낮은 선량의 방사선피폭으로 인한 건강 위해의 여부에 대하여 과학적 현황을 고찰하였다. 선량과 영향 사이에 문턱 없는 선형비례 모델(LN-T모델)에 대해 역학적, 수학적, 방사선생물학적 측면의 긍정적 논리와 호메시스, 적응반응, 통계적 관점의 비판적 논거를 대비하여 평가하였다. 방사선 피폭이력자에게 발현한 확률적 영향 특히 백혈병을 포함한 암에 대해 그 질환의 방사선 인과성 판단에 대한 애로와 접근 방향을 논의하였다. 객관적인 평가 지표의 하나로 기인확률(PC)을 적용하되 근로자에 대한 제도적 배려 등 고려할 사항을 논의하였다.

Population density of the spiders (Micryphantidae and Lycosidae) in the two Paddy field at Suweon and Iri was studied following single root-zone application of carbofurans encapsulea and liquid-formulated and two to four paddy water applications of carbofuran to rice plants. In two field tests, the spider populations were reduced In all insecticide treatments. Among them, the reduction was greater in the capsule placement of carbofuran than in the liquid injection and broadcast of carbofuran. Their reduction was also enlarged with the increase of application rate of insecticide. The significant reduction of spider population in root-tone appliration of carbofuran was considered due to the food-chain toxicity on the spider-hopper system.

This study analyzes the characteristics of broadcasting law and telecommunication law and suggested the key legitimate of regulation where convergence law would go for in the convergence circumstances by drawing the common and differential characteristics of two laws. Moreover, in the value of inherent pursuit of broadcasting law and telecommunication law, this paper examined whether these values continued to be reflected in the convergence law, and indicated the direction how these values should adopt in the convergence law. The result of this study shows that strong entry regulation has applied to both broadcasting and telecommunications industry. Also, both industries have been required to be universal service to realize the value. Meanwhile, the pursuit of original value of broadcasting law and telecommunication law can be summarized as secure of access and diversity, respectively. In the convergence law, it is necessary to compensate and modify the meaning of access and diversity based on traditional regulation.

The present report is dealt with the spiders which are caught within a space of $1m^2$ of rice paddy field where was harvested the rice crops in Jeonbug district, from November 4 to 11, to 1975. 1. Twenty-one species of spiders were caught at the area during the period. Of these the dominant species were Gnathonarium dentatum, Pirate subpiraticus, Gnathonarium gibberum, Oedothorax insecticeps etc. 2. Average density of spiders within a space of $1m^2$ of rice paddy field where rice crops was harvested was as follows: 125 at Iri, 102 at Jinan, 133 at Buan, and 58 at Daejang. 3. The scientific names of spiders which were caught in rice paddy field for the first time in Korea were Gnathonarium gibberum, Enoplognatha japonica, Erigone prominens, Erigonidium graminicola, Theridion octomaculatum, Lycosa pseudoannulata, Dolomedes angustivirgatus. As the result of this survey, fifty-five species of spiders were recorded in rice paddy field of Korea.

This study investigated the effect of geography and altitude on epigeic spider communities in rice field levees in Jeollabuk-do. Spider communities in the mountainous and plain areas were compared to determine the effect of geography on the cultivation periods. The effect of altitude was compared between the Jeongeup and Jangsu areas during non-cultivation periods. Analysis using nMDS (non-metric multidimensional scaling), MRPP (multiple response permutation procedure), and ANOSIM (analysis of similarity) revealed differences in spider community structures between the two types of study areas. Lycosidae predominated at the family level, and its abundance was greater in the mountainous area than in the plains area. The total abundance did not differ between the two areas with different altitudes, but the abundance of three Pardosa species was greater at lower altitudes than at higher altitudes. Geography and altitude had a minimal effect on species richness and diversity indices at the community level. However, several Lycosidae species showed species-specific responses to both geography and altitude in the rice fields.

The Library and Information Policy Committee announced the national comprehensive plan for all library on August, 2008. The plan includes reestablishing of a subject-based national library system as one of the major policy challenges. The aim of this paper is to analyse and compare the subject-based national library system and relative gap in major countries(U.S.A, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, and Korea). And the result of the research will be used as a logical basis for subsequent research.

본 논문의 목적은 벤처캐피탈(Venture Capitalist)의 투자전략을 게임이론을 통해 분석하고 이해하자는 것이다. 벤처캐피탈은 성장가능성은 높지만 불확실한 벤처기업에 투자하는 전문투자자이다. 벤처캐피탈은 이익을 극대화하기 위해서 성장가능성이 크고 위험관리가 가능한 기업에 투자를 하여야 한다. 하지만, 벤처캐피탈은 일반적으로 제한된 시간과 벤처기업의 속성 때문에 기업에 대한 정보가 부족한 상태에서 투자결정을 내려야 하는 경우가 대부분이다. 투자가 이루어진 후 벤처캐피탈은 벤처기업의 운영 및 기업활동을 감시(Monitor)하고 자문활동(Consulting Activity)을 수행하면서 차츰 기업에 대한 정보를 습득하게 되고 기업의 가치를 판단할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문은 앞에서 기술한 바와 같은 정보 불확실성 상태에서 창업자의 효용(utility)와 벤처캐피탈의 가치평가(value evaluation)를 바탕으로 벤처캐피탈의 투자전략을 게임이론을 통해 분석하였다. 본 논문은 벤처캐피탈이 전환사채형태의 투자를 하는 논거를 밝혀내었다.

In this paper I discuss if we can regard Hilbert at the time of Hilbert's program as an instrumentalist. For this I first provide some textual evidences for the instrumentalist interpretation, then examine the three recent criticisms in turn. I argue that the reading Hilbert as an instrumentalist is still tenable in spite of these criticisms.

This paper reviews the distribution patterns of research equipments in Korea. We start, however, discussion with the introduction to research equipments, theoretical issues and rationale for government intervention. Nation-wide distribution of research equipments is shown by region, type of institution, university, and major equipment. Old patterns are derived from the history of equipping science, and three new current patterns are introduced. Based on this discussion, we recommend policies for research equipments.

The often raised arguments against allowing Chaebol's ownership of banks, that is, 1) the banks may virtually be transformed into private cash vaults of owners, and 2) conflicts of interests may develop and be possibly abused by chaebols, do not hold under ordinary free market circumstances. Only under some special circumstances in which government imposes artificial regulations on banks such as interest rate ceilings, or provides preferential protection like guaranteeing bank's liabilities, the aforementioned worries can be materialized.
