전자파 노이즈를 고려한 무선 전력 전송 시스템 설계

  • 수십 W급 이상의 무선 전력 전송 기술을 활용한 시스템의 증가와 더불어, 전자파 환경 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 전자파 환경을 고려한 무선 전력 전송 시스템 설계 기술에 관하여 언급한다. 가장 먼저 무선 전력 전송 시스템을 분류하고, 회로 해석을 통하여 동작 특성을 분석하며, 코일 시스템에서 발생하는 전자파 노이즈 예측 및 축소 기술을 소개하고, 마지막으로 제작된 LED TV를 위한 무선 전력 전송 시스템에서 발생하는 전자파 노이즈 측정 결과 분석을 통하여, 설계 단계에서 전자파 노이즈를 예측하고, 축소 기술을 적용하면, 전자파 노이즈 규정을 만족할 수 있는 무선 전력 전송 시스템 설계를 할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

Evaluation of KOMPSAT-2 System in the Conducted EMC Environment (전도성 전자파환경에서의 다목적실용위성 2호 시스템 설계 검증)

  • Satellite generates a complex electromagnetic noise by conducted and radiated coupling effect of the various electrical instruments. This noise may cause serious problems on the satellite system. To minimize the electromagnetic coupling effects and maintain the system safety margin, system noise reduction technique should be applied from the beginning of the system design. The KOMPSAT-2 system is evaluated by measuring the conducted noise on system electrical power leads and verifying a 6dB system safety margin under the complex noise environment with current injection. This paper describes the KOMPSAT-2 system evaluation result performed on ETB(Electrical Test Bed) and the analysed noise element, the analysed result will be reflected on FM(Flight Model) EMC test.

The Removal of Noisy Bands for Hyperion Data using Extrema (극단화소를 이용한 Hyperion 데이터의 노이즈 밴드제거)

  • The noise sources of a Hyperion image are mainly due to the atmospheric effects, the sensor's instrumental errors, and A/D conversion. Though uncalibrated, overlapping, and all deep water absorption bands generally are removed, there still exist noisy bands. The visual inspection for selecting clean and stable processing bands is a simple practice, but is a manual, inefficient, and subjective process. In this paper, we propose that the extrema ratio be used for noise estimation and unsupervised band selection. The extrema ratio was compared with existing SNR and entropy measures. First, Gaussian, salt and pepper, and Speckle noises were added to ALI (Advanced Land Imager) images with relatively low noises, and the relation of noise level and those measures was explored. Second, the unsupervised band selection was performed through the EM (Expectation-Maximization) algorithm of the measures which were extracted from a Hyperion images. The Hyperion data were classified into 5 categories according to the image quality by visual inspection, and used as the reference data. The experimental result showed that the extrema ratio could be used effectively for band selection of Hyperion images.

  • 기존에 사용되고 있는 노이즈 제거 필터인 평균값 필터, 중간값 필터 등의 필터를 이용하여 노이즈 포함 영상을 복원할 경우, 몽롱화 현상이 발생하게 되며 이러한 몽롱화 현상은 마스크의 크기가 달라짐에 따라서 심해지는 경향을 보인다. 본 논문은 노이즈가 포함된 입력 영상의 픽셀 주변 환경에 기반하여 점증적으로 노이즈를 제거하여 입력영상을 변환 시켜, 몽롱화의 현상을 줄이고, 정보의 추출이 용이하도록 영상을 복원하는 점증적 노이즈 제거 필터를 제안한다. 또한 노이즈에 의해서 훼손된 입력 영상의 복원을 통하여 제안된 노이즈 제거 필터의 효용성을 보인다.

