There are two different views on the relationship between "Tao Te Ching" and the life nurturing thoughts. Some researchers think that the life nurturing is a main idea of "Tao Te Ching", but others do not. By analysing the related terminologies to life nurturing thoughts in the "Tao Te Ching", we came to the conclusions as below. 1. Chapters which mentioned about the life nurturing thoughts include chapter 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 12, 16, 19, 20, 22, 24, 30, 35, 42, 44, 46, 50, 52, 55, 73, and 81. 2. Of 21 chapters that related with the life nurturing thoughts, 19 chapters mentioned about the mind nurturing(精神養生). It showed that "Tao Te Ching" put special emphasis on the mental health in the aspect of life nurturing. 3. There are 5,283 characters in "Tao Te Ching", but only 422 characters were used to mention about the life nurturing thoughts. That could be a one proof that the life nurturing thoughts was not a main idea of "Tao Te Ching".

In this paper, we will discuss the main characteristics of Korean traditional medicine and their bond with the philosophy of Noja(老子) to ultimately examine how "Dodeokgyeong(道德經)" affected medicine as a pragmatic field of study. Noja(老子) viewed the universe and the creatures living in it to be constituted by gi(氣), and that everything continuously moves and changes as a result of the conflicts between two opposing energies within, eum(陰) and yang(陽). "Hwangjenaegyeong(黃帝內經)" is about how this theory is applied to human lives. "Dodeokgyeong" speaks of the Heaven, Human, and Do accordance, offering the theoretical basis for the correspondence between nature and human in the "Hwangjenaegyeong", where the Heaven, Human and Do(道) accordance theory is embodied into each element of the human vital activity, establishing the identity of Korean traditional medicine as natural medicine. Noja declared life in accordance with Do(道) as an ideal way to live. "Hwangjenaegyeong" applies this idea to human vital activity setting the realization of Do the ultimate goal of life and offers actual guidelines. The preventive aspect of Korean traditional medicine is the characteristic most affected by "Dodeokgyeong". "Hwangjenaegyeong" and "Dodeokgyeong" both recognized the relativity of objects, and spoke of harmony and balance as the answer to conflicts between matters.

Laotzu's view of language is well expressed at the beginning stanza of "道可道 非常道" of Tao De Ching, the interpretation of which is pivotal for the proper interpretation of the entire text. Two lines of interpretation of this stanza have been proposed; The first view regards the letter "道" in "非常道" as representing that which is signified by a sign. The other takes the posture that the letter "道" is itself the signifier of the sign. I argue in this article that the second posture should be taken to interpret Tao De Ching properly, contrary to the traditional interpretation of this stanza, by pointing out the verses which inevitably contradict each other when interpreted according to the first view. The second view leads to the conclusion that everyday language is not sufficient enough to describe the supernatural beings, including Tao, accurately, and seeks a way to augment ordinary language for appropriate description of such supernatural beings. The strategy Laotzu adopts in Tao De Ching is to expand the expressive power of ordinary language by extensive use of metaphors. This paper discerns 4 conceptual metaphors in the sense of Johnson and Lakoff(1980) which underlie the metaphors used in Tao De Ching: (1) Tao is Void; (2) Tao is Mother; (3) Tao is Valley; and (4) Tao is Untrimmed Log.

The objectives of this study are : (1) to measure the level of economic stress perception in Korean farm households. (2) to identify the effects of related variables such as socio-demographic variables and economic stability. The data from 505 farm households' wives was analyzed using statistical methods such as frequency, correlation, oneway ANOVA, lease significant difference test, and stepwise multiple regression. The major findings are as follows : The mean value of economic stress perception on the 505 wives was 33.5 points out of a possible 100. Among 3 subsectors, income stress perception had highest score. Socio- demographic variables such as family size, type of farm household, financial manager, debt, credit . grant assistant, wife's age, and educational level of the wife had a significant difference on the economic stress perception of wives in the ANOVA analysis. So did the objective and subjective evaluation of economic stability. As a result of multiple regression analysis, economic stability, debt presence, and wife age were verified explaining 23% of the variance of economic stress perception. Therefore, it can be said that farm wives had relatively high economic stress perception in the case of low economic stability, getting into debt and low age.

