본 논문은 해외 신재생에너지 발전전력의 구입가격에 관한 제도 및 구입가격 결정 방법론을 통해 시사점을 파악하여 활용방안을 도출한다. 신재생에너지 발전전력은 기존 전원에 비해 발전원가 수준이 높은 상황에서 보급확산을 위해 유럽을 중심으로 다양한 신재생에너지 발전전력 구매정책을 수립하여 시행하고 있다. 국내에서는 발전차액지원제도를 통해 신재생에너지 발전전력을 높은 가격에 의무구매하고 있는 상황에서 해외 주요국의 제도현황과 접근방법을 파악하여 국내 발전차액지원제도의 수립에 활토록 한다.

Serials subscription prices continue to escalate but university library budgets of those have not grown concurrently at the same rate. In fact, library budgets of serials subscription have decreased as a percentage of total library expenditure. Also titles with little or no use should be cancelled to make room for new serials that might be needed to reflect new research interests or changes in curriculum. This study includes overview of the serials cancellation and substitute solutions for subscriptions in university library. Taking into account costs and coverages, availability of cancelled serials through interlibrary loan is high in general. There is a potential for considerable savings by providing access to low-use titles, and that is a combination of commercial document delivery and pay per view based on e-business could be a viable alternative to subscription in many cases.

The purpose of this study was to compare the quality characteristics of each brown rice glutinous rice red pepper paste prepared. In this study, brown rice, glutinous rice, and red pepper paste were prepared with various enzyme preparations. A 20-day study of the physicochemical and microbiological properties of each enzyme through the results process showed significant differences. In particular, brown rice red pepper paste manufactured using cozies purchased from Sunchang was functionally superior to rice cozies and bean cozies, with probiotics of 7.1-7.5×107 CFU/mL, lactobacillus of 1.9-2.2×103 CFU/mL, 48.67-52.30%, and 58.57-63.90%. When the results were combined, the composition of microorganisms and enzymes of fermented soybean paste purchased from Sunchang was not confirmed, but brown rice chili paste with nutritional and functional properties could be prepared compared to A.oryzae and A. kawachii.

A new word, “Prosumer”, refers to a person who develops and produces goods which they would like to purchase online in real time. Consumers do not simply rely on choosing the good provided by manufactures any more. They are involved in the process of manufacturing good and the creation of organized purchase groups. They aim to purchase the best quality good at the lowest price through reverse auction under the warranty system. If the consumer's way of thinking is controlled by company owners and corporate CEO's profit-centered policy making, the companies will fail to keep pace with the current stream of the digital marketing age, and be destined for failure. I will discuss the changing marketing environment, new marketing strategy, and marketing realization on the internet in this thesis.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래 분야에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 많은 오프라인 서비스들이 온라인을 통하여 제공되고 있다. 이러한 다양한 서비스들 중 복권을 온라인상에서 운영함으로써 편리성 및 비용 절약 효과를 가지을 수 있다. 그러나 개인의 프라이버시 뿐만 아니라 구입한 복권에 관한 정보 등 보안에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 또한 기존 서비스 상에서 복권의 중복 구매 및 복권의 저장문제 등 취약성이 제기되고 있으므로 사용자에게 안전한 서비스에 대한 신뢰성을 줄 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개인의 프라이버시를 보호하고 전자복권 서비스를 제공할 때 불법적인 제3자로부터 보호하기 위해 사용자가 구입한 복권에 대하여 보안 서비스를 제공함으로 안전성을 높일 수 있고 사용자에게 안전하고 신뢰성 있는 전자 복권 시스템을 제안한다.

