해석적 방법에 의한 고장 수목 순환 논리의 분석 : 실제 PSA에의 적용 예

  • 1단계 확률론적 안전성 평가 (Level 1 Probabilistic Safety Assessment, PSA)를 수행할 때 나타나는 보조계통 고장 수목간의 순환 논리는 사고 경위 정량화를 위하여 해결되어야만 한다. 기존의 PSA에서는 이를 위하여 별도의 고장 수목을 다시 작성하였으나, 이 방법을 사용하기 위하여서는 보조계통 간의 관계를 검토하여야 하며, 이에 따른 별도의 고장 수목을 작성하여야 하는 등 추가적인 작업이 요구된다. 또한 기존 방법은 일부 최소 단절군이 생성되지 않는 약점을 갖고 있다. 이에 따라 한국원자력연구소에서는 해석적으로 순환 논리를 푸는 방법을 개발하였으며, 이를 PSA용 코드인 KIRAP 코드에 구축하였다. 이에 따라 기존 방법의 약점을 극복하고 고장 수목간의 순환 논리를 자동으로 풀 수 있게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 개발된 해석적 방법을 설명하며, 또한 이 방법을 실제 PSA에 적용하며 나타난 여러 현상에 대하여 살펴본다.

  • 프로그래밍 학습은 프로그램의 작성, 오류 수정, 실행을 통해 학습자의 문제 해결력과 논리적 사고력을 향상시킨다. 따라서 프로그래밍 언어는 쉽고 익히기 쉬어야 한다. 또한, 초등학생은 Piaget의 인지적 발달 단계로 볼 때 구체적 조작기(concrete operational period: 6, 7$\sim$11, 12세)에 해당하는 시기이다. 이 시기는 구체적인 사물을 가지고 조작함으로써 논리적 사고가 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 프로그래밍이라는 매우 추상적인 작업을 로봇이라는 구체물을 통해 결과를 확인할 수 있게 하였으며, 프로그래밍 학습의 초기 단계에 있는 초등학생이 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 한글을 기반으로 프로그래밍 학습을 할 수 있도록 하고, DB를 활용하여 명령어를 사용자가 추가, 삭제, 수정할 수 있는 한글 기반의 로봇 프로그래밍 도구를 설계 및 개발하였다.

Development of Risk Assessment Models for Railway Casualty Accidents (철도 사상사고 위험도 평가 모델 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study shows the developing process of the risk assessment models for railway casualty accidents. To evaluate the risks of these accidents, the hazardous events and the hazardous factors were identified by the review of the accident history and engineering interpretation of the accident behavior. The frequency of each hazardous event was evaluated from the historical accident data and structured expert judgments by using the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) technique. In addition, to assess the severity of each hazardous event, the ETA (Event Tree Analysis) technique and other safety techniques were applied. The risk assessment models developed can be effectively utilized in defining the risk reduction measures in connection with the option analysis.

Young-Jung Kim's Presupposition Logic Program (김영정 교수의 선제논리 프로그램)

  • After the unexpected death of the late professor Young-Jung Kim on July 28th last year, 4 pieces of paper unpublished were discovered. Those papers reveal that he had a grand program. In particular, we found that he had his own ideas and theory which he called "Presupposition Logic" and "Field Logic". In this paper, I will call his program "Presupposition Logic Program". He explored a new logic system, Presupposition Logic, in order to realize necessity and possibility of the closer relationship between logic and critical thinking. In this paper, I will expound what his "presupposition" and "Presupposition Logic" are and why he thought Presupposition Logic is necessary from a perspective of logic. And I will critically elucidate what was the problem that troubled him.

  • 네트에 의해서 팽대해진 정보가 유통하게 되자 전체를 환원주의적인 요소로 분해하고, 이를 정비해서 생각하려는 사고방식이 생겨났습니다. 즉 정보가 너무나도 많으면 대상이 복잡해서 혼돈의 상태가 되어 이제까지의 사고 방식으로는 도무지 어찌할수 없게 됩니다. 혼돈을 구성하는 개개의 요소는 각기 독립해 있어 서로 관계를 맺고 개개가 전체를 바라보면서 결합해가는 공명관계가 생기게 됩니다. 그러면 일종의 요동현상이 일어나서 하나의 구조인 자기조직화가 일어난다는 논리가 있습니다.