Nowadays when the social and cultural paradigm is changing, the incomplete space is becoming a matter of controversy. In order to figure out the solutions to it, are being held a variety of spatial discourses for spatial essence and meaning to be cleared. Accordingly, this study has tried to seek for any probability to interpret the ontology shown at any traditional space on the ground of Heidegger's Ontological Thinking Structure which has a considerable impact on Modern Space, whose conclusions are the followings. First, Heidegger's ontological space theory, which provided a foundation of Placeness concept, includes not only the character of interdisciplinary learning among philosophy, arts and any related studies but also that of mutual oriental and occidental cultures. Second, between the thoughts of Heidegger and Lao-tzu are considerable similarities from the methodical viewpoint that materializes the meaning of existence as an essence. Third, for a convenient interpretation, the ontological spatial concept of Lao-tzu's philosophy shown at traditional spaces have been categorized into Typology-Incident, Morphology-situation and Topology-meaning generation with Schultz's Existential Spatial Concept based on Heidegger's Ontology as a medium. In particular, the meaning generation which materializes the placeness has the trait of being clarified as the product of interactions between incidents and situations.

PDP driving circuit requires switching devices and capacitors to stand up high voltages over 160V. This is the main cause that the power consumption and the cost of a PDP driving circuit increase. Conventional PDP driving circuits consist of 3 voltage sources and 16 switching devices. In this paper, we propose a PDP driving circuit using 2 voltage sources and 12 switching devices that can be operated with a lower supply voltage than conventional driving circuit. The operation of the proposed driving circuit is verified by the computer simulation. Simulation results show that the output signal can drive PDP cell when the supply voltage is higher than 45V in the input frequency range 70kHz to 100kHz.

최근 코로나19로 인해 비대면으로 소통할 수 있는 플랫폼에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 가상 세계의 개념을 도입한 메타버스 플랫폼이 MZ세대의 새로운 SNS로 떠오르고 있다. 아바타를 통해 상호 교류가 가능한 메타버스는 텍스트 기반의 소통뿐만 아니라 음성과 동작 시선 등을 활용하여 변화된 의사소통 방식을 사용한다. 음성을 활용한 소통이 증가함에 따라 다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주는 혐오 발언에 대한 신고가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 기존 혐오 발언 탐지 시스템은 텍스트를 기반으로 하여 사전에 정의된 혐오 키워드만 특수문자로 대체하는 방식을 사용하기 때문에 음성 혐오 발언에 대해서는 탐지하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 인공지능을 활용한 음성 혐오 표현 탐지 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 음성 데이터의 파형을 통해 은유적 혐오 표현과 혐오 발언에 대한 감정적 특징을 추출하고 음성 데이터를 텍스트 데이터로 변환하여 혐오 문장을 탐지한 결과와 결합한다. 향후, 제안하는 시스템의 현실적인 검증을 위해 시스템 구축을 통한 성능평가가 필요하다.

