Research Trend of Entrepreneurship in Korea (기업가정신 및 창업 관련 국내 연구 동향)

  • This research aims to analyze domestic articles related to entrepreneurship and elicit implications for future research. To this end, bibliometric analysis was conducted for the authors and titles of 1,887 articles published in the Korean Citation Index between 1997 and 2016. First, in the author analysis, Dae Yong Chung, Bong Sik Bin & Jeong Ki Park, and Sung Sik Bahn were noticeable in terms of the number of articles, the number of citation and the formation of the researchers' network. Second, in the title analysis, the characteristics of entrepreneurs and education in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial strategies and case studies, the empirical analyses regarding entrepreneurial performance, investment in startups, and Korean IT companies were found to be the most active research fields. The results of this study can be used in selecting co-researchers and exploring research areas in the future.

An Empirical Study on Competitiveness of Busan Port on Attracting Transshipment Cargo (부산항 환적화물 분석에 유치를 위한 항만경쟁력 관한 실증연구)

  • Purpose of this study is to define competitiveness and attribution factors of Busan port on attracting high value added business such as transshipment cargo. Research finds condition to become optimal transshipment port comprises both internal and external circumstances. As for the internal circumstance, scale and location of the distripark as well as port facilities and the rates, for the external circumstance, international network and information technology on logistics managements are providing positive effects. Optimal plans to attract transshipment cargo should include, first, development of total logistics management system from port entry to unloading, transportation, processing, loading to departure. Second, assign port as free trade zone under customs law to attract foreign investment and goods traffic through tax exemption. Third, unless it is illegal, government needs to grant substantial freedom to shift capital for the foreign investors which will lead increase in cargo traffic and foreign investment.

  • As container traffic is increasing, the introduction of mega-vessel has had a significant impact on the ports and terminals business. This movement of container shipping has led to intensely competitive environment among ports, so substantial pressures to develop new container ports or to expand existing ones, have been grown. However, it requires a huge investment, especially cost and time, to overcome environmental, geographical and financial restrictions generated from developing a port. This study addressed the Mobile Harbor, the new concept of marine logistics system as an alternative strategy. We performed an economic analysis on the introduction of the Mobile Harbor in coastal transport sector and also a sensitivity analysis to examine the effects of changing factors related on the economic evaluation. We have examined the value and application of Mobile Harbor as a preliminary study, which may contribute to further studies on the Mobile Harbor.

  • Recently, master plan on the Far East three provinces in China as well as the Russian Far East coupling with 'Eurasia Initiatives' of our government is doubling its importance. It should take advantage of Zarubino port for the hub of Eurasia Logistics Network. This study forecasts the volume demand and whether the expected items of cargo traffic of Zarubino port with O/Ds for the region including the Far East three provinces in China. Input data and the existing basic unit of Korea were utilized in order to overcome the absence of the relevant information to the region. It was derived by them confined to the industrial complex facility in Jilin Sheng on behalf of the Far East three provinces in China as a pilot study. Suitable for the transport sector as a basis for traditional traffic demand, four-step method for estimating the proposed modifications, complementing methodologies. This study is determined that the contribution to the implications on the region's logistics policies of our government has a commitment with raising awareness of the region's Logistics system.

  • As contemporary society becomes information-oriented, major construction companies have recently invested in information management, but small and medium ones have not. Though the small and medium companies recognize the information management is necessary and important, they don't have an ability to possess technical expertises. The purpose of this study is to develop a Schedule Risk Control System based on blogs using IT and web technologies for construction managers in small and medium construction companies. The system makes a chance to identify risk factors and prepare for responses to settle risks happened in preconstruction phases, and enables the managers and headquarters to predict and handle schedule risks by sharing information about risks on the blogs.

  • In recent, researchers in the field of Bioinformatics need to analyze thousands of genome sequences efficiently according to introduce of new analysis methods and technologies such as genome expression microchip. This rapid growth in the field of bio-engineering needs computing resources to analyze rapidly for genome sequences, but it does not introduce the computing resources due to an enormous investment expense. The core factor of this study is integrated environment based PC-Cluster system & high speed access rate up to 155Mbps, continuous collection system for bio-information at home and abroad. The results of the study are establishment & stabilization of information and communication infrastructure, establishment & stabilization of high performance computer network up to 155Mbps, development of PC-Cluster system with 32 nodes, a parallel BLAST on Cluster system, which can provides scalable speedup in terms of response time, and development of collection & search system for bio-information.

