There are various kinds of instructional models in the 7th national curriculum. Among them, cooperative learning is given to students in some schools. In cooperative learning, the items for assessing the team members are required in order to evaluate the individual activities for problem solving, and to know the way of objective thinking each student does. Web-based environment is good for cooperative learning. In this paper, as a previous research work of web-based cooperative learning, we propose new assessment items which are based on the outcome D belongs to the set of 11 student learning outcomes design attributed framework developed by ABET EC-2000 and the cognitive categories defined by Bloom's taxonomy. These assessment items consist of self and peer assessment. The self assessment items include the evidence of the students' thought and their own assessment. On the other hand, the peer assessment can give the students the opportunities to participate in their activities enthusiastically, to offer interactive individual feedbacks, and to develop potential through various experiences.

In this letter, we present an experimental comparative study of background subtraction algorithms for soccer video analysis. We investigated five different background subtraction algorithms under the same experimental setup. For the quantitative comparison, we employed the precision, recall, and F-measure. We believe that this comprehensive comparative study serves as a reference point and guide for developers and practitioners in choosing an appropriate background subtraction algorithm adopted for building intelligent soccer video analysis systems.

이 논문에서는 메타데이터 레지스트리간의 메타데이터 교환을 위해 제안된 교환 프로토콜의 장점을 명시적으로 보이기 위한 시뮬레이션 결과에 대하여 기술한다. 기존 접근 방법들은 교환 메커니즘의 높은 복잡도, 지역 메타데이터 관리 시스템으로의 종속성, 새로운 메타데이터 관리 시스템의 추가를 위한 높은 비용 등의 문제점을 지닌다. 이를 해결하기 메타데이터 교환 프로토콜이 제안되었다. 그러나 지금까지의 연구에서는 정성적으로만 그 장점을 보였다. 이 논문의 목적은 정략적 관점에서 제안된 프로토콜의 장점을 기술하고자 함에 있다. 특히 이 논문에서는 질의 효율이 가장 중요한 문제로서 다른 요인에 의한 결과에도 영향을 주기 때문에 질의 효율성 문제에 초점을 둔다. 이를 위해 평가 항목과 평가 모델에 대해 정의한다. 질의 효율성 평가를 위한 요인 중에서 대상 메타데이터의 개수, 각 메타데이터를 구성하는 컴포넌트의 개수 및 각 컴포넌트들을 구성하는 속성들의 개수를 주 파라미터로 이용하였다. 이에 따라 시뮬레이션은 크게 세 가지 유형을 지니게 된다 정량적 평가를 통해 교환 프로토콜이 요구되는 이유와 그 정당성을 명시적으로 보인다.

컴퓨터와 인터넷이 보편화된 지금 학교현장에서는 효율적인 통계 분석이 가능하고, 공간적 시간적 제약을 극복한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재 웹 기반으로 이루어지고 있고 교원평가 시스템을 비교 분석하여 그 특징을 알아본 후 그 제한점을 극복하고 사용자의 사용성 향상을 위한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템을 제안하고 설계한다. 본 논문에서 제안하고 설계한 교원능력개발평가 시스템의 사용성 향상 요소는 크게 세 가지이다. 첫 번째는 평가문항별 키워드를 레이어 방식으로 설명하여 평가자의 평가문항 이해를 돕는 것이다. 두 번째는 평가자를 위해 평가보조자료를 첨부하여 공정하고 객관적인 교원능력개발평가가 이루어지도록 하는 것이다. 세 번째는 통계 처리가 힘든 서술형 문항에 키워드별 분류 기능을 추가하여 교원의 자기 발전의 자료로 활용하도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 웹 기반 교원능력개발평가 시스템은 학교 교육의 질 향상 및 공교육에 대한 신뢰를 제고하는데 기여할 수 있다.