'공사(公事)'는 『전경』이 담고 있는 매우 중요한 종교 문화적 현상이다. 그리고 그 속에는 매우 깊은 사상적 의미가 내포되어 있다. 대순진리회 공사개념의 연원은 중국 고대의 경전과 문헌에서 그 단서를 찾아볼 수 있으나, 그것은 결코 단순히 중국의 것을 답습한 것이 아니다. 강성상제와 도주 조정산께서는 '묵은 하늘'의 음양 혼란 시대에 공사를 행하였기 때문에, 도수를 바로잡는 공사는 근본부터 바로잡는다는 의미가 있으며, 새로운 시대를 의미하는 '개벽'도 이에 포함된다. 중도, 화평, 공정은 질서가 바로 잡힌 사회의 시작을 의미하며, 이는 새로운 생활을 창조하는 데 있어 중요한 현실적 의의를 지닌다. 전체적으로 볼 때 대순진리회의 공사는 사회의 변화와 사회적 요구에 응답하여 생겨난 종교문화 활동이다. 이러한 종교문화 활동은 일종의 기호로서, 상징성을 갖춘 의식을 거행하는 것이다. 공사는 명부의 한을 해결하는 것으로부터 시작되는데, 이는 근본을 중시한다는 의미이며, 태초로 거슬러 올라가 사회를 다스리는 커다란 방향을 전개한다는 것이다. '역도(逆度)'를 조정하는 공사에서는 사회적 관점에서 보자면, 역사가 남긴 문제에 대해 고민하고 해결하려는 태도를 뜻한다. 이는 민생문제를 매우 중시하였음과 인간의 도에 대해 경외심과 존중을 표현하고 있음이 나타내며, 결국 '보세(普世)'의 의미를 지닌다고 볼 수 있다. 공사를 실천하는 방법은 '신생활법'이며, 이는 인(仁)과 인류와 동물에 대한 자비심을 강조하며 '삼계개벽'의 개혁정신과 창조적 사고를 나타낸다. 이로써 '통달(通達)'과 '대도(大道)'의 정신을 나타내었다. 이로 볼 때, 인간의 삶을 인도하며, 궁극적으로는 지상천국을 건설하고자 하는 정신이 공사의 개념 속에 분명하게 드러나 있음을 알 수 있다.

For the purpose of understanding Wang-bing's idea, which was influenced by Taoism and Hyeonhak(玄學), I investigated the quotations from the No-Ja in the Hwangje-Naegyeongsonumju, and came to the following conclusions. 1. In the process of writing notes on the Hwangje-Naegyeongsomun, Wang-bing quoted No-Ja 19 times at 17 passages. Through this annotating process, he suggested the vision of the universe and the vision of the formation of all things. And he emphasized that abstaining from desire and satisfaction are essential for one's well being. In other words, he insisted on following the rules of EumYang(陰陽) and Fourseasons, to preserve Cheonjin(天眞). 2. Wang-bing wanted to establish a systematic medical theory by revising the Hwangje-Naegyeongs omun. In the front part, where he mentioned contents of jeonwongibon, he tried tosearch a way of well being, through taking care of one's health. And there his Taoistic idea becomes obvious. 3. The Hwangje-Naegyeongsomun was written under the influence of Hwangno(黃老) idea - the series of Taoism of Chunchu-Jeonguk(春秋戰國) era. Likewise Wang-bing's revision on the Hwangje-Naegye ongsomun was based on the Taoism of Dang dynasty, which succeeded to the WiJinHyeonhak(魏晉玄學). This shows a series of relationship. 4. It is no wonder that Wang-bing used quotation from scriptures of Taoism in his annotating work on the Hwangie-Naegyeongsomun, The fact that this quotations are mainly mentioned in the front part, also shows that he emphasized the theme of well being, by intention.

This experiment was conducted far the efficient use of plant growth retardants (PGR) for suppression of plug seedling height. 'Seokwang' tomato seeds were soaked in I5 mL solution of daminozide (1,000, 10,000, or 100,000 mg.L-1) or uniconazole (1, 10, or 100 mg.L-1). And then, they were put in $25^{\circ}C$ chamber for one or three days. Seeds were washed in tap waters and were dried in 5$^{\circ}C$ chamber for one day. Dried tomato seeds were sown and seedlings were raised in 288-cell plug trays. Seedlings grown were evaluated at 21 and 38 days after sowing. Treatments of 10 or 100 mg.L-1 uniconazole as compared to the control had significantly suppressed hypocotyl length and seedling height, but fresh and dry weights of roots, emergence, no. of leaves, chlorophyll concentration, dry matter, and T/R ratio were not significant by different among treatments.
