. But the in-service education for curriculum classified dissemination stage and application stage. The in-service education for curriculum in curriculum development focus on the understanding of the basic matters in dissemination stage, and on the in-depth contents in application stage. There are seven types of curriculum administration in-service education for curriculum. This is the classification of the dissemination and application stage, the nature of guided and advice administration, the stress on the improvement of professionalism for teachers, the classify of the in-service education target for curriculum, the diversification of the in-service education format, the recognition as duties of in-service education for curriculum training, and the institutionalization for in-service education out of school.

This study aimed to analyze the changes in the physics curriculum of elementary schools over the past years and to discuss the issues faced by the science curriculum for elementary education prior to the next curriculum revision. We analyzed changes in the elements of the contents from the 7th curriculum to the 2015 revised curriculum and reviewed studies conducted after the revision in 2015. Additionally, three professors majoring in physics education discussed the results of the curriculum analysis. The result indicates that content of the physics curriculum for elementary education was generally reduced after the 7th curriculum. Specifically, difficult concepts were omitted or designated to a higher school level. Concerns related to the science curriculum pertain to the content adequacy and difficulty of the current curriculum, its relationship with mathematics, connection between the Nuri curriculum and the integrated curriculum for the 1st and 2nd grades, and the achievement standard predicate problem.