  • 기후변화는 지구 온난화와 같은 인위적인 변화와 기후 자체의 자연적인 변동성에 기인하고 있으며 기후변화의 영향으로 인해 물관리 분야에도 영향을 받고 있다. 이러한 기후변화의 영향은 가용 수자원량의 예측과 이를 관리하는 측면의 불확실성을 증가 시키고 있으며 미래 물관리가 더욱 어려울 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기후변화에 대응한 수자원의 종합적인 관리 차원에서 시공간적 물수급 불균형 해소를 위한 방법론을 제시하고자 유역 물관리 모형인 KModSim을 이용하여 낙동강유역을 대상으로 수자원 네트워크를 구축하였다. 유역의 자연유량을 산정하기 위하여 SWAT 모형을 이용하였으며, 현실적으로 유역의 물관리 문제에 접근하기 위해서 낙동강 유역의 수리시설물, 생 공용수 및 농업용수, 댐용수 및 하천수 점용허가 등의 수리권 자료에 근거하여 KModSim을 구축하였다. 미래 기후변화 시나리오(온실가스 배출이 현 수준에서 지속될 것으로 가정한 균형적 발전 시나리오인 A1B 사용)를 적용하였으며 현재(1980~2009년)와 미래(2011~2100년)를 각각 30년씩 구분하여 기후변화에 대한 생활 공업 농업용수의 수요량 변화, 하천유지용수의 공급 변화, 다목적 댐 모의 운영 결과를 검토하였다. 낙동강 유역의 상류 다목적댐의 용수공급 능력은 2040년 초반부터 저류량이 감소 등 물공급에 심한 영향을 받을 것으로 전망되었다. 이와 같은 기후변화의 영향은 수요량에 대응하는 저수지의 공급능력에 영향을 주게 되어 물공급 시설의 운영에 어려움이 있을 것으로 전망되었다. 농업용수에 대한 기후변화의 영향평가 결과 또한 2041년부터 2070년의 기간에 부족이 발생하는 것으로 모의되었다. 생활과 공업용수의 물공급은 기존의 물공급 시설 투자 덕분으로 기후변화의 영향이 두드러지지 않은 것으로 나타났으나 일부 지역은 기후변화에 영향을 고려하지 않더라도 취약한 것으로 모의 되었다. 하천유지유량의 경우 지류가 본류에 비해 하천유지유량의 확보가 어려운 것으로 나타났지만 양적으로는 본류가 부족량이 더 많은 것으로 모의되었다.

  • 본 연구는 2016년부터 2017년까지 한국 정부가 선정한 다수의 도시재생사업 중 수변공간 관련 사업을 선별하여 세부내용을 살펴보고 수변공간 도시재생사업의 거버넌스 특성을 분석한다. 도시재생사업에서 거버넌스는 사업의 성패를 가르는 핵심 요소로 대두되고 있다. 특히, 협업을 통한 민간 커뮤니티의 역할과 주민참여는 더욱 중요한 비중을 갖게 되었다. 본 연구는 Tallon(2013)의 도시재생 거버넌스 네 가지 형태-관주도(top-down), 주민주도(bottom-up), 시장주도(market-led), 지주주도(property-led) 재생을 기준으로 도시재생사업 활성화계획의 세부내용을 분석한다. 향후 도시재생사업의 추진 및 시행단계에서 거버넌스의 역할이 제대로 작동할 수 있도록 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 연구의 공간적 범위를 수변공간을 한정하여 분석한 결과 총 20개의 도시재생사업이 도심 내 하천변과 해안가를 활용하여 추진되고 있었다. 구체적인 사업의 형태로는 (1) 생태하천복원, (2) 역사문화자원을 연계한 수변관광지 개발, (3) 수변네트워크 녹지 산책로 조성 (4) 항구 기반 수변도시개발 및 도심재생, (5) 섬의 이점을 활용한 수변경관사업, (6) 조선업 침체지역재생 등이 있었다. 한국의 수변공간 도시재생사업은 가장 일반적인 도시재생방식인 '관주도'로 진행되고 있었다. 그러나 지역의 권한과 역할을 강화하고자 하는 노력은 우선시되고 있었다. 또한, 관계부처 및 공공기관과의 파트너십 구축을 통한 도시재생사업의 효과성 향상을 도모하고 있었다. 특히, 부산시 영도구와 경상남도 통영시의 도시재생사업에서 협업의 노력이 두드러지게 나타났다. '마을만들기'와 같은 주민주도의 도시재생방식은 '주민참여협의체'를 통하여 일부 반영되고 있었다. 예를 들어, 서울시 도봉 노원구, 인천시 부평구, 경상남도 김해시, 부산시 영도구 등이 해당한다. 그러나 구체적인 실천 방안을 통한 주민주도 도시재생 거버넌스를 구축하는데는 부족함을 보였다. 더불어 민간투자를 유치하는 시장주도의 도시재생 접근은 찾아볼 수 없었다. 도시재생사업의 장기적이고 통합적인 특성을 고려했을 때, 안정적인 도시재생사업 추진을 위한 재원 마련에 대한 지속적인 노력이 요구된다.

A Study of the Priority of the Local-Logistics Policy in the Incheon Metropolitan City (인천광역시 지역물류정책의 우선순위에 관한 연구)

  • This paper reviews the current local logistics policy of the Incheon Metropolitan City and prioritizes policy agenda based on fuzzy AHP and IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). The analysis recommends that the city needs to keep up the current good works at the policy agenda such as early expansion of the international logistics hub and improvement of the provincial highway network.The policy agenda including the logistics parks, the transport networks and the hinterland activities are evaluated as overkilled agenda. Revitalization of the logistics database, establishment of an integrated business support center, modal shift, and public logistics support were classified as low-priority policy agenda. The policy agenda of urgent concentration includes development of new logistics business and air cargo industry.

  • TAmong various forms of online shopping with the development of online shopping and the rapid growth of IT technology, the intense competition also more deepen. The strategies for differentiated marketing and features for competitiveness of businesses in the online and offline shopping areas are required that our marketing target be settled the flower marketing by analyzing. In case of the flower market, the movement of the market from offline market to online market has been occurred and processed concurrently. Market entry and competitiveness of small companies is becoming very difficult because larger companies have been formed national market networks. Therefore, in this research, we suggest ways to enhance flower delivery service to the market from the top ranked site analysis, market situation analysis and service strategy plan for the activation of the online flower market. Also, we describe how to realize the above mentioned strategies through a site building. We can expect to strengthen flower market activation and competitiveness through the flower delivery service enhancement.