이 논문은 한국과 일본 대학생들의 인터넷 사용과 이러닝 그리고 인터넷쇼핑 이용 실태에 대한 비교 연구이다. 연구대상은 한국 대학생과 일본대학생으로 연구방법은 설문지를 통해 이루어졌다. 한국 대학생 92명과 일본대학생 137명이 설문에 응하여 총 229명의 유효한 설문이 이루어졌다. 한국대학생의 경우 절대 다수인 92.4%가 집에서 인터넷을 접속하여 사용하고 있지만, 일본 대학생의 경우는 집에서 인터넷 접속이 57.7% 그리고 대학교에서의 접속이 36.5%로 여전히 대학교를 통한 인터넷 접속이 활발하게 이루어짐을 보여주고 있다. 이러닝관련 설문에서는 설문에 응한 한국 대학생들의 52.7%가 전혀 이용해본 경험이 없다고 답한 반면 일본 대학생들은 94.7%가 경험하였다고 응답하여 훨씬 활발하게 이러닝을 이용하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 이용목적에 대한 복수 응답에 대해서는 한국 대학생들이 훨씬 다양하게 이용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 인터넷 쇼핑에서는 한국 대학생들이 더 활발하게 이용하고 있으며 의류 구입이 첫 번째며, 이어서 책과 은행 이용이 각각 뒤를 이었다. 그러나 일본 대학생의 경우 책 구입이 첫 번째 의류와 온라인 경매 참가가 각각 뒤를 이었다. 전반적으로 한국 대학생들의 인터넷 사용이 일본 대학생들보다 활발하게 이용하고 있으며, 특히 집에서의 인터넷 접속이 일본 대학생들 보다 더 많음을 보여주고 있는데 이는 그 만큼 한국 가정에서의 광대역 인터넷 시설이 잘 되어있기 때문으로 간주된다.

The propellant mixer for charging of solid rocket motors is one of the most important equipments. For the propellant mixer is export control item, it's hard to purchase it directly from abroad. The Mixer was developed locally to overcome export control which precludes us from import. This paper includes the introduction for general mixers and the process of mixer development progressed by LIGNex1. Finally, The mixer is verified the performance using measurements of clearance between blade-blade and blade-bowl and flow simulation with ADINA.

변동비반영시장을 운영하는 우리나라 전력시장에서 발전기의 연료비는 변동비의 핵심요소이다. 현행시장은 이미 발전기가 지출한 연료비에 대해 증빙자료를 제출하고 이에 근거한 사후평가체계이다. 따라서 실제 사용하는 연료비와 시장가격간 2개월 시차는 불가피한 실정이다. 본 논문은 회사별 연료구입실적에 근거하지 않고 국제유가 등 객관적 지수에 따라 적용시차를 단축하는 비용평가 개선안을 제시하고 있다. 변동비 구성요소를 재정립하고 각 평가방법을 서술하며 발전회사에 제한적인 연료비 입찰권을 부여하여 스스로 연료사용량을 조절할 수 있는 입찰제 도입을 제시하려 한다. 본 논문은 비용평가체계의 개선방안을 제시하고 그 세부적 방안을 설명하고, 제도도입시 유효성을 설명하고 있다.

정부의 녹색성장기본법(안)에 따라 총량제한 배출권 거래제가 도입될 예정이므로, 배출규제에 대응한 전력시장의 제도적 대응이 요구된다. 본 논문은 배출비용을 감안한 발전원가를 평가하고, 전력시장이 현 비용입찰시장(CBP)의 형태를 유지한다는 전제하에 배출규제에 따른 전력시장가격의 영향을 분석하였다. 배출비용을 감안하더라도 전원별 급전우선순위는 변화하지 않으므로 비용최소화를 위한 전략은 기존 발전패턴을 유지하고 배출권을 구입하는 전략이 된다. 그러나 전기요금 안정화를 위한 발전회사의 수익 규제는 연료전환을 유도하여 배출감축에는 기여하지만, 발전비용 및 전력시장가격을 다소 상승시키게 된다. 한편 발전회사에 대한 수익규제는 배출권시장의 수급여건을 변화시키게 되므로, 전력시장과 배출권시장의 운영, 분석 및 규제에 대한 일원화된 체제의 필요성을 강하게 시사한다.

Motor-driven systems are the largest electrical load and share about 40％ of electric energy consumption in Korea. Increasing the efficiency of drive-power systems, therefore, is one of the most urgent demand side programs to be designed and launched. This paper presents an extensive analysis on the alternative rebate programs viable to enhancing the adoption of high-efficiency induction motors, and suggests government activities supporting market transformation initiatives.
