Study on Coordinate Transformation of Railroad Central Linear-line Using the Railroad Reference Points (철도기준점을 이용한 철도중심선형 좌표변환에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper through Honan high-speed railroad which is planned with the north and south axis, we will verify the feasibility of the coordinate conversion using railroad control points after regarding current planned-railroad as the linear central axises. From analysis, distortion of Y axis varies 21 cm to 40 cm diminishing to a gentle straight line, distortion of X axis varies 14 cm to 29 cm. Through a revision, the deviation value between the coordinates were 6 mm to 9 mm and it satisfied the allowable error of national geographic information institute which is following ITRF (International Terrestrial Reference Frame) and cadastral boundary survey (10 cm). consequently the coordinate conversion is possible using railroad control points as common control points.

  • 본 연구는 VGIS(Virtual Geographic Information System)을 이용, 환경친화적인 도로건설을 위해 실제 좌표를 사용하므로 3차원 도로의 선형과 구조물을 설계하였다. 그리고 시공 중에 발생 할 수 있는 민원문제 및 설계변경 시 효율적인 의사결정 할 수 있도록 하였다. 대상지역은 전라남도 장흥군의 최대 역점사업인 관광을 테마로 한 정남진 가는 길을 컨셉으로 한 '가고 싶은 길', '보고싶은 다리', '기억하고픈 터널'을 주제로 설계하였으며 명실공히 남도의 새로운 관광명소가 될 자연관광도로가 될 것으로 기대된다. 기존의 3차원 설계에서는 평면적인 선형과 구조물의 형상을 이해하는데 상당한 시간이 소요되었지만, 구조물을 3차원으로 설계함으로써, 비전문가라도 구조물을 쉽게 파악할 수 있었다. 그리고 3차원 설계는 기존 구조물과 신설될 구조물 사이에 공사 중 발생할 수 있는 환경 및 민원문제를 사전에 파악할 수 있었다. 또한, 실제와 같이 구현된 도로와 구조물의 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 각종 의사 결정에 있어 보다 시각적 효과를 증진시켜 효율적인 의사결정을 가능하게 하였다. 본 연구에서는 실제 평면 설계에 쓰이는 좌표 값을 3차원설계에 적용하였다. 도로 노선 및 경관분석에 많은 도움이 될 것으로 보이며 VGIS를 이용하므로 도시계획, 식물, 토양, 수로 또는 도로형태, 홍수계획 등 많은 일들이 평가에 사용된다. 여기서는 구조물 3차원 설계에 관한 기초적인 연구를 시행하였으며, 3차원설계를 통해 의사결정 시 효율적인 판단을 할 수 있었고, 환경 친화적 시공 및 설계에 대한 연구가 이루어 져야 될 것으로 판단된다.상의 "일반원칙의 통용"을 계약성립(Formation of Contract)의 과정별로 정리하였다.의 가치, 생활의 편익 등을 증대한다는 믿음 때문이다. 한편 현실은 여러 가지 역기능이 함께 나타나고 있다. '네티즌 윤리강령'까지 선포했지만, 진정한 네티즌 윤리는 강령을 선포했다고 저절로 확립되는 것이 아니다. 네티즌 각자의 실천의지가 있어야 한다. 인류가 새로운 이상향이라고 추구하는 가상사회는 윤리적인 사고와 행동으로 질서를 유지하지 못하면 인류의 밝은 미래는 보장할 길이 없다. 21세기 정보화 사회, 인터넷 사회를 맞이한 우리는 이 세상을 참으로 살기 좋은 세상으로 만들어야 할 고귀한 책무를 안고 있다. 아무리 험한 길, 어려운 과제라 할지라도 그 목표를 잃어서는 안 되며, 그 해답을 얻는 노력을 결코 게을리 해서는 안 된다.기여한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 이들 프로그램은 특히 보조금을 통해 어선의 제3국 영구이전과 낡고 비효율적인 어선의 신조를 가속화시킨 것으로 보고되고 있다.받고 그 의견에 대한 결과를 게시하여 학생들이 제공되기 원하는 식단을 급식 시 제공하여 학생들이 식단선택에 동참할 수 있는 기회를 주는 것이 바람직하겠다. 또한 영양사는 학급의 반대표와의 정기적인 모임을 가짐으로서 학생들의 불만사항 및 개선 요구사항에대해 서로 의견을 교환하여 설문지조사가 아닌 직접적인 대화를 하여 문제점을 파악하고자 하는 적극적인 자세가 필요하겠다. 특히 아침식사의 결식 빈도가 높았고 이는 급식성과에 부정적인 영향을 줄 뿐 아니라 학교에서 제공하는 음식의 섭취정도에도 영향을 주고 있으므로 학생들에게 학부모와 전담교사 및 학교영양사는 학생들에게 이상적