Reconstruction Analysis of Pedestrian Collision Accidents Using Fuzzy Methods (퍼지수법을 활용한 보행자 충돌사고 재구성 해석)

  • In order to reconstruct vehicle-pedestrian collision accidents, this paper presents a fuzzy tool to estimate accurately the impact velocity of the vehicle using parameters which could be easily collectable at the accident scene. The fuzzy rules and membership functions were set up using number of over 200 domestic and foreign data from accidents and empirical tests and 700 data from multibody simulation experiments. The developed fuzzy tool deduces the category of pedestrian trajectory and impact speed of the vehicle using 4 membership functions and 2 logic rules. The membership function of throw distance was differently set according to the deduced category of trajectories. The implemented fuzzy program was validated through comparing with the domestic and foreign empirical data. The output results agree very well in impact velocities of vehicle resulting the accuracy and usefulness of the developed tool in the reconstruction analysis of vehicle-pedestrian collision accidents.

Effect of Execution Time-oriented Python Sort Algorithm Training on Logical Thinking Ability of Elementary School Students (수행시간 중심의 파이썬 정렬 알고리즘 교육이 초등학생 논리적 사고력에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a Python sorting algorithm training program based on execution time as an educational method for enhancing the logical thinking power of elementary students and then to verify the effect. The education program was developed based on the results of the pre-demand analysis conducted on 100 elementary school teachers. In order to verify the effectiveness of the developed educational program, I teached 25 students of the volunteer sample of the elementary school education donation program conducted at ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ University conducted 42 hours, 7 days. The results of the pre-test and post-test were analyzed using the 'Group Assessment of Logical Thinking(GALT)' developed by the Korea Educational Development Institute. The results showed that the Python sorting algorithm training centered on execution time was effective in improving the logical thinking ability of elementary school students.

An Analysis on the Mathematical Problem Solving via Intuitive Thinking of the Korean and American 6th Grade Students (한국과 미국 6학년 학생들의 직관적 사고에 의한 수학 문제해결 분석)

  • This research examined the Korean and American $6^{th}$ grade students' mathematical problem solving ability and methods via an intuitive thinking. For this, the survey research was used. The researcher developed the questionnaire which consists of problems with intuitive and algorithmic problem solving in number and operation, figure and measurement areas. 57 Korean $6^{th}$ grade students and 60 American $6^{th}$ grade students participated. The result of the analysis showed that Korean students revealed a higher percentage than American students in correct answers. But it was higher in the rate of Korean students attempted to use the algorithm. Two countries' students revealed higher rates in that they tried to solve the problems using intuitive thinking in geometry and measurement areas. Students in both countries showed the lower percentages of correct answer in problem solving to identify the impact of counterintuitive thinking. They were affected by potential infinity concept and the character of intuition in the problem solving process regardless of the educational environments and cultures.

  • A firefighter is one of the most dangerous jobs. But in many precent studies, risk induction factors have been understood as direct accident causes and classification of the factors are not logical. This studies reviews risk induction risks and categorized them into institutional, cultural and personal experience factors. institutional factors, Institutional factors are composed of educational and working conditions. Cultural factors are composed of performance oriented and considerate parts. Personal experiences are divided into two parts: experiences about organizational members and about ordinary citizens. Survey showed that working conditions were recognized so poorly by firefighters.

The Development of Logical and Mathematical Thinking in 1-to 3-Year-Olds : Examined by Physical Knowledge Activities (물리적 지식활동을 통해서 본 1~3세 영유아의 초기 논리·수학적 사고 발달)

  • The logical and mathematical thinking of 1- to 3-year-olds was studied by age groups at 6 month intervals; logical-mathematical thinking was examined by the two physical knowledge activities of cylinder rolling and making a slope. Results showed that in their early 1st year infants failed in both tasks. Infants in their late 2nd year showed understanding of 'rolling things' and 'non-rolling things' by comparing cylinders and cubes in the cylinder rolling activity and they showed 'spatial inference' by adjusting the position and direction of the cylinder so that the cylinder could roll properly and by adjusting the board on a block in the slope making activity. Three-year-old children rolled a cylinder and made a slope without difficulty.
