본 연구는 간호대학생에게 적용한 노인체험복 착용경험을 파악하고 노인에 대한 태도 및 부양의식에 대한 효과를 규명하는 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상자는 노인간호 강의 및 노인체험복 경험이 없는 간호과 학생으로서 실험집단 44명, 비교집단 41명이었다. 실헙집단 학생들은 노인체험복을 착용한 후 시력과 청력기능, 척추 및 관절기능, 손가락기능에 어떤 변화가 나타나는지를 체험하는 활동을 하였다. 집단 간의 동질성 검정은 t-test, $X^2$ test, Fisher's exact test를 이용하였으며, 태도와 부양의식의 집단간 비교에는 t-test와 paired t-test를 적용하였다. 체험소감문은 내용분석을 하였다. 노인체험복 착용경험 후 노인에 대한 태도와 노인부양의식은 유의한 변화가 없었으나 체험소감문의 내용분석에서는 노인의 모습과 행동에 대한 공감적 이해와 노인을 공경하고 배려하겠다는 다짐 등을 보였다. 또한 자신의 노후생활에 대해 슬프고 두려운 느낌을 표현하면서 노후를 위한 자가관리를 생각하였다. 본 연구를 통하여, 노인체험복 착용경험이 실험집단의 노인에 대한 이해, 노인을 대하는 행동, 노인에 대한 간호방법 및 자신의 노후에 대한 준비 등에 대하여 긍정적 사고와 의지를 고취시켰음을 확인하였다. 따라서 이는 노인간호학 교과목에 필요한 의미 있는 학습경험으로 사료된다. 이러한 효과의 양적 검정을 위해서는 첫째, 학습경험을 체계적으로 조직화하고 공유하는 방안, 둘째, 체험의 질을 높일 수 있는 전략의 도입, 셋째, 작은 효과에 민감한 도구를 활용한 반복 연구 등이 필요하며 아울러 체험과정에서의 안전을 위한 철저한 사전교육과 감독이 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Purpose: This research is to understand the effects of senior simulation on employees of elderly care facilities and utilize it in their job training. Methods: This research is a nonequivalence control group pre-to-post quasiexperiment research. 18 employees who have experienced senior simulation are set as test group and 18 other employees who have not experienced senior simulation are set as control group. Results: The hypothesis that 'the test group which has experienced senior simulation will show a positive change in their attitude on elderly care, compared to the control group' and 'the test group which has experienced senior simulation will show a positive change in understanding of elders, compared to the control group' was supported. The hypothesis that 'the test group which has experienced senior simulation will show a positive change in job satisfaction and performance of duties, compared to the control group' was dismissed. Conclusion: The senior simulation seems to contribute to elderly care facilities employees' change in their viewpoints of elders and broaden their understanding of them. The senior simulation was meaningful to provide basic help with implementing job training programs.

An increase in the proportion of Korean population in older age is much faster than the rest of the world. Along with rise of nuclear family due to rapid industrialization, informatization and materialization, ageing, on current situation in Korea that a reality of being diminished consciousness involving the sense of filial piety, and of respect or honor for the elders, does mean that such topics in ageing have become sociocultural issues that a nation should get more deeply involved in caring later life of the elderly population in an official and obligatory manner. Under this circumstance, an exhibition space in the hall intended for experiencing the later life of the elderly will surely play the role of locomotive in the respect of education to understand aging adults, and to promote development of health and welfare industry, especially for older population, also in creating and developing a positive and desirable culture and environment. To implement design project concerned with the space for the elderly population in a more careful and effective manner, the features of the Old Age Experience Hall that will satisfy the requirements thereof and the space compositions as well as characteristics of three exhibition halls having already been operated were analyzed examining closely the current facing issues in this aging society and also investigating the aging process related to physical functions of older adults. Based on those analyses, this study was aimed to prepare an efficient and systematic theoretical foundation for planning space composition of the Old Age Experience Hall further having extracted basic directions for design from, which should be meticulously considered and reflected so as to make the Old Age Experience Hall function properly.

본 연구는 한국 성인들의 치매에 대한 인식과 태도 정도를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 성남에 위치한 노인체험센터에 방문한 한국성인 95명이었고, 2016년 1월 23일에서 4월 30일까지 자가 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 상관관계를 분석하였으며, 연구결과로는 치매에 대한 한국 성인들의 인식과 태도의 평균점수는 각각 $12.97{\pm}1.55$, $4.13{\pm}0.48$이었고, 치매에 대한 인식과 태도의 상관관계는 (r=0.773, p<.001) 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 향후 치매와 관련된 인식과 태도를 향상시키기 위한 프로그램이 개발되기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 보행약자의 이동권 확보와 건강증진 및 체험공간 제공을 위하여 산지형 도시공원성 기준 내 산책로 조성을 목적으로 조성기준을 수립하고 실제 사례지에 적용하였다. 문헌 및 사례연구를 바탕으로 보행약자 산책로 조성의 개념을 제시하고 관련된 유사기준을 참고로 산책로 조성 기준을 마련하였다. 보행약자 산책로 조성 개념은 노인주거시설 외부환경 설계 개념을 근거로 접근성, 편의성, 사회성, 경제성, 자연친화성의 5가지로 제시하였고 조성단계별 적용방안을 도출하였다. 산책로 조성 기준은 순서에 따라 입지적지 선정, 노면구조 설정, 노선배치, 시설배치의 네 단계로 구분되며 각 단계별 조성 기준을 제시하였다. 산책로 조성 기준을 우면산도시자연공원에 적용하여 보행약자 산책로 조성입지 선정, 노선배치 및 시설배치를 실시하였다. 그 결과 조망점과 탐방자원이 풍부한 산지에 완경사의 산책로 조성은 한계가 있었으나 우리나라 보행약자 산책로 조성의 초기 연구인 점에서 본 연구의 가치가 있으며 향후 본 연구결과를 기초로 산책로 조성을 실시하고 이용 후 연구를 통해 세부적인 사항들에 대한 심도 깊고 현실성 있는 기준 제시가 필요하였다.