Latent mobility pattern analysis of bus passengers with LDA (LDA 기법을 이용한 버스 승객의 잠재적 이동패턴 분석)

  • Recently, transportation big data generated in the transportation sector has been widely used in the transportation policies making and efficient system management. Bus passengers' mobility patterns are useful insight for transportation policy maker to optimize bus lines and time intervals in a city. We propose a new methodology to discover mobility patterns by using transportation card data. We first estimate the bus stations where the passengers get-off because the transportation card data don't have the get-off information in most cities. We then applies LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation), the most representative topic modeling technique, to discover mobility patterns of bus passengers in Cheong-Ju city. To understand discovered patterns, we construct a data warehouse and perform multi-dimensional analysis by bus-route, region, time-period, and the mobility patterns (get-on/get-off station). In the case of Cheong Ju, we discovered mobility pattern 1 from suburban area to Cheong-Ju terminal, mobility pattern 2 from residential area to commercial area, mobility pattern 3 from school areas to commercial area.

Analyses of Forest Road Construction Policy Using LISREL Approach (리즈렐모형을 이용한 임도사업의 계량적 분석)

  • The objective of this study is to provide useful information for the establishment of efficient policy implementation strategies of forest road construction policy in South Korea. Data needed for the analysis was collected by a questionnaire survey. For the analysis, policy evaluation model was constructed based on theories of public policy. Evaluation model contains three independent variables (policy initiative factor, policy content, policy environment) and two dependent variables (policy result, policy impact). Since, these variables are unobservable latent variables, observable indicators are needed as proxy measures. LISREL (Linear Structural Relationships) was employed for the analysis since it is a useful measure for analysing linear structural model which consists of structural and measurement equations. It was confirmed that forest road construction is an effective policy mean for the development of rural region and activating forest resources management. The policy outcome, however, was not satisfactory. To improve the effectiveness of forest road construction policy some modification of policy contents are needed such as increased construction budget, allowing more flexibility and participation to the implementation personal and providing technical support.

An Improvement on Wayfinding which considers Universal Design Concept (유니버설 디자인개념을 고려한 Wayfinding 개선 연구)

  • Due to the increase in the number of transfer lines and ground level connections with mixed-use high-rise buildings, the Seoul Metro suffers from loaded signage fatigue because of the presence of too many signs. The purpose of this research is to propose ways of improving the wayfinding on the Seoul subway station by examining the signage and (applying the) universal design (UD) concept. A review of the literature explored five universal design components, viz. the accessibility, safety, equitability, perception, and aesthetics. The field investigation found that the ceiling and wall type and general information boards were high on the information hierarchy. The survey respondents merely perceived universal design concept, however, most needed principle. The IPA found that the signs should be appropriately laid out, spaced and located from the perspective of accessibility, and their unity and harmony were other aspects that could be improved while general information boards should include important landmarks outside. In conclusion, this study suggests that the universal design signage concept should be applied to every station and that specific stations should have a duly sign system.

Tunneling-induced Building Damage Risk Assessment System (터널굴착에 따른 인접건물 손상위험도 평가시스템)

  • This paper deals with development of a damage risk assessment system for adjacent buildings to under-passing tunnel face considering 3D-ground movement. The system consists of building and ground information module, monitoring data module, settlement evaluation module, and building damage risk assessment module. The major modules, settlement evaluation module and building damage assessment module, are based on settlement estimation model suggested by Attewell et al (1982) and the building damage assessment method by Mair et al. (1996). After estimating 3D-ground movements due to tunneling with settlement evaluation module, damage assessment far buildings is performed using building damage risk assessment module. The developed system has two major functions; 1) calculation of 3D-settlement with ground loss ($V_{s}$)or maximum settlement ($w_{max}$) and inflection point (i) using various empirical formulae, monitoring data, numerical results, and so on; 2) assessment of damage risk for adjacent buildings of arbitrary section with position change of tunnel face. The field data given by Boscadin and Cording (1989) leer the case of two-storied masonry building near the Metro tunnel in Washington D.C. was simulated to verify the applicability of the developed system.