본 논문은 웹 사이트 평가 기법과 웹 접근성 평가 기법을 비교함으로써, 웹 사이트 평가 기법에 비해 적용 기법이 상대적으로 부족한 웹 접근성 평가 기법의 문제점을 지적하고, 이에 따른 다양한 웹 접근성 평가 기법의 활용을 제안한다. 웹 접근성이라 함은 정보기술이 발전함에 따라 소외되기 쉬운 장애인이 웹을 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것으로써, 어떤 사용자라도 보편적으로 웹을 사용할 수 있게 하는 것이다. 그러나 웹 접근성에 대한 국내외의 노력에도 불구하고, 적용되고 있는 웹 접근성 평가가 실제로는 장애인이 웹을 사용함에 있어 많은 도움이 되고 있지 않다. 따라서 실제적인 도움이 되는 웹 접근성 평가 방법의 개발과 시행이 시급하다 하겠다. 본 논문은 웹 사이트 평가 및 웹 접근성 평가 기법을 비교 조사함으로써, 현재 적용되고 있는 평가 기법의 현황 및 동향을 조사하였다. 이러한 자료를 바탕으로, 웹 접근성 평가에 있어 평가 기법 범위의 협소성과 한계를 지적하였다. 또한, 웹 접근성 평가의 평가기법상의 한계가 웹 접근성을 포함한 통합적 웹 사이트 평가의 개발에 문제가 되며, 그에 따른 많은 문제가 발생함을 지적하였다. 그리고 웹 접근성 평가에 대해 다양한 평가 기법을 활용함으로써 생기는 이점을 제시함으로써, 다양한 평가 기법을 적용한 웹 접근성 평가 방법 개발의 타당성을 제시하였다.

This study aimed to find the problems of evidence-based complementary and alternative medicine and seek the future development direction by evaluating the quality of oriental medicine related systematic review(SR) studies using AMSTAR tool. The 26 SR studies related to oriental medicine were searched from the database of DBPIA, OASIS, and KISS, and they were evaluated on the basis of AMSTAR. The average of AMSTAR for the quality assessment of SR studies was 6.0 point, and the 26 studies included 2 high quality studies (7.7 %), 21 normal quality studies (80.8 %), and 3 low quality studies (11.5 %). The quality of studies was not correlated with the publication years. The quality of oriental medicine related SR studies need to be improved steadily. Furthermore, continued efforts to promote the evidence-based practice in the field of Oriental Medicine will help to establish foundation for the convergence approach in the healthcare sector.

This paper introduces a case study on the development of the evaluation system for capstone design course which is usually provided at engineering education program. A capstone design is an engineering education course which aims to improve the students' ability on analysis and design of practical industrial problems by use of overall engineering knowledge which has been learned in undergraduate program. Firstly, this paper provides a literature review on evaluation indices and methods related with a capstone design course. Secondly, the evaluation system for learning outcomes of capstone design course is described. The evaluation system for learning outcomes of capstone design course provided in this paper could be referred by other universities opening a capstone design course, and used to design an evaluation system for internship program or education course which is provided as an industry-academic connection program.

When the Common Criteria(CC) for security system evaluation was put up, and the coming into the CCRA is promoted, the interest to the Evaluation Assurance Level(EAL) is greatly increasing. In this paper, via the comparison between the evaluation level of the exiting process evaluation criteria and the EAL of CC, the characteristics of the EAL of the CC are noted.

자연어 처리에서 기계번역은 가장 많이 사용되고 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 기계번역에 있어서 사람의 평가가 가장 정확하고 중요하지만 많은 시간과 비용이 발생된다. 이에 기계번역을 자동 평가하는 방법들이 많이 제안되어 사용되고 있지만, 한국어 특성을 잘 반영한 자동평가 방법은 연구되지 않고 있다. BLEU와 같은 자동평가 방법을 많이 사용하고 있지만 언어의 특성 차이로 인해 원하는 평가결과를 얻지 못하는 경우가 발생하며, 특히 특허나 논문과 같은 기술문서의 번역에서는 더 많이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 단어의 정밀도와 어순이 평가에 영향이 있는 RIBES를 가지고 특허 기계 번역에서 영어→한국어로 기계 번역된 결과물의 자동평가에 대해 사람의 평가와 유사한 결과를 얻기 위해 tokenization 과정에서 복합 형태소 분리를 통한 평가방법을 제안하고자 한다.

This is the second of two companion papers that describe the performance assessment for flexible rockfall protection systems. Described in a companion paper is the criteria to assess the performance of flexible rockfall protection systems. In this study the performance assessment of domestic rockfall protection fences was implemented using the criteria suggested in the companion paper. It was investigated that the rockfall protection fences for express highways performed well to resist the rockfall energy of 50kJ and the deformed rockfall protection fences right after impacting would not obstruct the vehicle traffic. However, to dissipate the rockfall energy of 50kJ with the level of European standards constantly, the spacing of wireropes was adjusted to be 200mm up to the 8th wirerope from the bottom and spacing-maintainers should be extended to the 8th wirerope. It was figured out that the rockfall protection fences for general highways were required to install spacing-maintainers as those for express highways because they, which did not have spacing-maintenance members, were very prone to the penetration of rockfall even for the very small rockfall impact energies.