  • 본 논문에서는 선택적 노이즈 캔슬링을 위한 환경 인지 기술을 제안한다. 기존의 노이즈 캔슬링은 모든 소리를 구분 없이 차단하여 여러 가지 문제를 유발할 수 있으며 공통된 노이즈 캔슬링 동작으로 각 소음에 최적화된 성능을 보장할 수 없다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안하는 방법은 대표적 오디오 특성인 멜-스펙트로그램과 스펙트로그램 기반의 시간적 특성 벡터를 사용하여 환경 인지를 진행한다. 본 논문에서는 attack, rotation, sawing으로 구성된 3가지 소음과 speech, tonal로 구성된 2가지 비 소음으로 총 5가지 클래스를 분류한다. 제안하는 방법에서 특성 벡터로 멜-스펙트로그램만을 사용했을 때 87.5%의 분류 성능을 보였으며, 스펙트로그램 기반의 시간적 특성을 추가했을 때 분류 성능이 91.2%로 향상되었다.

  • 변압기에서 발생되는 부분방전은 변압기의 운전중 절연열화에 대한 정보를 가장 잘 나타내고있으나, 현장에서 부분방전을 측정하는데 주변 환경적인 문제인 노이즈로 인해 측정의 어려움과 측정된 데이터의 정확한 판단에 어려움이 따른다. 이에 본 연구에서는 노이즈를 완전히 해결하지 못하는 기존방식을 벗어나 높은 영역에서 주위의 노이즈를 덜 받는 HFPD 측정법을 적용하여 광양제철 산소공장에서 데이터를 취득하여 부분방전을 분석하였다. 본 논문에서는 HFPD의 변압기적용과 강인한 현장환경에 따른 영향을 최소화하여 제안한 방법이 변압기의 부분방전 시험에 유용하게 사용할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • This paper presents the new method for removing impulse noise using wavelet. Time and frequency-localization capabilities in denoising can provide excellent specialties comparing with the existing methods, because of including detail information of signal. The method in this paper, using denoising by threshold and slope of signal by wavelet, has superior denoising effect and can recognize edge of original signal. For objective judgement, the test signals are used HeaviSine and DTMF and this paper simulated by test signals which have added to impulse noise of different site individually.

  • With the development of Information Technology in recent years, the image has been an important means to store or express information. Generally, during the process of acquiring and storing images, the images can be corrupted by noise of which typical types are Impulse(Impulse Noise) and AWGN(Addiction White Gaussian Noise). Impulse noise shows irregularly in black and white over the length and breadth of the image by sharp and sudden disturbance of the image signal. In the Impulse noise environment, SM(Standard Median) filter would be used because of its good noise removal performance and simple algorithm. However, when SM filter removes noise, it also produces error at the edge of image and causes whole image quality deterioration. In this paper, we propose a method based on modified nonlinear filter operation scheme which enhances the features of noise removal and detail image preservation when restoring image in Impulse noise environment. And, we compared it with existing methods and the performances through simulation.

  • This paper describes the analysis method to define the system specification for conducted EMI environment and verification method to evaluate the conducted EMI performance. Conducted EMI environment is characterized by the electrical power subsystem which is mainly issued by the switching circuit noise, common ground impedance coupling. To define and control these EMI problems, EMI assesment through system analysis are preceded at the early design phase and then EMI reduction methods are applied during the unit/system development phase. System EMC should be carefully controlled and designed in the consideration of EMC safety margin and its performance is fully evaluated at the whole development period.

Noise Band Extraction of Hyperion Image using Quadtree Structure and Fractal Characteristic (Quadtree 구조 및 프랙탈 특성을 이용한 Hyperion 영상의 노이즈 밴드 추출)

  • Hyperspectral imaging obtains information with a wider wavelength range a large number of bands. However, a high correlation between each band, computation cost, and noise causes inaccurate results in cases of no pre-processing. The noises of band extraction and elimination positively necessary in hyperspectral imaging. Since the previous studies have used a characteristic the whole image, a local characteristic of the image is considered for the noise band extraction. In this study, the Quadtree, which is a data structure algorithm. and the fractal dimension are adopted for noise band extraction in Hyperion images. The fractal dimensions of the segments divided by the Quadtree structure are calculated, and variation is used. We focused on the extraction of random noise bands in Hyperion images and compared them with the reference data made by visual decisions. The proposed algorithm extracts the most bands, including random noises. It is possible to eliminate more than 30 noise bands, regardless of images.