  • There are a lot of curved subway stations in Seoul metropolitan area. These must be straightly constructed as many as possible. But some of stations are roundly designed and built in order to avoid pre-existed underground obstacle such as basement of high rise building, underground gas or water pipe line and subway stations from another line. As shown fig 1, one of the biggest problem occurring curved subway station is considered large gap between platform and vehicle when vehicle completely stop at the station. The gap potentially is in existence to subway passenger as very dangerous factors in rush hours. If passenger accidentally drop their food or leg between this gap when they get on the train and train leaves station, the passenger will be seriously injured by vehicle. In this paper, various design and instruments are introduced and best solution for this matter will be presented. In order to eliminate any possibility of accident happened gap between platform and vehicle, KRRI(Korea Railroad Research Institute) have been developed new safety instrument. These technologies were applied for patent by KRRI. These mechanisms will provide confidence as well as safety to Korean subway passenger

A Study on the Factors Affecting the Stopping Time and Punctuality of Bus Stop: A Case of Bus Stop by Roadside Bus Only Lane (버스 정류장 정차시간 및 정시성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 가로변 버스전용차로의 정류장을 중심으로)

  • The Seoul metropolitan government introduced the bus information systems, bus rapid transit to increase travel speed and punctuality but still suffer from insufficiency. This paper delivers a study verifying the external factors at near the bus stops. The dependent variable was set to the standard deviation of (1) travel time and (2) travel time to and from the bus stop in this study. The independent variables were set to (1) the number of routes, (2) traffic volume by bus type, (3) the number of bus bays, (4) the possibility of passing, (5) the distance to crosswalks and intersections, and (5) the presence of residential road. The results showed that the most significant factors included the link section speed, number of bus bay, distance to crosswalk, and the possibility of passing.

Relationship Identification of Diffusion Effect on High-speed Rail Demand Increase (확산효과를 통한 고속철도의 여객수요 증가현상에 관한 연구)

  • It is over 12 years since the launch of Korea Train eXpress (KTX) services. Demand for the KTX has been on the increase continuously but few studies have been produced related to this phenomenon. KTX passenger demand has been constantly increasing due to influencing factors such as the expansion of network, rise of oil prices, etc. In this study, our main focus is to verify that there are other types of elements that are causing an increase in KTX demand; our approach looks at changes in social and psychological aspect that have occurred due to the reduction of travel time and cost, as well as the imposition of a five-day workweek. In other words, we considered diffusion theory in the marketing area, which affects product selection and purchasing attitudes, as a key factor that is causing passenger demand to increase. That is to say that it is hypothesized that the demand for travel on the KTX has increased due to the train's utility, which is spread by the diffusion effect Therefore, the Bass diffusion model was applied to explain the dramatic increase in KTX passenger demand. Based on this foundation, it was also discussed how certain marketing strategies that incorporate the diffusion effect should be considered variously for sustainable management of rail transportation, while considering a steady passenger demand.

Proposal of Early-Warning Criteria for Highway Debris Flow Using Rainfall Frequency (1): Proposal of Rainfall Criteria (확률 강우량을 이용한 고속도로 토석류 조기경보기준 제안 (1) : 강우기준 제안)

  • In this study, we propose rainfall frequency criteria for the development of early-warning system based on the evaluation of the highway debris flow that includes the contents of the rainfall recurrence cycle. The rainfall criterion was recommended based on the results of previous researches and the recommended rainfall criterion was 1 hour, 6 hours, and 3 days. At this time, the study subjects were located in Gangwon area and the probability rainfall of 8 stations in Gangwon area was collected. Also, the probabilistic distribution of the 1 hour, 6 hour, and 3 day rainfall criteria to be used for the early warning for the highway debris flow in Kangwon area was estimated through the probability analysis. In addition, we analyzed the correlation between 3 types of rainfall criteria selected from the rainfall data and the actual destructive damages of debris flow at 12 points in 7 lines of Gangwon highways. At this time, the rainfall criterion on the probability distribution was divided into an average value and a lower limit value. As a result of the review, it was found that the case of using the lower limit value of the rainfall according to the recurrence intervalwell simulates the situation of actual debris flow hazards.
